I was having starting issues this morning, so I decided to stop by advance auto to get my battery tested. Even in terrible weather conditions Erik helped me out with the battery testing and gave me a quote on a battery. I also noticed Joseph helping customers with the wiper blade installation, which he was quick and professional. I’d definitely recommend having Erik or Joseph help you when you visit the store. 10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I bought some things at this place, and they didn't fit my car. I went back and tried to return them, but they wouldn't take them back. This is really bad because there's supposed to be a warranty, but AutoZone Auto Parts is much better because they accept returns of anything that doesn't fit your car.

Gaby was very helpful when I needed to get wheel studs for my friend's Subaru. They said they didn't have it in stock, but she located some at the advanced auto parts location off lee jackson and told me they had them in stock. Part was correct and my friend was back on the road that night. Thank you Gaby!

HELLO, I been shopping at this store location for couple years now. I never have been problem always get what I need and staff Help me out as well always. But there is one person that if he checks me out my rewards number I put it does not work and on screen shows completely different name/ email I the ask him today as well last I did past several time why my number didn’t work he just said was oh we have computer problem but why does this problem does not come when someone else at same store checks me out? what i believe is that person puts his own info in account so he can get rewards. I won’t say who the person is but the management should step up and talk to their staff. I will continue coming back to the store but this kind of situation should not happen Thanks .

there were four people on staff and I requested an engine scan and was given a scanner that did not work on my 2001 F350 and the staff reported that's all they have so I wasted an hour and the staff proceeded to look idle 🙄

Good store and my regular auto parts store. However, today when I was in I was accosted by the very pungent small of marijuana coming off of a store employee. So strong that myself and the guy working behind the counter both really noticed. Not saying what people should do in their personal time, but I shouldn't have to smell dope when in a store. Hoping this gets read by corporate.

I stopped by Advance Auto for license plate screws since someone tried to steal my plates. Kareem was so helpful and went out of his way to find the screws I needed and helped me install them. Amazing customer service, so I’ll be going back again. Thanks, Kareem!!

Came in needing a part and asked them to look up my vehicle. They gave me the wrong part, so I returned the next day for a refund. The manager refused, then started making excuses about not wanting to get fired over a $7 item. I don’t need to hear your personal problems. He even told me to sell the part online to get my money back. The manager was completely dismissive, unprofessional, and had zero accountability. When I called customer service, they said nothing could be done and promised a call from the general manager within 24 hours. It’s been almost two weeks with no contact. Staff clearly don’t know what they’re doing, and this manager can’t handle even a simple situation. Extreme red flag. Avoid this place entirely unless you know exactly what you need and can deal with rude, incompetent staff.

Went to the store about 10 minutes before closing. The door was already locked but saw couple of employees chatting. I knocked on the door and one of the employees just stared at me. I knocked on the door one more time, and he came to open the door annoyed. He actually said, "Why are you banging on the door?". Simply the worst attitude I ever saw. I told him I needed to buy a Torx screwdriver for replacing my brakes. He reluctantly opened the door and told me to hurry up. Will never shop at this store again...

Sold me incorrect wiper blades for my car. Told me the sizes I needed without checking that they would actually connect to the car. Same employee was actively playing video games on his phone. Other employees ignored me completely while chatting. Do not go here if you want actual service.

John couldn't install battery because there were only 2 employees but a customer after me asked for the same service and he was helped and had his battery installed and I asked how much he paid for his battery and was lower than me because he got a discount. It appears this store prefers some customers more than others

Had an amazing experience at the store today. I was in desperate need of a battery but can be intimidating as I don't know much about cars. I was first introduced by Marco who was polite and professional upon entering the door. He said welcome and asked how he may help. I said I need a battery and he said ok and asked first to test my battery. Wow. I was pleased he wanted to confirm if it was my battery. Sure enough it was but he also provided a detail explanation of the results including a starter and alternator test. Which I'm happy he did. We walked back together and selected the battery for my car and went out to install it. Thank you Advance for the installation. The staff was fast and courteous.

Unwelcoming! We stopped by 10 minutes before the store was closing as we needed to purchase a part for our vehicle since it started having issues that same evening after work. This was the closest store near us at the time. When we arrived an employee was guarding the door from the inside and was already was locking the door. He shaked his head to us stating the store was closed. Clearly the store says they close at 9pm, otherwise we would have not came. We ended out going to AutoZone as they close at 10pm. They were able to provide us with great service and assisted us with finding the part we needed unlike the employee at this store. Please take your business elsewhere as they don’t care about their customers.

SO RUDE AND UNWELCOMING when I first came in I stood in line behind the customer they were speaking with for about 6 minutes then one of the workers rudely asked me “ do you need something “ like duh clearly or i wouldn’t be right here?? WTH , what about a “ how can I help you “?? I said I was picking up then after I was given my headlight bulb I asked “ do you guys change headlight bulbs “ they looked at me like I was crazy ( I have definitely gone to a BETTER advanced auto parts in Maryland and they gladly said “oh yea sure that’s easy”) they did suggest other places to go to which i guess gets two stars but they made me feel like I was not even supposed to be in there, super weird wouldn’t ever go back

I came in to buy a battery a month or two ago and allowed them to install it, as they offer free installation with the purchase. Couple weeks later my check engine light comes on; I take it to the shop and they inform me that it was installed improperly. The terminals were loose, so I wasn't getting proper voltage to the car. They tightened it and charged me 130 bucks. I informed the store and they told me to give it a few weeks to see if the check engine light comes back on, so we can know for sure that was actually the problem. The light never came back on, so I reached out to them again. They informed me there was nothing they were willing to do to reimburse me or accept responsibility. Didn't even apologize. Be warned, if you let them touch your car, you may end up footing the bill for their employees' incompetence. I can forgive mistakes, but the utter unwillingness to offer me ANYTHING to smooth the situation over is unforgivable. I used to come here for anything I needed for my car. I will never spend another dollar here, will tell all my friends to stay away, and I implore you all to do the same. They don't deserve any of our business.

There are helpful and knowledgeable staff at this location. Recently, I was looking for a replacement headlight and I asked ay the counter about the correct size/style for my car. Not only did the staff member tell me and then bring me what I asked for from the aisle, but they suggested that I buy two for similar brightness and so the other one wouldn't burn out so soon. This was possibly just an upsell, but certainly a helpful and logical one. Plus, I was out of the store and on my way in less than five minutes. Great service!

Chris took care of me!!! He was very kind, attentive and friendly. I explain myself and help with the problem with the battery of my car. Although he was alone in the store, he never stopped smiling and being polite. I recommend having more staff in the store. They have a large and comfortable parking lot. And a wide variety of tools at very good prices, the area is clean and tidy! 👍🏻😉

Had readily available exactly the parts and accessories I had in mind... Short trip in and out, fit my schedule nicely Quality accessories and motoring needs parts.. not junk like was everywhere in past years. Knowledgeable sales staff as well, they worked well together.. passing off my inquiry to another whom knew a little more about the part I had in mind.. great job! I was impressed because more often the people employed these days do not seem to have the work ethic of our generation
