Amazing shop. Should be the highest rated in the area. Took my car to The Car Doctor first and they were trying to charge me $160 per tire for some crappy off brand tires. This shop is way more honest and reasonable for the same work. They also finished the work a day in advance of the originally stated date. 10/10 i dont think id take my car anywhere else

I was able to get a estimate quickly and at a reasonable price. The team replaced front axle. Richard was very professional and answered my questions and concerns. Made an appointment to get my front brakes done . Drop the car off in the morning and as always they then dropped me off at work and my car was ready by lunchtime The service is superb. The owner and staff are amazing! Ive been a customer for over 10 years and this is the only place I trust! Highly highly recommend

This place is great.i just moved here from Tampa. They fixed a few things on my 2013 Dodge Van.They are very knowledgeable and friendly and do the work for a fair price. Richard the owner is great. I highly recommend. I will take all my cars here when they need repair

One of the best experiences I have had with a repair shop. Total transparency and honesty is the exception in this industry and that's what I got at this place. Saved $120 getting my wife's car serviced here vs the dealership. One of the best things that these guys offer is manufacturer's recommended maintenance on just about any type of car at a much lower price than the dealership, but the main reason I gave them five stars is the honesty. Told me I could by a product from Amazon to clean one of the filters or valves or what ever for around $10 vs. paying someone nearly $80 to do it. Customer service, timeliness and communication are also great!

My husband and I have taken our cars to Tysons Auto Specialties over the past twenty years. Richard and his team have consistently provided honest, competent service of our cars. I recently had a 60k performed. As I picked up my car and drove off it was with a feeling of confidence that my 2009 car was safe and roadworthy.

Steering wheel needed to be adjusted after getting my tires had been replaced by the next store since they do not provide that service. After, my car was returned with front windshield (passenger side) cracked and they didn’t accept any kind of responsibility for that damage. I am filing a claim at the court for the damage.

Richard is the owner and has 35+ years experience and sets the bar high for his mechanics. They tow the line and are trustworthy, knowledgeable and completely transparent about what your car needs and what can wait. I am so thankful to have found Tysons Auto Specialties. Richard is awesome! I came in to install shocks, spring spacers, and a steering stabilizer for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. He had the most reasonable pricing and did it within 24 hours. Amazing. Also caught an oil leak and repaired it too. This place is very professional and courteous. Will recommend

I have been bringing my very old car to Tom and Richard, and their staff, for almost 15 years. I love this place. I will never, ever, consider taking my car anywhere else. I have been taking my car here for years! The service is great. Richard always calls you first with an estimate and the shop stands behind its work. Pricing is fair and Richard is happy to explain any work that needs to be done or is recommended. My car has finally reached a point where it’s not worth it to keep investing in repairs and Richard gave me some great advice about shopping for a used car. I will continue to use this shop for any future vehicle work.

It is nice to find a honest car shop these days. Tom was very helpful. He explained me everything that could be happening very clearly (I had an idea of what could be happening and he agreed with it). They fixed my car on time, which is another good thing. The prices are fair and reasonable, much less than what the dealer estimated me by phone for the same work.

Good service and easy to work with. Tom, Richard, and their team really care about their customers. I recently had some tire replaced. The results were great and Richard made the process the simple for me. I really felt that they cared; they didn't just say it, they showed. My only constructive comment/suggestion would be if they could offer weekend and/or after hours. After hours time isn't a big criteria for me, but could be for some that aren't as flexible with their work schedule. At the same time, they do offer rides to work if needed, so you could drop off your car early and catch a ride from them. Keep up the good work guys! I'll definitely be back!

Tom and Richard and their crew are great. I have 3 decent cars that are getting a bit old, but Tyson's Auto keeps them running just fine - which is a lot cheaper than buying new. I am always happy to pay for good service I can trust, and they have proven time an again that they would rather have happy customers than trying to squeeze a few extra bucks onto a repair. They tell you what's needed soon and what can wait, and let you decide based on your budget - no pressure.
