The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. And the manager, Joey was very helpful even I could see he was super busy and multitasking. Great quality service for the price. Excellent. Will definitely come back and highly recommend to friends...
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They sold us a 4 wheel alignment that was supposed to be covered for up to a year after the initial alignment. They claimed to have done it and the car was NOT aligned. Then, each time I called to make an appointment we were asked to leave the car all day. Total waste of time and they are NOT HELPFUL at all.
The guys at Tires Plus in Herndon do a great job. I took my car to their shop on a Sunday. There was only two of them working, it was the afternoon and they close early on Sunday. I had two screws in one of my tires and I needed my car for work on Monday. They removed the screws, I had my car back before they closed for the day and they did not charge me for this service. I have given them plenty of business in the past and I will continue to give them more business in the future. Thank you Bilal!

I had an excellent experience at Tire Plus in Herndon 20170. The team provided outstanding service for my car from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of their work really shows, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for reliable and honest automotive service.
The tech (whose name I did not get, and I regret it) was great. He was doing my tires AND giving great customer service both in person and on the phone. The tires I wanted originally weren't available, but I got a great deal on a similar set. Both Jeff and the tech really want to help you out. Found my new tire shop for sure.
The team (Lewis, Riaz, Teddy & Jeff) went out of their way to thoroughly examine my car in order to find a knocking sound. They found a bad wheel bearing and explained the repair in layman’s terms. They also perfomed a wheel alignment and tire rotation. I highly recommend this shop for having great customer service.
An appointment was made, I arrived before the appointment time, the vehicle checked in, work was completed and everything was done on time. Will be coming back.

I first went to another auto shop, but they were unable to do the work on Saturday and my daughter had to be back at school for Monday morning. Bilal at the Herndon location was not only able to provide more affordable pricing then the other shop, but he also was able to get the work done on a Sunday so my daughter was able to take her car back to college on time for her Monday morning class. She had to have an alignment, two tires replaced and balanced, and her front brakes/rotors replaced.
Fantastic experience and so happy to get the lifetime alignment paid for today. We have this on a couple other vehicles and it’s more than paid for itself. I’m paying for the same on two cars today too and look forward to returning to the Tires Plus location in McLearen RD in the coming years.
The guy in the front desk just didn't even ask my name, even with my name already in the system. So he just wrote my name as Hernando. I also requested a appointment but that appointment was never received or accepted.
I noticed the squealing noise from my truck's belt tensioners which needed to be replaced. I took it into the shop first thing in the morning since I had a long trip that day, and they squeezed me in. They however could not get the OEM Ford parts. Thank you for getting the job done! I will definitely bring my vehicles in for service.
Good value, to the time to thoroughly check the tires I requested were appropriate for my car, and suggested a could of alternatives in different price ranges.

Came here for a tire rotation, didn’t need to make an appointment just dropped my car off and they called me when it was ready. Great service, super friendly staff! Wonderful experience all around:)
We had several nails in our tire (Chevy Tahoe) so we took it to Tires Plus. The guy at the front was great; they didn't have any matching tires in stock but were able to order one for same day delivery. I brought the truck back in the afternoon and they had it fixed up in to time. Quick and painless, except the cost of the tire, but that's to be expected since they are quite large. I would recommend!
Very overdue rating, yet they are the best! My family and I take our cars here for maintenance and they always do a great job. Recently, took my car in for an installation of new tires and was updated the whole appointment.
I bought a set of tires a couple of months ago and was impressed by the service I received. Then I had a problem with the tire pressure sensors. I went in and was taken tare of immediately, serviced properly and professionally. I am impressed with the quality of service and the friendliness as well. I will recommend them to any who need great service and products.
I had an appointment last Saturday and arrived 15 minutes early. After checking in, I waited in the designated area. However, more than an hour passed without any updates, so I approached the front desk to check on my car’s status.
To my surprise, I was informed that my car hadn't even been started yet. I understand that wait times can be longer for walk-ins, but since I had scheduled an appointment, I expected more timely service.
This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had at an auto service center. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience here.
I have the alignment for life through Firestone and booked a noon appointment here. Did not realize that the appointment was not yet approved (yes, please see emails for approval of your appointment before you get there). Despite being fully booked, they accommodated me and had me out in less than an hour. Thanks for being considerate. Overall, good experience. Thumbs up for that.
We have been going to the Herndon Tires Plus for 20+ years. Although the staffing was challenged during the Covid time period,they seem to be stable again.
We have had our tires done for our 3 vehicles several times in 20 years.
The staff has been courteous , knowledgeable, and we have good results . They periodically offer discounts and are generous to customers in finding the right “special”
We have lifetime tire balance and alignment that was purchased with the tires . Reasonable and saves money per oil change. If there are any issues , they make it right. In fact, some of their advice has superseded the advice of dealerships!
Give them a try and remember, turn over in staff CAN happen anywhere. Work with them to determine what best fits your auto needs and connect with the manager if needed. They have been reasonable.
This place is a joke, I have 2 different incidents to report.
1) I made the earliest available appointment for 7am on Saturday.
I clearly mentioned to the Tireplus employee who helped to book an appointment that I can’t drop the car because I don’t live nearby so I’m going to wait and gentleman ensured me the same.
When I arrived for my appointment I was told you have to drop off the car because we are very busy and the gentle man was very rude so I simply walked away because I didn’t want to argue and ruin my weekend but imagine how inconvenient it was for me as a customer who got up early on the weekend just to get car fixed and appointment was made 2 days prior just to find out that either I have to drop or wait for 5 hours..
If I have to drop off or wait 5 hours then What is the fun of making an appointment ???
2) During my last visit which was back in Dec 2023 at this business, these dudes exchanged my wheel lock with another wheel lock which wasn’t mine and I came to know that when I was stuck somewhere and tire was flat.
I called these jokers and I was told I have to come in to talk to manager which is not convenient at all so I end up spending $100 to remove the old wheel lock and buy new wheel locks.
Looks like either team doesn’t coordinate well or they are not well organized.
Won’t come again to this horrible place.
I am very pleased with this place. The customers in the lobby waiting had nothing but good things to say. They kept me updated and also called before they did anything that could cost me more. They put my new wheels on and even my old wheel caps. The car was ready on time with no blemishes on the new wheels. A+ service.
Very pleased with the service. George was very professional, recommended the Firestone Destination, explained to me all the work that he was performing. The work was done on time and the price was very competitive. Very happy with the tires I've replaced. Been going to Costco for the tire replacements of all my vehicles, but will be going to Tire Plus moving forward.
