My girlfriend booked an appointment over a week in advance for one tire replacement. They had her wait around over an hour then told her they could only get two lug nuts off and to take the car somewhere else. they then put the tire she bought in her back seat and sent her on her way 🙄🙄. Idk if they didn't try or didn't care but I broke all the lug nuts loose effortlessly. Would give zero stars if I could. Negative 10 stars. I feel like every experience at a wal mart tire and lube is a bad one anymore. Never again....who hires tire techs that can't take your wheel off. What a joke

These fellas went above and beyond in a small way, which made a big difference. We had a leaky valve that appeared after getting new tires installed. I let them know and they were willing to help me out right away. Super kind the whole time and fixed it right away. Thank y'all!

0 stars if I could the manager Michelle is horrible and treats the employees like trash. I feel bad for the technicians that only try their best. Saw one worker do all the work by himself while an older gentleman just stood around and did nothing.

They rounded all my lug nuts off and my dad had to spend an hour and beat them off to get the tires off

Walmart may be reasonably priced until they put too much oil in the engine and it blows. Then it is anything but reasonable, because they do not take responsibility for the damages they cause.

Walked in about 15 mins before close, (keep in mind ive worked here before) Asked for 4 tires to be put on that i had brought with me. Service writer had a bad attitude: “i hope you dont want them put on” i asked why she said “we aren’t taking anymore, we close at 6” at this point i was already fed up(dealing with another walmart that wouldn't do them that closed even later) when i worked in the shop. They wouldnt turn down a paying customer until the bay doors were locked. I mean i understand that it was almost close, but why work someone to death and make them stay after, then hire new techs/staff etc. and not take a paying customer before close (theyre struggling to keep customers in now anyways) and wouldn’t accept my work order (over 100 every time i get tires put on my truck even when i worked there.) also the manager that “fired” me wouldnt get “involved”. Probably because she knew who i was. Let alone how rude the tech was when i pulled in and waited until i got out of my vehicle to ask the service writer through the window if they were taking anymore today (9/20/23). So will not be taking any of my vehicles back regardless.

Never actually change the filter and every time I get my oil changed they mess something up. Literal pieces of my car have been missing

I've taken 2 of my vehicles in for tire replacement, battery change, oil change, and basic stuff like changing out bulbs. Aside from doing the oil changes and the tire replacement, they cannot do their job. I asked them to replace the air valve stems on one of my vehicles, and they replaced 2 of the 4, and the air now leaks out of one of the tires even quicker than before the change. I asked them to change one of my headlamps because it was burnt-out, but they claimed they were unable to do so because they would have to take off the front-end to replace it. They simply needed to turn the wheel in towards the side not being worked on, a 20 torx, and some patience. I ended up doing it myself. I was hoping to save some time since they were doing the oil change. On top of that, when they rotated the tires, they didn't relearn the tire sensors, so adding air to my tires was a project. My battery was also not doing great and I asked for a replacement. The customer service agent told me they were "unsure of why the mechanic didn't replace the battery." I asked for a callback from the manager, who was on lunch, to explain why their mechanic was unable to perform their job, but I never received a callback. The second time, I took it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the other headlamp was out. I asked them to do the relearn on the sensors after the rotation, and they told me that my sensors were going out before they even looked at the vehicle. I told them the sensors needed a relearn after every rotation and when the tires were replaced. And they just reiterated that my sensors were going out. I also told them the headlamp would need to be changed as well. Once again, no relearn and no headlamp replacement. Now the next time I have to get air, I'll have to fill a bit of each tire to see which one changes on the monitor vs the one I'm actually filling. If you're getting an oil change, tire replacement, or you have a very simple or wide access-type vehicle then Walmart Auto is for you. Otherwise, go find yourself a good mechanic or learn to do it yourself. I do not recommend this automotive location for anything else.

Went in and simply asked if my flat tire was able to just be patched. After being told yes they could fix it by 3 separate employees, they told me it would be at least 3 hours which fine whatever. After three and a half hours they call me and tell me they can't patch the tire. This is a vehicle used for my job and simply pumping air into it in the first place and actually looking at it would have taken five minutes at most and would have not had to miss a work day because of it. Now I am stuck with a tire and rim separated apart. Never again.

