Had a death battery this morning, went to Advance Auto Parts in Vienna and greeted by Herbert. After spent about half an hours to do the replacement process, Herbert and Eric went above and beyond to get me a new battery even better than the one I purchased 5 months ago ( my original one is not available ) and still under warranty. Frank did the installation and took only 15 minutes, I can’t express enough how wonderful the job they performed as the team. Highly recommended.

Advanced auto has a great team in Vienna! My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, festive but concerning, and then refused to start without a jump. I pulled into advanced auto in full panic mode and they were able to diagnose the problem and install a new battery lightning quick, 10/10 highly recommend

For the most part I typically DO NOT have issues at Advanced Auto, been a long time customer, spend thousands of dollars. I purchased a OBD2 reader a few days ago, and wanted to return it. The female at the front desk 1st said, this READS anything , it can read anything, whats wrong with it. I said nothing's wrong with it, it didn't provide what I needed, She then repeated it can READ any code, ........I replied I didn't say anything about a CODE......this is after she took it from my hands and started studying the receipt. Let me qualify right now I am a full mechanic and I know what Im talking about. She then said we do not take ELECTRONICS back, I said this isn' t an auto electronic, its not a sensor its a OBD2, she said DOESN'T MATTER WE DONT take returns???? This person just wanted to ARGUE.......completely unprofessional. I walked out of the store and called the store I purchased it from, and asked the same question THEY SAID SURE BRING IT IN NO ISSUES.........BEFORE YOU SAY...........YES AUTOZONE CAN ACCEPT RETURNS TO ANY STORE, IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THE EXACT STORE. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS NEXT, I WILL TAKE PICS OF THE RECEIPT AND MY BANK ACCOUNT WHEN IT GETS REFUNDED AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CORP AND FIND OUT WHY THIS FEMALE IS STILL EMPLOYED.........UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR..........

My car would not start, and I happened to be in same parking lot as this location. Eric graciously figured out the issue and had me on my way. Thanks to him, I was not stranded.

This is the second time I've been here. And once again the dude that helped me out was super chill, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He didn't try to pressure me to buy anything. In the end I got a battery check up and replacement. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I visited the Vienna branch, and the guys Eric and Shihab there was incredibly helpful. Eric quickly assessed the issue and recommended the perfect replacement battery for my vehicle. Very helpful and friendly. I asked for 2 different light bulbs and a rear wiper and I was gone in 5 minutes.

I am so disappointed to come here. The staff here don’t have respect at all for customers. They misbehaved with me. I asked for help to put my steering wheel cover on and they refused it. Just because one of the employees ripped off my car's wiper rubber and they had to give me another one after literally making me feel horrible. I almost cried. I controlled so hard to not cry. It's sad in today's world it is even hard for people to treat others equally. I feel I was treated like this because I was a foreigner and a woman. Your all-daughters are out there facing the world as well. Just imagine I was your daughter this is how she was treated.

Every time I come here, I’m impressed by the knowledgeable employees, reasonable prices and solid customer service. The first time my wife and I came here, we had a windshield wiper that had decided to wait till a heavy rainstorm to abruptly break. We rushed here, and not only did the gentleman behind the counter help us find the exact wiper we needed, he even stepped out into the downpour and showed me a method to get it on quickly and securely, which isn’t something I expected/asked him to do and was WAY beyond the scope of his duties. It’s reassuring to know that, when you come to this store, you’ll be helped by folks who genuinely seem to enjoy their job and know what they’re doing.

My friend had a battery issue. We went there to get a test. Many thanks to Eric, he patiently tested the battery and explained the status thoroughly.

Awesome experience. Unbelievable customer service. Eric was just a true angel. He went back and forth to my car at least 4 times just to help me. Stayed upbeat when I was just over the entire problem. He solved it! He is definitely on my Christmas list. Thank you Eric. Give this location in Vienna Virginia a try. I'm definitely going back.

