Came across Earl's after taking my daughter car shopping. It was her 1st car with no credit, after being denied by others Earl's said yes. I was sold on the warranty. I referred my nieces, and both of them purchased their 1st vehicle. Then, my cousin was looking for a car. I referred her and she purchased 1 as well.Our family has purchased 4 cars within 5 months. They are happy with their purchases. Only 1 vehicle had to be serviced which was covered under warranty. This is our go to car dealership location now.

Went in today with my fiance, to say the least customer service was not good. My fiance couldn't get a car because of having a out of state ID, I get that. When we told the lady over the phone I was going to get my wallet and I was going to purchase the car. We were told no that she couldn't sell me the car, because its known the car is for my fiance. No I was going to get the car for myself and give my current vehicle to my fiance. I was a returning customer. Needless to say I'll never go back here. They lost two sales.

My experience was with mixed feelings, I have dealt with several buy here and pay here established through the years X country , I have never purchased a vechile wheras the interior was filthy/ like dusty like it been sitting and stuck on and laundering cigarette smoke , Im a smoker but dont want to smell it when I open the car door, So I expressed this concerns , The employees there stated it was already clean, yea/ok , but As potential cust im expressing how I feel, "we dont do that here" okokok moving on the car had low mileage and drove good when I test drove it 1 exit down and around the block, body of car ok damage, so I got it...I can clean the damn car myself which I did 3hrs shampooing the seats ?, and sanitizing whole car , On my day off??‍♀️, and the smell is gone a looks better, all i have to do is the carpet gotta pull floor mats outtt/front... and No negotiations on price $ your gonna pay the blue value Period......Now the pro's of the Review, it is easy financing, a quick process, and Melissa has great customer service , straight shooter....They will help you and get u in a vechile, especially if your starting"Life" over . #and warranty # haveyour$Right,thatDayuSeeAvechile,1stcome1stServedfrfr...

The place was great when I got in pretty much all paperwork was done I did a test drive and issues I had before purchasing they wrote them down and agreed for me to have everything fixed etc very very friendly people and always smiling.

All staff were patient and very friendly. I personally worked with Ms melissa, her customer service was excellent. Mr Keith was also very friendly and helpful during my test drive. Sad I used to think Earl's was decent over the years. Until my mother's bought a Altima from them a few months back now. Cars has been towed 4 times to thier service department with in the last 3mths. Because the car won't start over the relay they won't replace or constantly telling her there's nothing wrong even with videos of the problem. Cars caused more issues an noticed this last time whoever keeps so-called working on it just resets the computer (can tell seeing the car on the dash keeps changing colors each time it's been in their shop). Looks like this time will just replace what's wrong with the car at this point. Tired of seeing my mother getting screwed over by Earl's. This is gonna make the 4th time it would be towed to thier service department just to have them say nothing wrong. Just in the last 3mths the car has left her stranded. This is probably another reason they never have car on thier lot. Watch the lots around her they play nice to get you in but once the car has issues a mths later thier will just tell you nothings wrong.

Breaks on my girlfriends Mazda tribute had no clamps and wasn’t holding on to to nothing when I went to get the brakes fixed.. by the grace of God it didn’t slip out while driving! Poor Quality ???????? Quick update 02/06/2024….They took her car few months back I put new tail/head lights & brakes on the car … can I get a refund for that ???
