Absolutely outstanding experience. I found the vehicle I wanted on a google search and it was Duncan Imports & Classic Cars that I ended up with. Not only did they have the perfect vehicle for what I was looking for, it was at a very good price. They have a huge selection of classic cars ( and imports ) that just blew my mind. You could spend hours going through their lot, or even the listings on the website. The customer service was also outstanding. I'll likely be buying my next vehicle from them as well.

First class! On my first phone call, Mr. Duncan, the owner picked up and was very helpful. Jeremy and Greg made our vehicle purchase the easiest I think I have ever done. From recommending an excellent third-party pre-buy mechanical inspection to having the vehicle, waiting in front with all paperwork finished and ready to roll when we arrived, we were super impressed. When our alternator quit working (it had 17 years on it) they volunteered to pay for the rebuild. I can’t stand up good things about their team. They set the standard.

I just purchased a Toyota Century from Duncan Imports. I worked with Jeremy Shifflett on the sales team. I had a fantastic experience. The car is GORGEOUS, and the process was smooth. We did the entire deal over the phone/online. Had a mechanic inspect the vehicle and had it shipped to me. I'm unabashedly a JDM enthusiast, and look forward to doing business with them again when I am ready to add another to the garage! Their inventory is insane!

It is my first time buying an import car and i found exactly what i wanted at duncan imports. Jeremy was very helpful through the whole process, was very patient with me, and answered all of my questions. He was able to facetime me and show me the car along with specific areas that i wanted to look at. What an amazing shop. Beautiful classic cars. Cars I've never seen before or cars I haven't seen in 50 years. Shop is clean enough to eat off the floor! My son picked up an amazing classic VW Single Cab pickup today! I've been a VW person since 1967...this was the nicest example I've ever seen! Some other great VW splitty examples to choose from! Staff was attentive and quick. We got right on the road to home!

I had absolutely the best experience buying from Jeremy at Duncan Imports, extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I drove all the way down to Virginia from Michigan with a trailer, as I was reluctant to have a car purchased sight unseen. Their facility wildly exceeded my expectations. This establishment showcases both the vehicles listed for sale and Mr. Duncan's private collection. Not only was Jeremy patient with all my questions and helpful at every step of the way, he was very happy to walk me around Mr. Duncan's vast collection of cars. I work in product development at a major car company and have, as a result, been to many car collections and shows. The collection of very rare JDM, Euro and Domestic cars was by far the best I've seen in one place, truly a testament to Mr. Duncan's taste and knowledge of rare, unique, and significant cars and trucks. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a special car to add to their collection, I would definitely be happy to work with him again in the future. Duncan has the most selection of quality JDM and classic cars that I’ve seen in one place. Jeremy is excellent to work with, getting us set up and providing service to buy a K truck for our family business, a flower farm and wedding venue. Vehicle arrived same day we purchased it and it has been a huge asset for the farm and fun for my wife and I.

My husband and I used to love going to the Classic Cars private collection museum but we were treated rudely multiple times by the people in the front office. But this latest visit that my husband and his friend had will be the last for all of us. When they went in and asked to see the museum they were rudely told "First of all, this isn't a museum. It's a dealership. We've always been a dealership" Despite the fact that there has been a sign on interstate I-81 that refers to it as a museum. Then they proceeded to debate them on whether the sign is still there or not. They indicated that they have been having issues recently with people touching the cars and that the cars currently there will be moved and no longer displayed. Even so that was no excuse to treat long time fans and repeat visitors with such disrespect. Very poor customer service. Will not be recommending their museum or their dealership to anyone anymore. Update: Gary Duncan quickly reached out to me and resolved the issue. He was very kind and prompt and I really respect him for that! I'm grateful that there are people like him who share their passion and appreciation for classic cars with the community free of charge.

