What a bunch of rude women that work up front! Cussing while people are in the waiting area, with children, talking on their phones when they should be talking to the customers. Really poor service! You have to ask them for estimates, guess they have enough business that they are not looking for more. IDK. Just a huge amount of arrogance. Completely unnecessary and foul. Definitely will not be contributing to their rudeness with any money. I’ll take my car to a real, name brand, shop and gladly pay more, especially for quality customer service and friendly treatment. I’m sure you’ll respond to this review “sorry” but if you were, that constant line of rudeness would have never taken place to start. Especially the cussing with customers, with children in the waiting area. Have some respect, if not for the customers, at least yourself.

I take all of my cars here for state inspections and repairs! They give you honest feedback on what is needed now versus what could wait. The prices are fair and the service is exceptional.

They did a great service, kept in contact with me the whole time and explained what the problems were and where and explained how they could fix it and they were very quick and reliable, there a great place and would recommend for others we have went to finks a couple times now and each time they were great

Really helpful nice people! We were in a bind for transportation after a car accident waiting on insurance adjusters during the holidays and Finks got our spare vehicle running in one day. Thanks so much! Great team, Bobbie and Melissa are so nice and friendly.

Fink’s put an alternator in my van and it was defective. They towed my van from Virginia Beach and installed a new one under warranty with no charge. Thank you for the service!

They inspected my car, and stated what was wrong, and what I needed to fix to pass. they had everything they needed to have it taken care of as fast as possible The lady at the front desk was knowledgeable and had good customer service. I will be returning for further maintenance on my car.

I’m giving Finks Cars a perfect score for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I initially went to another shop for a diagnostic and was told the issue was my fuel pump. I brought that information to Finks and asked about a fuel pump replacement. They informed me that I could bring my own parts, but there would be no warranty — which I appreciated them being upfront about. What really stood out is that instead of just doing the job I asked for, they took the time to explain that I actually needed the entire fuel pump assembly, not just the pump itself. Technically, they could have replaced only the pump and still charged me, but that would not have fixed my issue. Their honesty saved me time, money, and frustration. The customer service from Melissa and Bobbi was absolutely amazing. They were patient, informative, and helped me make the right decision with confidence. Because of them, I chose to move forward with Finks for the work. If you’re looking for a shop that’s honest, transparent, and truly cares about doing things the right way — this is the place.

Great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the ladies at the front desk. They are very accurate with giving details about parts, how long the labor will be and recommend maintenance. They work fast and stick to the estimated time they think they will be done. My tire was going flat an hour before I was supposed to leave on a 2 hr long trip that couldn't be postponed. They got me in, plugged it and I was back on the road within 40 minutes. Completely saved my day.

Came in late afternoon for an oil change, they said yes with no hesitation. Got me out of there in less than an hour and fix a slight cosmetic issue with no charge. Appreciate the team and their customer care.

Make sure you have a free day to waste. Mind you when I first arrived I asked how long it would take and she said there was 3 people in front of me and should only take an hour. If you show up at 10 o clock and sit here for 2 hours they go to lunch at 12 and make you wait til they are back at 1. The lady at the front desk is rude. I tried to ask her about it and all I got back was attitude. "We only have one inspector" thats fine but tell me when I get here. I have other scheduled things to do and it would be nice to know it's going to take 3 plus hours. So now I have been here a total of 3.5 hours by the time it was done. There were 3 people ahead of me. Had they simply just told me “hey it will probably not be able to be done til 1” I would have simply come back later. Customer service from the staff up front doesn’t seem to be a priority. The mechanic I spoke to was actually really nice. Everyone had something negative to say about this place but I gave them a chance since they are closest to my house. I also just realized they put the incorrect vehicle year on the vehicle inspection certification.

Past experiences with you guys have been great! This last one wasn't at all. Brought my car in for a/c problem with extended warranty and was told it needed a diagnostic which i totally understand! But was told no work would be done unless I was informed or my wanenty company was informed. Then I get a call come pick up your car the mechanic put new freon in it and it doesn't work also your wanenty come say they not paying.$291 Called my company they said they didn't denied anything ,all they wanted was pictures of repair parts. I get there to pick my car up and get tells me my car has over 60 codes which is total B.S. because my car was was serviced at sports and imports last month and only 2 codes for a seat belt and a marker light. I use them regularly with my imports and they are extremely thorough. I entrusted you guys because they were closed and you guys have been great before. My issue is I had no problem paying the diagnostic fee but if you going to pull my freon out and replace it i should have been notified first! I would have taken it to my import shop. You guys have been great on my American cars but audis are finicky cars. If he pulled 60 codes on a car with 96k and runs like off the factory floor with no dummy lights that's where he should have stopped and said, ha Anthony you need to take your car to the dealership! And can't produce me the 60 codes after I've paid for them leaves a very bad taste in my mouth!

Had to get my car towed, they came and picked it up super quick at a very fair price. Unfortunately, miscommunication and incorrect information on their website resulted in a wasted day and no further assistance with my transmission issue. They made it right, overall pleased with my experience. Front desk team are patient, answered all of my questions and were very helpful. Removed a star for the incorrect website listing, they do not offer transmission work or root cause analysis.

Knowledgeable phone scheduler. Gave me a quick callback confirmation of part availability. When they inspeced the brakes , he pointed out that the other side had a serious issue. Both brake assemblies needed repairs. The additional parts were obtained an I was out in about 2 hours. This was an urgent situation as we were leaving thenct day. They could have not been any more helpful. Hard to find this kind of service these days. Most pleased

The folks at Fink’s Car Care are awesome. They listened carefully to my concerns, made repairs in a timely manner, and charged very fair prices for the work. We use them for all of our car care needs. We take all of our vehicles to them. I highly recommend them!

First I would like to say thank you to the Finks team. Today was a very sad day for me because of all of the time and effort I put into my Jeep. Taking care of it does not prepare you for issues that you would never think of. Today, I brought my vehicle into Finks, and not know it was on its last leg which had nothing to do with the amount of time and effort and care that I did put into the vehicle. It just happened. I appreciate the way they made me feel knowing that I cared for my vehicle. They made me aware in a way that, no one has ever done. No dealership could possibly do what they did today. I am so happy that this team is in our neighborhood. I appreciate so much what they have done and how they took care of me today and I will not ever forget it. Thank you and I will be bringing my new baby by for oil changes. We must keep small businesses like these going strong.

I’ve been going to Finks Car Care for many years. The front desk answers the phone quickly, and will happily answer any questions you have. Just finished getting my truck aligned , and even with people ahead of me they still completed it within a very timely manner! 100% recommend.

Went in for my annual car inspection and they said I needed a tire. They were able to order a new tire for me, install it a day or so later. They are very good and I would recommend going to Fink’s for your auto care needs.

Great service at reasonable prices. Wonderful family owned business that delivers excellent service and sustained track record of doing so. Quick turnaround on giving me a quote and then getting the work done. No hard sales to try to sell extra stuff. They quickly came got my car after a near accident when my insurance company tow assist never showed and then got me back on the road. Thanks Fink’s!
