Highly recommend!! I blew out a tire this evening and this man not only answered his phone but showed up and had my truck loaded in less than 30 mins. Very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I will be calling for any future towing services that I need!

I needed a quick solution to move my original Mustang to a different location after my original scheduled driver had a family emergency. I called multiple towing shops in Orange and Madison. Chuck was the ONLY one to answer the phone...came quick, fair rate, easy service. Would 100o% recommend! For me, when a business actually answers the phone during business hours versus a VM and call back, I go with that business always!

I called several other tow companies and most say 24/7 but no answer or call back. Of the two others I did talk to Chuck was $59 to $75 less. He actually answered his phone and was quick to provide service. I would recommend and I would use him again.
My car keys were stolen by someone when they tried to steal my car to evade police. These guys helped me out with coding my new keys to my car and save me a lot of money. Great people and are just looking to help. 5 stars without a doubt

One of the best experiences that I’ve ever had with a tow truck. He came out in 98 degree weather when everyone else was giving us the run around/never showing up, too busy or too far out. He towed me from Orange Co. to Charlottesville Va and even let me catch a ride home with him. Awesome dude with great conversation. If I could leave more stars I would! My truck broke down and Orange county towing and automotive provided excellent service and delivering my vehicle to a repair shop. Their rates were far better than others in the area and they also provided a military discount for service members and veterans. Five star service completely professional. Highly recommended
Great experience from a professional! After another tow company had us held up for over two hours because they had to send three different trucks on a Friday evening with still no ability to tow my truck, Orange County Towing met us Saturday morning and brought my truck home within an hour! Definitely will be using this company again.
Man. That guy Chuck Wallace. He's a great friend of mine. He will try to work with you if you need to, but be straight honest with him. He will get you towed, straight up.
If you happen to be in Orange and need help with your vehicle, please call this company. I'm serious! I had a flat tire really early in the morning (before 6am) and had called my insurance to get roadside assistance. While my insurance was trying to find a company to help me, I was parked to the side of the road of the Orange County airport (I think that's what it's called). I looked on my gps and saw that I had pulled over somewhere in the middle of 2 towing companies (this one and another). I called the other company first and it just kept ringing and then went to voicemail. However, as soon as I called this company the man answered. Though he was across town helping the police with something, he told me he could get to me right afterwards. Thankfully, because I was parked with my blinkers on to the side of the road (of a 2 way street) a friendly lady police officer came and called for backup for another officer to come and they both helped change my tire (Orange County officers are the best). Not even 5mins after they finished is when this company called me back and said they were finished and on their way back to the side of town I was on and that if I still needed help they would come. I say all of this to say, this company is awesome, reliable and very responsive. So if your ever in Orange and need any help with your vehicle, be sure to give em a call! Their reviews are honest, 5 stars all the way!

My car broke down on me in Culpeper. Within the hour of calling my insurance company here comes a towing company one county over that beat all the local ones in responding. What a great guy!!!
PLEASE BE AWARE THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY, A 🤡 PAID MY DRUG ADDICT COUSIN $250 FOR 2 OF MY VEHICLES A 05 FORD F550 and 01 FORD EXCURSION THAT I WAS STORING IN THE BACK OF HER PROPERTY AND TOWED THEM TO HIS TOW YARD. AT THAT POINT HE CHARGED ME $675.00 TO RELEASE THEM BACK TO ME FROM HIS TOW YARD. Ok yes he cut my bill in half an brought it to the $700 which never should have been charged from the beginning because again you illegally trespassed through that cackheads neighbors to obtain my trucks in the first place an the fact you paid her just goes to show there was more involved than a donation for a light bill an as far as me saying anything to you no I didn't I kept my mouth shut because what good would it have done but if you're saying it was because You intimidated me please don't be confused please ;)
This Family owned Shop and a very Honest shop. Not overly Priced nor are they Asshats like other shops tend to be when describing your vehicle problems. I have had several vehicles repaired here. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the prices were a lot better that other shops in the area. I had to have one of my vehicles towed to the shop for repairs. The tow truck was at my house promptly and I felt that they took extra care when loading my vehicle not to damage the car or the area in which it was removed from. I met Chuck Wallace the owner. What a great guy and a good place for all my automotive needs. Will be back again when I need them.
LoL as of Tyler howerton's review,you weren't bad mouthing me (and my name isn't Jeff). When I cut your bill in half.your cousin called us we did not call her in regards to said vehicles.she stated that her electric was going to be turned off,so yes I gave her 250 for Charity.I even told you when you were at my shop thanking me for cutting the bill in half and also not charging you the 3 extra days of storage per vehicle.You failed to mention that didn't you.i also filed on the vehicles on the second day in our possession ( law is 7) because I figured something was up.but yet you claim I did you wrong......truth is don't leave your vehicles at a drug addict home,be thankfull that a honest tow company impounded them.
