Sorry excuse for a mechanic. He's had my husband's car for over a year and still hasn't fixed it. We never hear back from him when we call. They will keep you on hold and then hang up after 10 minutes. Definitely wouldn't recommend, especially if it's urgent!
After my car broke down on the side of the road I was recommended Randy's by G&G's towing. Randy fixed all my cars issues (and there were many) so quickly! He also communicated with me frequently and was extremely transparent about the cost, time it would take, and what was broken. I would highly recommend his services!
Practices predatory towing charge at speeds above what Virginia state allows this dishonest predatory people. Oh, Randy is money hungry Poor excuse of a human being
Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere.. Shop is extremely clean, and they get your vehicle in right away with no lengthy wait times... Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back...
I have found my forever shop, for sure! I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that are in it. It was easy to get in touch with them and after explaining my situation as well as the urgency of it, Randy got the parts I needed & had my car up on the lift in no time at all. I am so incredibly impressed by how they treated me and the efficiency in which they worked that allowed me in & out in less than 15 minutes. Randy and the other gentleman worked on my vehicle as I sat there and watch & observed how above and beyond they went to ensure the problem was fixed and that my vehicle would pass state inspection/emissions. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust that has your best interest in mind and I can promise you, Randy and his crew are very honest & very thorough. What other shop allows you to sit in the garage with them and watch as they work? I personally don't know any besides this gem here. Randy, the man, the legend himself, even called later to make sure everything was good and working.. like I said before, I am so incredibly blown away by the customer service and will DEFINITELY only take my cars to them for now on. You guys not only saved my car but my pockets too so they thank you as well :) If you are looking for excellent customer service, honest crew and expert mechanics that won't break that bank then look no further, you found 'em!! Awful. I was pulled over and falsely accused of having a suspended license so was required to call this towing company. I was charged $225 for seven minutes down the road when I was told it would cost me $300 to go all the way to crozet from orange and fold him I couldn't afford it. My receipt has no details but the cost and I am furious.
