Fastest tow service I’ve used in the DMV. The guy showed up within 20min of me calling. He picked up and tied down my car quickly and off he went. Great professional customer service thank you! I hope to not need your service in the future but if I do, I know who to call.
Made a bad experience better. Usually you have to wait for god knows how long for a tow truck driver to arrive. Driver was in site in 5-10 minutes. Super polite and courteous. Will use the service again if needed.
Great communication! Very responsive and courteous! I had arranged the service ahead of time. Not only did they confirm their pick up, they arrived on time. Then they followed up to confirm their delivery as to where they delivered the vehicle, and who they left the vehicle with!

Excellent towing service! My car broke down at the worst possible time, but they arrived quickly and handled everything very professionally. The vehicle was loaded carefully, communication was clear, and there were no hidden fees. You can tell they really care about their customers. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.
My car was stuck in a snowbank at Walmart. Even though I waited 2 hours for a tow this company had the most polite employee and was the most customer service oriented towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I thanked them their response was “you’re always welcome.” They’re the Chik-Fil-A of towing companies.

My car got stuck in the snow. With a Toyota Prius, I wasn't able to get it out. DMV Magic came, manually removed some of the snow (actually, ice blocks) hooked it up, and moved it to safety. The driver was prompt and pleasant, and stayed to make sure my car was drivable. Great service.

Give this man 6 stars. Wow! What a wonderful person who helped us move two cars stuck on the ice in awkward spots. He even got a shovel and cleaned huge chunks of ice off of our driveway so we could put the cars back in a safe spot, going way beyond the call. Thank you, thank you!!
