What clients say about Kegley Service Center in Lebanon Church (VA)
I'd never met these people at all and they treated us absolutely awful. They cussed us and shouted that they didn't have time to let us get our title out of our vehicle they had towed Friday (this occurred the following Monday) . When they finally took us to where they had our vehicle and the title was no longer in the car with all of our other files in the glove department. After going to the DMV and getting another copy of my title I didn't have the 600 dollars for the bill for the 3 days it sat there and the owner threatened if I didn't sign the title to him AND give him 100 dollars with the signed title that he would file a lawsuit and that is have to pay storage from them until court. Terrible terrible crooked business.
They r the mose disrespectful with the two driver he will charge u for things u doint need the shop is the same and doint let them hook till the state is thear they will lock ur car up and give y'all a fit they want to take ur car or truck apart to just give a sticker a freand went while back they turn him down on a sticker as they said over windshield wiperes the one the put on was no better than the wones was on truck
Had my van break down on me and needed a tow, these guys were ready for the job! They are so careful loading, unloading, and hauling vehicles and the driver that hauled my van has some serious skills with that truck! Thank you folks, y'all saved my day!!
This guy got this business handed to him he towed my vehicle and charged me out the roof. I was in hospital and I tried to reason with him. This guy is horrible and and one day he will get what he showes. I lost my home due to traveling to Cuba for heart surgery and I put what I had left in my jeep. My wife tried to make it to a friend's place. Breakers line broke he charged 400 for 15 min two plus 75.00 aday. Plus said he wouldn't be open until Tuesday . I offered to make payments. He was rude to preachers and other church members that just asked him to let me make payments. He also has all my stuff for my business to do diagnostics thousands worth of equipment and now I'm homeless and he won't help at all. I offered 400 for two few to get my equipment. Not my fault they just throw parts and hope it fixes cars. This guy is awful and one day he will be judged by the way he judged others.
Nor will I ever use this business the community of Crossroads is very disappointed with the way that Mr kegley handled the situation with the young man's Jeep, he took the Jeep and refused to let the young man get any of his stuff out! He held the Jeep over
memorial day and wouldn't let him come and get it till 2 days later and charged him $75 a day plus $400! Everything the boy owned was in that jeep and mr. Kegley won't let him have none of his personal belongings out of the jeep until he pays the whole cost to get the vehicle out. Now clearly the Jeep is not worth $700 that he's currently charging and that goes up daily, the young man just wants his stuff out the community of Crossroads in hansonville is rooting for Mr Kegley to go out of business we don't want your services over here the word will continue to spread and we will let everyone know!
Went to go get a inspection from the guy there and he was rude and nit picking my car and he failed me when I had it passed last time in Bristol and he failed me for a light bulb being a wrong color when I had the same bulb in my car the last time I got inspected in Bristol I would recommend going somewhere else for anything related to cars and I’m not the only one that has had a problem with him being this way towards people had multiple people tell me their story of what went down just saying he will not be getting another dollar from me
We were satisfied on our visit to Kelley's. The only reason we weren't completely satisfied was because they kept our truck for 7 days, which caused us issued on trying to get to work. Our driver side window wouldn't roll down so I couldn't get a inspection sticker, therefore needed to order that part to be legal.So glad that we got it fixed. Also when the window got stuck again the day after we got it back, I took the truck to Leonard and he fixed it on the spot. That meant alot to us. We both are new to the area so it's great that we have found us someone we can do business with again.
Very rude and over priced. Not to mention of you close at 5 don't tow a vehicle to your lot at 6 and make customers wait till next day and charge for a second day also.
He gives kick backs to the Russell County Sheriff's department. He stole a vehicle from me back in 2010 by deciding his own towing price while knowing I could not afford it.
Great bunch of guys , they know what they're doing and I've never got my vehicle back in any shape but wonderful. They find the issue quick and fix it promptly and thouroghly and the price is fair and reasonable. Good country atmosphere with good conversation.
I only giving one star because i cant give nothing less like i want to. Anyone thinking of going here to get your car inspected or worked on don't do it these ole boys are crooks and will mess your car up i went in for inspection and he rejected it on the exhaust when it wasnt even loud and when to get my exhaust fixed i noticed my transmission cooler was leaking and i he busted it Leonard the one who acts like he's funny is one who done it sorry people dont trust them or you will reget it.
I would NOT recommend this service center to anyone. Rather than treating us like valued customers they treated us like criminals if you can imagine that. It was horrible. It was excessively overpriced and they had no compassion. Sorry for whomever deals with them.
