Came in clutch when I needed it. 2026 is starting off challenging already. Got quoted $150 flat for about 3.5 miles, expected it to be higher. The driver got called to an emergency and ended up being a little later than expected, Premier dropped the quote to $100. Vehicle was delivered safely and the gentleman even let me know that Premier also does engine swaps and it'll be cheaper than the dealer with a warranty (possibly) as well. I asked about there being a credit charge if using a card and was informed there would be so I paid cash. Definitely would use service again if needed, hopefully will be going through them when I have more money to pay for an engine swap. Vehicle towed: 2015 Ford Expedition.

I would like to truly thank this company for coming through for me when my own insurance company couldn’t even tow my car. The price was very manageable. Plus, customer service was great. Thank you so much for coming to get me off the side of the road.

My car was towed from my apartment complex where I live for being parked over the line. That is a city street rule. Something needs to change.

I was told over the phone that my bill would be $275 for a tow which I thought was high to begin with, but I needed to have my vehicle towed. The person on the phone asked how I was paying and I said with a credit card. She took my information and sent the tow truck. I checked my credit card the following day and the charge was for $294.25. I reached out to Premier and asked why I was told the charge would be $275 and then I was charged $294.25. They responded saying there was a credit card fee charge added to the bill. This was never disclosed to me even when I informed them I would be using a credit card. I received no contract or copy of the bill for this service and I have received no further response from the business over this blatant over-charging. Had they informed me at the time I indicated I would be using a credit card, then I would have declined their service and went elsewhere.

Signs at the lot entrance do not override the requirement to give individual written notice on the vehicle and notify the landlord before towing for expired decals. With that being said, they towed my car from Independence Square's visitors parking while I was doing respite care for one of their tenants under the pretense that my decals were expired. When I bought up the law mentioned above, the personnel told me that he didn't have to give notice. He proceeded to tell me that I had to pay 240 instead of 170 because it was 'after hours'. Be wary. This is a very shady business.

My wife's car was just towed from Nav850 apartments because of no decal. My wife and I called up there and of course the decal was there and everything was legit and towed for no reason. She was on the way out the door for an appointment which she'll miss now because we were told they'll bring the car back when they can. No telling when that'll be. Everytime this company towes they say they aren't the horrible company that was towing cars from Walmart recently but indeed they are. These people are crooks and I dont understand how they are even allowed to operate. Its been several care towed from this apartment complex that should not have been so we're putting together a petition and going to the leasing office with it. We're going to demand that they cancel whatever contract they have with these crooks. We'll also be posting these criminals on all platforms. Its time to raise awareness so that hardworking people can stop being robbed. Not to mention when you go pick up your vehicle and they open the door the whole place smells like the best weed in portsmouth flowing out of there. Its disgusting. I really cant say enough about this wretched establishment and the criminals that run it. But if I HAD to say something nice it would be.....................................well I got nothing.

I had a great experience with Premier Towing. The driver arrived with 15 minutes after I requested the tow and he was very professional and friendly.

On Easter Sunday, 4/20/25, my son and his Father had the most horrific experience when retrieving my son's car. First off, my son's car was illegally towed (stolen) from the apartment complex where we reside. YES, Premier towed our car and we are RESIDENTS at this apartment complex. By law, a sticker was suppose to be placed on the car to towed in 48-72 hours and it was not. My son was parked in the visitors because of the lack of residents' parking. They told my son they towed his car because of his expired decals. Huh? But he has a resident parking decal! To shorten the story, my son had to pay $200 in CASH to get his car out and on top of that, had a blue cobalt harassing my son and his Father. Why? All because my son was in front of the office, patiently waiting g to pay for his car freedom (which he shouldn't have to pay- I will look into calling Wavy 10, Rental office and a lawyer) while my husband when near the back to look for my son's car. The owner of Premier Towing was helpful over the phone but his goons (employees) are the absolute worse.We're not the bad guys, Premier goons need to go back to training on how to take care of paying customers and know Virginia's law when towing vehicles. Know better then you will do better. HAPPY RESURRECTION SUNDAY.

This company operates in an unethical and opportunistic manner. Very predatory; be aware. Update: In response to your reply, my review is for the correct towing company. Once again please be aware. I have had my car towed by other tow companies in the past and this is the first company that has put me through hoops and hurdles to get my car back.

Hello, my fiancé's 2001 Ford Expedition transmission went out/blew and it left us less than a mile from our house. The tow company called us back after calling several companies and they got to us within five minutes. They were reasonably priced and got his truck to the place we needed to get it fixed. Definitely will use them again and recommend going forward. Thank you

towed my friends truck illegally twice. first time said expired tags, the tags were not expired. then charged $300 because he was not a tenant? then the second time says it’s because no state inspection sticker, the plates are north carolina where they don’t have inspection stickers. charged us $200 and didn’t charge for the no tenant ? the guy who handled us was very rude to me but not to the MAN i was with after he saw me take a photo of the receipt he tried to smack my phone away…. he also moved his jacket to show that he had a gun on his hip and kept rudely referring to me as sweet heart. also smiled at us and kicked his leg in front the other blocking the guy from exiting and handing us the paper work. here is that photo of the men, the one in front of the rude one with the gun and the guy behind him is the guy who said he needed a sticker he wasn’t legally required to have!!! they also force you to pay in cash(:

They are completely unprofessional and operate poorly. This feedback is for Premier Towing, not Swift. Their drivers fail to inspect vehicles properly before towing. My car was recently towed due to their error, despite having a clearly visible parking decal. Multiple attempts to contact them were ignored, and I had to enlist others to call on my behalf. The calls I managed to get through were met with hang-ups, which only added to my frustration. They claimed my car was towed because the sticker was on the passenger side instead of the driver's side, a rationale I find unreasonable. I've lived in my neighborhood for four years and have always placed the sticker in the same location as instructed during each renewal. A staff member, in particular, was very unprofessional, justifying her behavior by stating she runs a business, yet failed to acknowledge her employee's mistake or offer an apology. Instead, they acted as though returning my car without charging was a favor, despite their error. This matter is not resolved, and I intend to pursue further actions.

We contacted this business on a whim due to our insurance negligence about getting our car towed and the customer service we received from the moment they answered the phone to the moment they towed our car back to our house was a 10/10. They were very accurate on the timing & they were careful with our car. I would definitely contact them again for any car needs in the future.

Omg Premier Towing are the best. Mr. Ed was very helpful. 3 days ago my car stopped on Hwy 264 and just like Jimmy John's Mr. Ed was freaky fast. He informed me of the problem and insured me that he wouldn't back the bank. We laughed and he pulled off with my baby in his care. Today he called me to pick her up and to my surprise it costed me half of what I thought I was going to pay. Thanks again Premier for your service that you offer us here in the Hampton Roads Area.