6 month review of experience and purchase from Duncan Imports. I purchased my car from their Tennessee location prior to it closing due to a loss in the business family (sorry for your loss). Here’s a copy of the review left for that location. 6 month review below paste. Lucas was fantastic to work with. I was shopping for a car I could use for shows and the occasional autocross event. I shopped all over the country both classic/import dealers and private party. Lucas was up front, honest and awesome to work with. I bought Eunos Roadster sight unseen without an inspection and had it delivered to my door by the shipping company Lucas recommended. I will definitely be back to buy more cars from Lucas and I encourage you to do the same. Everything was as advertised and stress free. I work in the car business too which makes it harder for me to trust other establishments and sales people. As long as you go in with the expectation of honesty, transparency and a clear expectation of what to expect, you will be completely satisfied with Lucas and Duncan Imports. 6 months in and I’m still loving my car. No surprises, no issues. I daily drove it for 2-3 months without a single problem. My Eunos is awesome. Catches attention everywhere it goes (except car shows, too many high end cars where I am). I would 100% buy from Duncan again and plan to once my childhood dream car is available for import. I bought from Lucas at the TN location. He was completely honest and not pushy.

My wife was in need of a "new" right hand drive postal vehicle. While searching the web, I came across some Japanese sites where you could purchase directly from Japan. After looking at the costs to ship it here and get through customs, along with waiting about 3 months. I decided to look elsewhere. Duncan imports was where I found the nicest vehicles with the lowest miles. I never bought a vehicle online before, so I called and talked with Jeremy Shifflett. He answered all of my questions I had at the time. Later I called with more questions and also text him multiple times, even after hours. He never seemed annoyed by it and replied promptly. So we gave it a shot. I had the car delivered to WI. Needless to say the car was better than I could have imagined! I had a great & seamless experience with Duncan Imports buying a car from out of state! My sales person, Jeremy, was super helpful & provided great communication. The 3rd party inspector Duncan recommended, First Class Automotive, gave a very thorough & honest inspection & was also quick with communication. The shipping company Duncan recommended, Priced Rite Auto Transport , was also great to work with & delivered my car just when they said they would. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the whole process, honestly. Worth every penny & I love my 'new' 2000 Toyota bB! :)

Out of state buyer/Online buyer Here. I have nothing but good things to say about Duncan Imports & Classic Cars. I dealt with Greg and Ben, they were awesome. My best friend had just bought a Toyota Century and I was in the hunt for one. Hard car to find, but Duncan has an impressive selection, which made me choose them. After contacting Greg he advised that I get an inspection done on the car I liked. He recommended Carl, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car I was purchasing. Ben and Greg ensured that communication and paperwork were seamless. Shipping was quick and easy. Can’t wait to visit the dealership one day.

Gary and his staff were extremely generous with their time. We were going to spend half an hour there but finally tore ourselves away after three hours. The selection and quality of the cars on display and available for purchase far exceeded our expectations.

On my trip to VA from Seattle, I HAD to stop here. I drove a little over 3 hours and ended up spending around 2 hours here and man, it was worth every mile I drove. I had originally spoke with Jeremy before my trip who was very welcoming on the phone and in-person. I roamed around a bit on my own and accidentally stumbled into my own slice of heaven. The collection here spans multiple warehouses and an outside lot. There's a good mix of the cool, quirky and classics that I think any car person would enjoy. As I was only visiting, I had no intentions of walking away with a car that day and was very worried I would be wasting their time and didn't want to come off as a tire-kicker but I was never given that impression from any of the staff there. I ended up finding a Honda Z that I had never explored in person before. Only YouTube videos and wikipedia pages. As Jeremy was helping a couple close on a car, Ben took over to jump the Honda Z for me to get a closer and more in-depth look. He even sent me out on a drive in it. I rarely write reviews but this place is a must see if you are in the area. They've got a wide variety of cars for sale and few from Duncan's personal collection you can see as well. Thank you again Jeremy and Ben. You made my day and allowed me to fill my phone full of pictures. I'll definitely make this apart of my itinerary again if I am ever back in the area.
