The gentalman here were so helpful and kind. I find sometimes as a female auto parts stores they talk down to you. NOT a problem here these guys are outstanding and so helpful. I would give more stars if I could.
Needed a jumper cable for a semi truck. Alan was able to find me one and was able to deliver to the rest area where the truck was at. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks.
I have been in their store several times most of the time I'm after some off-the-wall part they been very helpful. Just about every time we ordered something it was right the first time I can't say that for some of their competition. They do a lot of commercial accounts so sometimes when you're at the counter will be a minute before they can take care of you but once they do you will get what you need. I have also found the staff to be friendly and some of the specials that NAPA offers are quite good.
