I recently stopped by to get a battery for my vehicle and was told to take my 2011 lexus GX460 to a garage for installation. The battery is under the hood and super easy to get to. It was 750 pm and they had no customers. Brayden was the associate who refused service. I asked him to look at it and told him it would be a very easy battery to replace and he declined. I then drove straight to Advanced auto in Claypool Hill Virginia where they replaced the battery for me in less than 5 minutes and were very courteous and professional. I love Advanced auto but will not be back to this location.

Stood in line for 25 minutes with a baby in my arms and two store associates helping one customer. Had to have a car part. Very rude!

Most helpful people ever, I live in Tazewell and the store here suxs but the guys at this store was under my truck helping me find the problem so I could get back on the road... great people
