They always go above and beyond excellent service. From towing a vehicle to getting it back on the road, they always get it done fast and at a very reasonable price highly recommend.

They did an awesome job and were reasonably priced.

When I called in to find out if my insurance company has picked up my demolished vehicle, the woman who answered the phone was really rude and reluctant to provide the date and time as to when the vehicle was picked up. I needed to document this for legal records. She had displayed a nonchalant attitude and was unempethetic.

Never go there for inspections. They will find anything wrong even stuff that ain’t on the inspection list lol then try to get you to have then repair all the issues they so called found smh lucky for me I took the fail. Went somewhere else to get everything that finks listed as needing fix and only came out of pocket $300. Then I went back to finks and paid a $1 to get re inspected and I passed. But suddenly my car Barry kept draining dead smh my car was perfectly fine no battery or alternator issues. Until finks did my inspection again. I truly believe they did something . I literally took it in to a shop in Norfolk to get it looked over before I took it for inspection. The car was running fine. Until finks. They are crooked. Another auto shop told me to never go there and I was like, too late! lol

I just called for a speedometer calibration they put me in hold then transfer me to make an appointment and the lady just snapped at me. No professional at all. Also they don't do AWD.

The most unprofessional people I've ever spoken with. I got a call from a friend that just been in a car accident and totaled their vehicle. So they asked if they could have the car dropped off at my house I said that is not a problem. The tow truck driver put the car in the middle of the road in front of my house did not come up to the door knock or even ask where to put the car. I then call to see if we can have the car moved before the tow truck gets too far away and I'm told that the owner will be giving me a call. The owner then calls me And tells me that it is my fault that the car is put in the middle of the road Because we did not communicate. No it is yalls fault because your driver did not even communicate with me. Finks towing is a UNPROFESSIONAL!!! For the owner two words one finger.

I just recently got some work done on my black ford f150 at the body shop. The area they had to work on was badly twisted and these guys fixed it up completely. There's few places I trust with my truck and they are on my forever list. Thank you, for taking care of my baby!! Oh, they were sweet and humble too!

After breaking down on an exit ramp, I called Fink's. So did the troopers. All in all my car could not have been in a better place! Kelsey was an angel calming me down and getting the car taken care of. TJ was terrific, got the job done and didn't break the bank!! Car is running perfectly and I am a happy camper. Thanks guys!! A very bad business!!! They have rude and horrible service people who gaslight people into believing they have to pay ridiculous amounts of money for simple repairs. I brought my vehicle in to get looked at, paid $130 for a diagnostic test and was quoted for a $900 job. Times are tough, I didn’t have the money for the job. I called back 2 days later and they told me it’s an $1800 job and said they have no record of the original quote even though I have a diagnostic receipt from the original transaction. I would NEVER recommend this place and I’ll happily take my business ANYWHERE else.

This place is terrible!! Their systems are low tech! Their vacuum machines take $1.50 (or more if it doesn't register your coins you put in) for 5 minutes of use. Worst part of all their change machines are always out of service! Overall 2 stars because i seen worst place.

Great folks to work with. Mark got my car in and out in 4 days. Very pleased with my new paint job on my bumper.

I've been using Fink's for now going on for 30 years now. They are the best people by far in my opinion for towing and inspections, they have always been courteous and friendly. I always call on them first when it comes to towing they up front with you if it going to be a while before the tow they'll tell you up front and for me price has always been cheaper than others. When it comes to inspections they quick to get you in and out not mention but shouldn't be over look the lady at the front desk has always been helpful and pleasant to work with.

Fink's Auto Services has always been a family friendly business to carry your vehicle to we or I should say myself I hated to see that Mike fink had to sale the business after all the hard work he and his father and family put into the business I only hope the new owners our as family friendly as the fink family and good luck to the new owners you bought one hell of a business.

The front desk lady was super helpful. I had to pick to pick up a chassie I left at Franks truck stop and it was towed by Finks. They were pleasant to deal with, In a not so pleasant situation. Definitely wouldn’t want to get towed again, but if I “Needed” it they would be first on my list.

I called Fink's towing service for my large Victory touring motorcycle when the contractor that Geico Insurance provides left me waiting on the side of the road for over 3 1/2 hours with no expectation of ever arriving. Fink's sent 2 friendly professional technicians in the wrecker to insure my bike was handled safely and with care. Top quality services are never cheap and cheap services are absolutely worthless if you're talking about roadside assistance and the provider doesn't show up. I'll be dropping Geico for something else soon. Fink's number is saved in my iPhone contact list and will be the first company I call in the future. Great job Fink's team!

I have never experienced any rudeness here. Everyone is friendly, they have great prices, and I never feel ripped off or cheated. Honest and clean, I will never go anywhere else no matter where I live in Hampton Roads.**** ***Editing my review. I have been a customer here for almost a decade and recently I've had to return my vehicle for the same issue 3 times in ~2 years. I feel like they could have tried to rectify the problems they missed previously, but they just didn't. $2100+ later, I feel slighted, and I don't like that feeling. Did I really need my compressor replaced? It was probably a line leak all along. I don't know if I can trust them anymore, and for that I will probably not return. It's upsetting to say the least.

We love Fink's! I worked for a prior organization for over 15 years in this industry and Fink's really went above and beyond. I went for tires & an oil change - they didn't try to tell me that I need a bunch of unnecessary repairs or BS - they replaced my tires and did my regular maintenance without any issues. Friendly front desk staff and experienced mechanics - win/win. Thanks!!!

This is the WORST company EVER! THEY are rude and VERY unprofessional. It breaks my heart to know that people like the people working here exist. My husband and i were rippped off for a service we did not even ask for and then treated terribly, the owner was also making ver racial comments to us and even brought out his dog and said my husband was trespassing, after bringing him there to pick up his car that they towed to a location we didnt even ask to tow too. We will be taking this company to court over this horrific experience. Just TERRIBLE!

I have been taking my cars to Fink’s for a number of years now. These guys are just like old friends and I trust them like a good neighbor. They have military and veteran discounts. They won’t try to scam you for extra work you can’t afford.

Our employee was in an auto accident and Fink's towed our vehicle. Candy was reassuring when I called from the hospital and helped calm my nerves.

I called with an opportunity on some consistent help I might need loading nearby. The women answering the phone might be one of the rudest people i have ever dealt with. I'm in trucking so that is saying something. I'm not sure what her problem is or why she feels the need to be so rotten. i'm sure the owner is unaware of the gall and effrontery representing the business. Unless she is the owner I cannot imagine this being acceptable representation. I have taken my business elsewhere!

The worst experience ever. The old lady at the front desk is VERY rude. She needs to be replaced with someone that actually has manners. The city of Portsmouth should not use this place at ALL!!!! I would recommend this place for towing or repairing service even if I was stranded with no other options. Stay Away.

I can't believe how rude those people are. Does anybody knows who governs the towing industry? Can they just do whatever they want? Mike at Finks hold my equipment hostage and will not let us in until we'll pay him a ransom. A huge ransom. A ridicules amount of money. How can people like that can be in business? I'm calling the police, attorney general and whoever else i can. I just can't let the do whatever they want. Please be careful. That is a big big scam
