Called them to get pulled out of the snow. When called in was given an estimated time of arrival and they arrived with in 10 minutes of that. Friendly, respectful, attentive to details and they did a nice job communicating what was going on. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. Very pleased:
Harrison’s towing should be your first call if you are in need of towing services in the new river valley area. My vehicle broke down, in the middle of the night, in a rural area of Allisonia Va. They arrived quickly, had top of the line equipment, were very fast loading/unloading and had great communication throughout the whole process. I’ll be a customer for life with this company.
I called them at around 12p noon for assistance sounded very promising let me know a guy would be out I called them again around 1p said he was trying to get a hold of his driver well 3:45p it's going to straight to voicemail. Not even a call back saying"I can't get someone to you" nothing!
If you are ever in need of a tow contact this company. We had a breakdown of our camper on Route 100 in VA. They brought a lowboy to get it. The drivers name was Tuck. He was amazing! He is extremely good at his job. The guys that work for this company are top notch! From the owner on down. Reasonably priced and very professional people. Highly recommended! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

There are no words to express our gratitude for this company. So polite and caring. They go above and beyond for people in need. We had a bad accident on Thursday, they were very busy, but helped us from towing our car & trailer to helping us get to a U-Haul to putting our car & trailer under an awning to keep our stuff dry while we loaded the U-Haul. I hit a deer in my husbands truck and unbeknownst to us, knocked a pinhole in the intercooler. We typically do the work to our vehicles ourselves, but this one needed diagnostics to determine our ghost leak. One of my favorite customers recommended Tyler’s shop as we don’t trust just anyone for a diesel mechanic. I messaged Tyler and he was quick to respond. Got the truck in for a diag and he was super thorough. It was determined that the intercooler had a pinhole in it which ultimately lead to the untimely death of his turbo. Tyler explained everything in detail and broke it down for us without making us feel stupid (we just don’t know much about diesels but are willing to learn). Shipping is what took the longest, but Tyler kept us informed every step of the way. Not once did Tyler or his staff ever make us feel like we were bugging them when we’d call and ask for an update. Very efficient, courteous, professional and thorough! Tyler listened to what my husband wanted in a turbo, and delivered exactly what was asked for! I’d give more than 5* if I could. Even after we picked the truck up, Tyler went out of his way to message us two days later after my husband had had time to drive it, and asked us how it was doing! Hands down, will choose Tyler’s shop for all of our diesel repairs from here on out!
On Friday I hit that and tore my bumper in half and was unable to drive it home. The guy that came was very professional it actually came earlier than when they say they was going to be there so that was a plus highly recommend
Grateful with them had an emergency in the middle of the night, services is really efficient since I first made the call they answered fast was there in less then 20 minutes and told me that would be done by noon and they did.

Had a flat tire on our camper while driver on highway 81. Harrison towing came to change it for us. They sent a young man named Issac to fix it. He was great. So courteous and efficient. I recommend them to anyone who is in a position on the road and is in need of assistance to call them.
The customer service both on the phone and during pick up was great. They were prompt and efficient when I needed my car to be towed back to the shop. I would highly recommend these guys!
Our van blew a tire on 81 in the middle of a move late in the afternoon (kids, pet, vehicle full of stuff). Our driver arrived within 15 minutes, and not only safely delivered us all to a tire shop, he called the owner and got him to stay open late and work us in so we could be back on the road again soon. From the tire blowing out to when we got back going again was 2 hours, which felt pretty miraculous! Greatly appreciate the help.
June 3rd, I used Harrison Towing & Recovery, after putting out a request on FB Marketplace for a reliable towing company and let me just say, they did NOT disappoint. From the first call I made, VERY professional!! Company was extremely reliable, reasonable priced and all around a very easy company to work with. My car didn’t need to be towed that day, but the next day they had my car at Duncan by 7:40am. I requested that a pic be sent when my car was dropped off (pic attached that the company text me) and they followed through. The companies WONDERFUL communication stood out the most to me!! Hopefully, I never have to use towing services in the future, because no one likes having car trouble but if I ever do, I will be sure to only use Harrison Towing & Recovery!!!
Tyler Harrison provided one of the best emergency repairs we have ever experienced. Our serpentine belt raveled and was hanging by a thread as we were driving down I-81. We limped off and made it to Harrison Towing & Recovery. Tyler had the new belt delivered within 30 minutes and 30 minutes after that we were on our way. The service and price was truly remarkable. Wish we lived here!

I was stuck in the snow on a hill. They were here in less than 30min. I had to go to work in the morning and my son had an interview. They got me to work and hopefully my son to a new job!! My old Jeep died and couldn’t be started. I stopped by my repair shop and asked about towing services. Harrison Towing was recommended. I looked them up online and saw only 5 star reviews. I called and had a tow arranged within an hour at a great bargain price. The young man skillfully maneuvered his roll back truck into a pretty tight spot and loaded my Jeep with no problem. I highly recommend Harrison Towing whenever that service is needed.

I would highly recommend using this company, they were exceptionally nice. I was told a time frame of 45 minutes to an hour, they made it in just over 30 minutes. They were super sweet and very helpful and took care of my son and daughter n law and got them safely to a place to stay for the night. I am incredibly grateful for their expedient service.

I have a family of eight and When my car stopped on I-81 ? no one was available at 3am (no answer) but not this company tyler helped me get my babies and other family to a hotel ( that he located for us) then dropped my car off at the shop and then after made sure we where ok at the near hotel!! O yeah and it was pouring raining outside. I recommend this company to everyone. He was so nice and the price was very reasonable ??? can’t thank this company enough.