I stopped in for wiper blades and was immediately assisted by one of the managers. He even went out to my car to check the blades and had one of the guys replace all of them for me. I was pleasantly surprised they replaced them for me and very grateful that I didn’t have to figure it out. I know it’s not hard but they already knew how to do it and were very efficient. I gave them a tip and they were surprised. But I believe in recognizing and thanking people for going above and beyond. They run a nice business and if I need anything again for my car, I would go even though there are closer shops to where I live.

Working at an elementary school up the road yet being unfamiliar with the area I was referred to this store solely due to its convenient proximity. Little did I know, the proximity was nothing compared to the kindness and patience I was shown while there. They answered my uneducated car questions (sorry I’m learning!), examined my car and installed a new battery all in one short afternoon. Added bonus- a customer who was in the shop while I was went as far as to reach out on their behalf simply to assure me I was in good hands (& he couldn’t have been more right.)

Will found the correct battery and installed it quickly and expertly. I considered getting other items but they were overpriced, with the most expensive option offered first. I knew I could get those cheaper elsewhere so I declined. The battery experience was positive, though, and I’d have no problem going back for another in future.

I needed to replace a new car battery and cashier was able to help me with that. He helped me to find the right part and he replaced it within 20 mins. It was very nice experience and help i got. Thank you very much Advance Auto Parts!!

Ryan was so helpful. I explained the issue I was having with my car and what he suggested the issue was, ended being the problem. Came back the next day to this location to buy the part I needed. Really felt I received the highest customer service one should get. Thanks Ryan for your help!

I can see why this place is so highly rated. The manager Bruce was very helpful and honest with enlightening me with knowledge about my windshield wipers. He gave me the honest advice that I do not need to change them right now and knowledge on how to maintain them and when to change them

I went in to buy a couple bulbs, and when I went to pay I asked an older man with glasses if I could use a discount code I received in an email. I’ve read other reviews that referred to him as Egyptian, he could be, but regardless, he rudely said something like “That’s for online orders only, can’t you see that on the email?!” and walked away. A younger man with short, blonde hair overheard and stepped in to kindly apologize that they couldn’t use the code in-store, and coupon codes didn’t apply to the brand I was purchasing anyway. I thanked him for taking the time to explain this, before I wasted my time trying to buy the bulbs online for the discount. I bought the bulbs, but I’ll be returning them.

Highly recommended! Helped my daughter out - diagnosed a bad battery, replaced it for her. Also checked her alternator and verified it's OK. Treated my daughter very well - she mentioned several times how nice they were to her. I'm 500 miles away and it feels great to have someone to trust. They went above and beyond.

Having been to three auto parts stores in as many days, this team was amazing. They were very busy, but still managed to provide prompt service, replacing my battery within 30 mins (no appt and they did another battery and helped with wipers and checked out around 15 customers in the same time). Always good to see a team working well together.

One of a national chain of auto parts stores. Good selection of tools, parts, and replacements for consumables such as tires, windshield wipers, and batteries. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Will help replace wipers and batteries with new ones bought there. Generally reasonable prices, though some items are lower quality, lower performance brands. At this location in a shopping center, ample parking.

As soon as I walked in Scott asked me and another customer if we needed help with windshield wipers since it was raining. He helped me select the correct wipers and even put them on for me. Not bad at all... and the wipers are great too.

The dedicated staff here provide succinct, prompt service. I went in that morning for a battery and was helped almost immediately. But as they were busy and understaffed that day - that, and my car battery is in an awkward and labor-intensive spot next to the wheel well - they weren't able to install it at that moment. Completely understandable. Evan, an employee, offered to help me out if I were to come back later that evening when he got off his shift. I returned; he spent over an hour with my car in the cold and the dark, maneuvering an overly complicated engine compartment (Thanks, Chrysler!) while pinpointing some issues with my starter. All of this at no additional cost to me. I got personal, cheerful, and informative assistance at this Advance Auto Parts and intend to return with whatever automotive needs they can meet.
