The people that work there donte seem to have much experience. Or sometimes really donte care. But the people on day shift are a little better. That's why the 2 star.
I gave them a five star review. But if you would have asked me about oreillys 8 months ago I would have said don’t waste your time because you will be treated horribly and they won’t help. But now wow what a turn around the new Manager Doug is definitely making a huge change to the way things are being done in that store. As a woman most men take one look and say nah she don’t know nothing. Well that can’t be said now since Doug has been there I actually make a point to go in and have them handle my parts needs instead of outsourcing online. Doug always goes above and beyond to help and make sure that I have what I need for the job and if a problem comes up with parts he gets it handled.
Bought what was believed to be a new Holley carburetor, which turned out to have been used, and only repackaged. When I tried to exchange it, and explained this situation to two different employees, they couldn’t find my transaction on their computer. After searching, when I had purchased the carburetor, the transaction had been placed using a garage name that I had no idea of. In short, what should have been a simple exchange, ended up being a very costly headache. Wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with the Lebanon VA. location in anyway.
The assistant manager Travis was a great help never seen him before but the rest were not even friendly more like they couldn't wait to get out of there. No greeting or anything when I walked in there
I love the parts and the staff.. I find that they are usually higher priced that Advanced Auto.. I don’t really understand why they are usually high and the same parts, I do find that they are starting to be more helpful !
Never any luck finding anything here at any of this name brand. They think they know everything and know close, very close, to nothing. Their prices are so high even on sales because each store makes a commission on monthly sales for that store. So instead of buying a much less expensive product they'll recommend and sell you the highest costliest name brand products possible. Every single employee in the store shares a percentage.
UPDATE: As of 3/1 up until these last couple of weeks it's getting a little better. Mark seems to help the most and is usually always doing something. Young kid, name starts with a T, just looks at you like auto mechanics is an ancient Egyptian language and just stands there not helping anyone. And Lewis helps and a nice lady, I'm sorry I forgot her name. Give them a try , might still have to lead them
Has it's up and downs but nobody is perfect.
They either do really really really good or dump in the toilet. But all in all the company stands by it's products, who cares if they're employees are lamebrain??
Twice now parts ordered and no delivery. Reordered and hoping for the best. Costing me extra down time on a very necessary vehicle. Will be boycotting o' unreliablies if they can't fix this problem.

Well, o'reilly's has always been able to meet the most basic needs of any Jane or Joe trying to fix a problem when dealing with vehicles. Problems with the way it runs. Problems with the way it looks. Problems with the way it even smells. O'reilly's got ya covered. Whether it be problems within the interior, exterior, electrical and/or mechanical make-up of a machine. O'reilly's has probably got what you need. Good people too.
Pathetic service bought some coil packs a few months ago and they had a 1 year warranty through the store. I've been told buy 2 ppl they couldn't get them anymore because they were discontinued and they just give me a refund and now the store manager said they could get them and I couldn't return them bc I didnt have a receipt reason being is the computer was out and he wrote my stuff on a sticky note and wrote wrong numbers on it. And now my order wasn't placed because the manager. So I'm getting screwed over because of their screw ups. I'll never be back nor will I recommend them..
Normally I'd have given a 5 star but the last couple of times I've been in here theyve tried treating me as if I don't know what I'm talking about. Even arguing that I am wrong about my vechile taking wires instead of coils, and using metric bolts instead of standard...
I was not very happy with this place. My husband called and they pressed but he was needed to him and I got on the phone tries to get to him at a lower price than needed me so I did not get anything from them. I'm only giving them 2 stars because lady working there was nice and it was not her fault it was her bosses and whoever he was when she's him his much it was to do it.
This place sold us the wrong belt for our car three times. It took taking it to a professional to figure out why the car kept messing up. Also my mechanic ordered a part for my car and guess what....it was the wrong part.
A few members of the staff are knowledgable. Definitely worth getting your parts here since they have the better warranties as compared to places like Advance. They also price match.
