My truck decided to lock my key fob in it randomly today. I called them & they were here as quickly as possible. They had me back in my truck within 10 mins. Top notch service, affordable & a pleasure to do business with. I’ll call them first every time. Thank you so much!
Would not trust this company in my opinion, They came and stole my truck and boat and trailer off of my marital property which is a felony I couldn’t get no one on the phone for over a week then when I did they wanted me to pay them 1,500 dollars to get my stolen property back. Saying they were told it was abandoned, even tho it was parking beside the car port with tags on it if that’s how they do business I wouldn’t trust them at all.
Our roadside assistance called three different towing companies that were either unwilling or incapable of towing our car out of a difficult situation before calling David of Lakeside Towing & Recovery. He arrived when he said he would, communicated what he would do, and accomplished it in a safe and timely manner. We are carrying his card with us if ever we are in need of a tow in this part of Virginia again.
I was visiting from out of town when my car experienced some issues and I found this place on google and the gentleman that towed my car went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road and was even able to fix the issue himself! They are super friendly and accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
Terrible people they overcharged me they charged me $500 to move my car 2 miles I hit a curb on Central Boulevard right by the hospital and I live right below DCC Danville community college about a 2 mile ride when the tow truck driver told me $500 I thought I was gonna have a heart attack. I was in shock a total rip off do not ever call these people if you need a tow truck
We called Lakeside towing as we needed to have our truck towed from a local gas station here in Danville to our home not far away due to starter issues. Spoke with the owner and he arrived in 30 minutes or less, very nice and polite and helped us with our issues. I would recommend Lakeside towing to anyone who needs a towing service. They our honest, reliable and very trustworthy beyond everything. We will definitely use their services in the future and will recommend them them to everyone we know.
