My vehicle broke down last night barely able to get it off of the highway. I called Cooke towing and they arrived shortly after, loaded my vehicle up quickly and took us home. The driver was very friendly, down to earth and professional. He unloaded my vehicle with ease in a crowded spot that I requested and reminded me to check for reimbursement from my insurance. Very helpful and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime! Had to call them again for my 2011 Mazda Cx-7 lol. They were very quick to respond and got there within an hour and had me home within 15 minutes!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! 5 stars +
They were awesome. During the latest snow storm a few cars slid off the road on the same ice patch. We were 20 miles outside of town, we called other people to help and the other five turned us down. Cooke sent two trucks and got us out and at a fair price

Great towing company that is really cheap in the town of Rocky mount on guarantee you this is a must use first option. The tow man kept a good conversation as well, so need to worry about anything! Recommend this company for the company I work for.
Our granddaughter was is in a pretty bad car accident! Cookes towing was very kind and sympathetic! They did a great job and they are a great service to the community! Can’t praise them enough! Absolutely wonderful to do business with! Tim Cook came through for me a couple of times as well as his former employee, Matt. They are one of the few towing companies that do not overcharge. In fact, they show empathy, compassion, fairness and professionalism. All of this was extremely appreciated, especially during a time when your vehicle is giving you problems. I recommend giving them a call when you need a tow. A couple of times they definitely went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.And assistance. Once they helped me look for a part trying to save me the cost of a tow and another time they provided administrative help. Neither time, did they have any obligation to do that, but finally provided the extra assistance of the goodness of their heart.
And of course, I want to say a big thank you for your admirable work ethic, outstanding customer service, fair pricing and good business dealings.
Had an unfortunate accident, no one wants to call a tow company but if you do I recommend Cooke Towing. They are very professional and customer oriented in some of your worse times. They were great especially Tim took very good care of me and handled my insurance adjuster like a pro!

They came and picked up my son's car quickly when everyone else told us they were too busy to come. They were extremely courteous and did a great handling my son's car which sat very low to the ground and we were worried would be too difficult to get onto a tow truck. We will definitely be calling them again if we need another tow!
Cooke saved our lives! We got stuck in the mud after some heavy rain on a backroad and Cooke worked really hard to get us out of the mud and on our way. He was the only towing service that answered our call on a Sunday morning. Super efficient, friendly and hard working. Would definitely recommend Cooke’s if you’re stuck.
If I could give a 10 star review I would. My father (76 years old), had broken down along 220. He had called AAA and they had told him they couldn’t find a towing company that was available to come get him. After he had sat on the side of the road for 2.5 hours he had called me and all it took was one phone call to Cooke Towing and they were on scene and had him loaded up within 20 minutes. I was not in town and the owner even texted me a picture after they got him loaded up to know he was in good hands. My father spoke highly of the driver as he rode with him, I spoke to the owner several times and you couldn’t have asked for a better person.
Cooke Towing & Recovery are affordable, awesome, trusting, and honest company. He came out to charge my battery, even when I did not get off until later on that evening. He was willing to come back to help me out. Then after getting my car charged and back working in less than five minutes. But put a charger on the battery to make sure that it was working good. He ended up coming back three times to help me out with my vehicle. He even told me what he had to do if my battery was dead. This is a GREAT towing company. I recommend them for anyone that is looking for a towing.
