I stopped by this location after work on a Tuesday afternoon when I realized one of my headlights was out; I needed to purchase a replacement bulb and have it installed at the same time (I googled which shops provide this service and first listed was O’Riellys)
The first associate I spoke with was welcoming and helpful. He located the correct bulb and came out to my car to confirm it was the right fit and attempted to begin the installation. After taking a look under the hood, he noticed that the bulb was in a particularly difficult spot to access and might require removing surrounding components. He brought out another team member to take a look, and they explained the setup was more complex than expected and might need a mechanic. “A mechanic for a lightbulb change?” I thought and began to get frustrated.
Understanding the disappointment, they went back inside and checked to see if Andrew could assist—and I am so glad they did. Andrew approached the situation with confidence and patience, carefully figuring out how to access the bulb while working around the tight and complicated layout. Despite the challenge, he was able to replace the bulb and reassemble everything properly.
Andrew was cheerful, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. I truly appreciate the extra effort he put in to solve the issue rather than turning me away. Thank you, Andrew, for your outstanding customer service and dedication—you made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly positive. You ROCK!
I've been dealing with with O'Reilly's ever since they built the place across the street from Advance.😬💩 Guy's in O'Reilly's are very helpful & Courteous.🤩I couldn't get the rear wiper blade of my 2005 Highlander, one of the Guy's showed me the trick to getting blade off and they put the new one on for me😀..Been going there ever since! Very clean store with any part you may need! Thank's Guy's 😎

My battery died and I had stopped across the street at advanced auto. Wound up coming here instead after the competition was…less than helpful.
Rick and Quentin (I hope I spelled that right!) were both happy to help and extremely helpful. They allowed us to borrow some tools, and even stood outside with us to converse while my boyfriend changed out the battery. O’Reily gained a new customer tonight.

Tyrus helped me he was so nice the store itself didn’t have what I needed but he helped me figure out what I needed thank you so much and it was nice talking to him gave me a lot of knowledge about certain parts in cars
06.23.24 My brother, mom and I went to this location to buy a certain item cause their competitors Advance refused to sell us the part and lied to us about not having it. (We called Advance seconds ago before coming and they said they did have it but nope)
Anyways, we came to O’Reilly’s and was helped quickly and friendly. We bought the item satisfied!

They used to be the best place to get parts but now they put you on hold and never get back with you will be using any other company from now on thanks to Hector he was so rude

The young gentleman at O'Reilly's was great. He was super friendly and helpful. He talked with my boyfriend and myself as tho he had known us for years. Even tho this young man was getting off his shift he offered to say and help us get the truck (The Danger Ranger) back in traveling condition. And to top it off he put a smile on our face. I am so glad he crossed our paths today. You don't see many folks like that anymore. A genuinely caring person. Thank you!
This oreilys has the guys that know cars and trucks. They will go above and beyond to get you the parts you need. Dont waste your time with other guys that you know more than they do. Highly recommend.
I rather go to this store vs going to advance auto across the street, yesterday when I went there was a young lady sitting on the counter on the phone texting. I don’t know if she was an employee or a visitor but it very unprofessional. Even had the assistant manager and he didn’t say anything to the young lady

Thanks to these two gentlemen my family was able to make it back to Michigan (home) safely!! Give these guys a promotion and a raise! Again thank you for extraordinarily customer service! I wish I asked these guys for their cashapp before getting back on the road.. they definitely deserved a tip!
Usually I have great customer service but today it was just terrible. I walked in and one cashier was assisting another customer but there was 3 cashiers in the back corner just standing around talking. Once they broke up their meeting a cashier with short hair wearing gloves went to the register in front of me and started dancing and laughing. Never acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help so I just left.
Out freaking standing best customer service I ever had the lady who work there are super great very well knowledgeable they are the best they Rock. They knew more than amended haha made me smile especially being a woman I loved every moment of it they outshined every male who work there.
This O’Reillys team of knowledgeable sales people go above and beyond and auto parts store I’ve ever been in. They sent a driver to another facility just to get my fuel pump for a chainsaw. $4.25 item. Unbelievable. I will never enter another parts store than this one. Five star treatment. Thank you
They display the best customer care that I've experienced thus far. They're always happy to help and even came out in the rain once to scan my check engine light. The rewards are a big ol plus!!!

I had to walk across the street to AutoZone they did have everything the girl behind the counter the employee was rude she did not know how to look anything up she said she had one of the two parts and then they went to get it and it was not there this is not typical any of the O'Reilly Auto Parts locations that I have found

Between this store and Highland Springs store, I was finally able to locate and purchase the part I needed for my car. Eric at the Highland Springs store was very helpful in helping me out! Pedro at Glenside store was very nice and made the transaction smooth and easy! Thanks a million!!
I was across the street at Advanced Auto Parts and they did not have the part for my Jeep and could not even order it. So I went across the street to O'Reilly's, I had never been there before but they were great! They Ordered me my part and knew what they were talking about.
