This location provides exceptionally outstanding customer service. I make a special effort to visit this particular Advanced Auto. I also find great pleasure in utilizing my rewards to obtain savings on my purchases. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

I had an issue with my battery and there was a lot of corrosion, which caused my car not to start. Derick helped me and provided the best service. He was so kind and thoughtful. He tested my battery, cleaned, and tightened in place. He was such a big help, I'm definitely coming back when he's there.

My cars computer told me I was low in oil. I purchased 2 qts and I asked the gentleman would he assist in putting my oil in . He did, his name was Michael he even gave me advice on other fluid brands to use. He was patient in all that HEAT

I have visited many Advance Auto Part stores but this experience took it too a whole new level. Being a female it can be uncomfortable but when you have a attendant who can catered too your needs it's very helpful. Thanks 😊 GOOD JOB I'm sorry but this review was Williamsburg Rd and not any of the locations on Nile Miie Rd.

This place was decent as auto parts establishments go. The Staff was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are ridiculously high. Understandably so, I suppose. Although I've seen associates that don't smile much if at all. It would be nice to see that. Customers don't shop for auto parts because they're excited about it, but because it's necessary, albeit costly. No one likes to spend the amount of money it takes to keep their vehicle maintained. Again, a necessity.

I wish I could give this store -5 star a employee name cam at this store is very rude and mean I ask who is the hiring manager and she refused to tell me or give me info and say she don't not know who is the hiring manager is I ask her who hired you she say the general manager then end the phone call twice by hanging up on me I walk in and let her know that was me she kept hang up on but she did not care and ask me can I help u and then call Scott I shook hands with him and ask him if he know corporate office phone number he said go to the web site he don't have that information on

Probably the most unhelpful auto parts store in the area. Staff don't care and can barely be bothered to get off their phone long enough to help you find a part. Save yourself the time and either order it offline for cheaper, or if you need it today go across the street to O'Reilly's

I visited this place today and there was no one there. O'Reilly had several customers. So, I thought I would make a quick stop. The guy told me I needed an entire terminal and I just wanted a nut to screw on the battery. I agreed and literally drove down the street where I got one for free. There is a reason this store is losing customers to O'Reilly. Too funny!

I had a fellow named Scott go above and beyond helping me. He was very patient and even turned a bad experience into a good one. I understand why he’s the manager. I will be returning and it is because of Scott.

After the bad experience I had at Oreillys I came across the street thinking service would be better, yea right. I walked in and the cashier was sitting down and just gave me a head knod. Atleast he did acknowledge me but never asked if I needed any help. I wouldn’t thought they would be happy to get some customers since I was the only person in the store lol

They did not offer the part we needed in store so an associate ordered it for us to pick up later. The computer would not allow him to order it for me specifically so he ordered the part for the store, an extra step which was appreciated.

If you want to steal. This is the place. Walked in to buy washer fluid. No one to be found. Could hear a phone playing music near the counter. Put the washer fluid on the counter. Noticed 2 people moving stuff around in the back. Waited. Walked out. Went across the street to Oreillys and purchased some. I could have taken an engine block out the front door and no one would have noticed. This will be my first and last trip to that location.

Went in to buy an item and noticed a sign that said it was on sale, 2 for x dollars. Being something we knew we'd need again later, we picked up two. The employee behind the counter rang them up at the regular price. When told about the sign, which was literally 4 feet away from him, he said he didn't know anything about it. We pointed out the sign to which he replied, " oh that's an old sale, that's not good anymore". Sorry, it's clearly marked. So he grudgingly agreed he had to sell it at the sale price. This only made things worse because now he had no idea how to adjust the price or delete the sale and start over. We had to wait while he went outside to find the manager to fix the sale. What should have been a 3 minute in and out transaction took about 20 minutes. Nothing terrible , but pretty inconvenient if you have a lot of things to do and are on a tight schedule.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. Staff doesn't know anything about parts, seem like they just have cashiers! Do yourself a favor and go across the street! I did and never will return to AAP

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever went though with a auto parts store. I went in there over a month ago for a car battery and the guy went outside to install it. I have a plastic cover over my engine with plastic clips that holds it together. After he installed the battery he takes a metal hammer and try’s hitting the clips into place. Every time he missed he came down the side of the car chipping my paint on the car. The District Manager Thomas had me to take pictures and take it back to the store. They then had me drive to a body shop to get a estimate and after that I have heard nothing. I called the store Manager more than three times he never gets back with me. Thomas the District Manager never gets back with me after I was told that he would. Now I’m waiting on the VP that was supposed to get back with me in 24 hours over 78 hours ago. I spent a lot of money at this location and other Advanced Auto but now I will definitely be going across the street to O Reilly’s or Auto parts.

Best parts company out there. Service is unpredictable though. Occasionally, you get polite, helpful folks.... Or you get trash who like to scream their personal business to the world while behind the counter.

I was made to feel like I was a burden even tho I just wanted my battery tested. Once the battery tested as dead there was no option provided for replacement or offer to jump so we could leave. Will NOT be returning to this one

This is THE WORST store ever. Since I have moved near this store, I have gone there twice and had to call them several times. The staff is of no help at all. One woman on the phone kept giving me attitude because she couldn't find the part I needed even when I gave her the part number from their site. One guy was spitting (seed?) shells into a makeshift cardboard spit bucket while 'trying' to help me find a part, and didn't even bother to see if it was at another store until I asked. THE WORST STORE EVER.

I can't say enough positive things about this store. Every time I have gone in to get something for my car the employees have been incredibly helpful - offering deals and discounts, advice on what to buy based on their personal use of the products and they take the time to explain why they prefer it. A+ service.
