Had my fuel pump replaced at a different garage last summer and the replacement had a faulty fuel sending unit. We called a few garages and they were unsure about the part and replacement. When hubby called TRIPL'E and was immediately given an estimate and an appointment for the same week, I knew we found our garage.
The repair has been made and I couldn't be happier!

Fixed my car got my inspection they got me back on thr road very quickly fixed all the things I didn't know about made that noise go away lol they have great customer service skills thank you to everyone there

Counter staff was very pleasant and helpful while scheduling several vehicles for state inspection. While having pleasant conversation with them they mentioned they didn't know if they would continue to do state inspections. I asked why and it was explained that to many people do
their own work and they couldn't make a living just doing inspections. That if people wanted to do their own work they would just have to find somewhere else for their inspection. I was surprised to hear this as the state inspection is not intended as a way for shops to generate work. After hearing this said by the counter guy and realizing that they expect to generate work from state inspections, I politely declined finishing setting up the appointments. I appreciate there honesty. I would much rather mine be done by a shop that doesn't have a goal of making money off failed inspections. Be aware
Had our car brought here over the weekend during the summertime to be worked on on a Monday. After about a week of them not working on it because the owner/mechanic said it was too hot outside I had it towed to a shop in Richmond. These people said they don't work on brokedown vehicles. What!? You're a shop aren't you? I wasted $300 to have it towed to this place. Never again my friend.
I've brought a couple of my vehicles here a few times already. The work is quality and I have been treated fair each time. I highly recommend them. I will definitely use this business again in the future.
