Once I found this place, I had a good experience. My map instructions directed me over narrow and twisting back roads with a railroad underpass that almost was not wide enough for my car to go through. The people both in the office and in the scrap yard were very friendly and helpful in explaining to me what the process was to use their services. As a first time visitor to the business I appreciated their attention.
The best place locally to take your scrap. Friendly people. Its clean dont have worry about running over nails etc mess up your vehicle tires, and they have employees that help you unload your scrap. They help you separate your scrap and tell you what pieces they pay more for, and put in different area, like batteries, aluminum Best customer service than the other places like Meeks, W.imports or Prosource....
This so-called scrapyard doesn't even know what coax or heliax cable is. Which is fine because I have to talking to the people who run this establishment I can tell that they're not that bright. So after weighing everything and unloading a thousand pounds. I go to the office and they tell me I can have half of it in cash and half in a check. I can't even understand why this is the way they do it. They said if I had a contractor's license on me then I could get it all in cash. I am a business owner and I'm in my work truck with my company name on the side and I have a business card that says I'm the owner. But that's not good enough has to be a contractor's license. There is no signage anywhere before you pull up to the scale to tell you that they have this ridiculous way of doing business. And of course there's no one around who can make a decision. If I could give this scrapyard -5 Stars I would don't come here