Like lots of places, the auto service center is short-staffed. I arrived right as they opened, had two tires put on my car, and I was out the door in just under 2 hours. My only complaint is that they do not announce overhead when your vehicle is ready or text or call you, like they do at my home store.

The service manager lied to me and told me my headlights weren’t burnt out and it was an electrical issue. My headlights were very clearly burnt out as soon as you got to the bulb, which they DID NOT ACCESS. It’s obvious they didn’t do the service because it was more effort as my headlights require bumper removal or access from the wheel well underneath. No attempt at either of those was made and that was visibly obvious as well. My mother and I changed the lights in an hour. If you can’t access a vehicle’s lights or don’t want to for the low price you charge don’t lie about it and just admit the truth. I had to swap my work schedule for the three days I was without headlights and was majorly inconvenienced due to employees simply being lazy.

Bought a tire since they only had one .lhad a tire with a hole in it I needed to replace he said ok I said put the spare and the new tire on the front best of the rest on the back. They couldn't get my spare out ok no problem put the new tire on.. left the tire that was flat and had a hole in it on the truck then when I asked why he said it's wrote up that way I said why not replace the one with the hole that's flat he said I will but it'll be another hour I have been here for 4 hours already.. will not recommend this tire center

Russell and Michelle helped me today. They had excellent customer service skills. It was busy and stressful in the automotive center, but they were kind and calm the entire time. I appreciate the effort made to put their customers first. Thank you!

Wanted me to buy my own lug nut socket, balance and rotation done wrong. Left the old weights on the wheel and wasn't centered on the balance machine. All tires were wobbling on the machine. How can that be accurate? I bought the lifetime balance and rotation. Shaking going 40mph and 60mph. Worse than when I brought it in. Terrible! Never trust them again.

Scheduled to have four new tires put on my SUV, ordered the tires and set up an appointment to do it the day before. I brought my vehicle in and did some shopping and was told a hour at the most. I have been here for two hours and I’m still waiting, definitely will not be bring into my vehicle back or shopping at Walmart again

Wanted to get a price on tires but had to wait for a lady in front of me to check out her groceries at the automotive counter. I will never go to Walmart automotive again but go to a local tire center where they don't deal with groceries.

Sent my wife home missing a lugnut today after mounting a new set of tires for her. They were kind enough offer to "reimburse" her for the one they lost, but told her to leave and come back tomorrow - on the wheel they just installed - that was missing its lug nuts, so they can install new ones tomorrow. How can basic service techs be so dangerously irresponsible. That could have been a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Waited in line for 30 minutes without anyone talking to me. I had to walk into the garage and ask if the we’re servicing cars today and was told I had to go inside Walmart. The man inside was helpful but the staff in the garage avoided speaking with me and never even apologized for the situation. I finally had to go to another shop for an oil change

I'm super disappointed. It took an hour and a half to have my oil change and tire rotation with a battery cleaning done and that was fine. But they finished my car and it took over 35 minutes to get cashed out and the older gentleman was working by himself and working hard but the mechanics completely ignored me when I stepped out trying to find out where my keys were. I ALWAYS go to have my work done at Walmart if it can be done but after this I'm fed up and may not be back.

Everytime we go to any Walmart to get an oil change, they tell us they can’t do it. The first reason they gave was there was no oil in my car.(which there was when I checked it) Ok so I put 1 qt of oil in it and came back in 3 days like instructed. When I came back they said there was too much oil in it. The second time, they said that the oil plugged was over tourque(overly screwed) in. This place is full of excuses.

Always takes a really long time. They frequently close early due to understaffing. The few employees that work here are friendly, but management could definitely hire a few more people in the evenings.

Paid for a new tire only to get home and realize they didn’t put it on and when I called they said they couldn’t get the old one off so they didn’t put the new one on. But they sure charged me for it!
