Cliff, Brandi, and Penny are the best! My brakes had completely given out on me. I went there and they ordered the parts for me and even found a mechanic to put the new caliper on for me!

This will now be my go-to auto parts store after the customer service I received from everyone here. Great group of people here who are very happy to help with any issues. Special shout out to Cliff who went out of his way to help me and follow up the next day calling me to make sure everything was working well, he's the man.

My check engine light came on so I went there to do a diagnostic early in the morning today and clerk told me that they don’t do diagnostic checks after 12 o’clock because he didn’t have any help in the store with him so I go back around 11:49 and he still hadn’t got any help yet so he asked me to wait till 1215. I’ll wait till 1215. He still hadn’t came outside and mind you the parking lot was empty. He could have helped me but he chose not to. I don’t recommend going there if you are a woman cause I felt like he put me on the back burner because I was a woman, and I didn’t know any better.

I called this location and Clifford helped me over the phone. I went in person and Clifford was able to show me what I needed and went out of his way to show me how to install this switch in my car. I am grateful for people like Clifford and I will choose this store over others from now on.

The worst O'Reilly car salespeople I've ever encountered. When the consumer asks queries concerning vehicle parts, the sales team becomes irate rather than comprehending what the customer needs.

Went by o Reilly Friday evening asking if they could check my check engine light and the manger saying there scanner was down which I was ok with it but noticed there was something off with him looking like he was gonna passed out looked like he was on some kind of drug or something

I have only been here twice to get parts for my ride and the service is great. I am not sure if they help you with minor fixes, but it does not hurt to ask.

There is no auto parts store that provides better exceptional service than the commercial sales department at the Piney Forest location. David is knowledgeable and respectful just a top tier individual. DAVID is the reason we use O'Reilly for all of our automotive parts needs!

Needed a part Pronto, O'Reilly didn't have it but said we can have it here by 4:30' this afternoon. It was 3pm when they said that. Everyone else was "we can get it here by tomorrow afternoon ". Went back to O'REILLY at 4:30pm and picked up the parts. Great service.

They got me in and out in no time. In another situation, I had a warranty on an item and they returned my money to me. I was in and out in no time they know their stuff. I'll be shopping here more often. I like not having to wait. Just go to the register tell them what you need and they got you.

I no longer shop at the store and I use to be a huge O'Reilly fan! They have one older man who works there and he is so sarcastic when you ask him for help with find parts and he is rude as well, I honestly don't know how he gets away with the way he talks to customers!!!

First time having to have a battery replaced, and the guys that helped me were so nice! They answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid, explained everything thoroughly, and they were very efficient. I'd happily return (though hopefully won't need to for a while)

The people who work there are friendly.They take time to come out to your car and check on the problem.Which I'm sure is a part of their job.But it's a great place to shop for auto parts and their prices are lower than some places.

Purchased parts that wouldn't be in til next day at 830 AM. The next day I go to pick up parts, and employee looks everywhere for them, and then comes up and says they are not here. Employee then says they have been experiencing computer issues that my order must have not went through. So becareful if you have to order something from Orileys especially if you need it quick. This was a major inconvenience for me and my coustmer.

Came in because my battery died on my car. I paid for the battery, and the technician that put the battery on was very rude. I tried to make small talk and thank him for helping. He was so angry that he had to put the battery on that he refused it speak to me, he wouldn't even mumble one word. Then today I break down again, take in to account I'm 6 months pregnant and it was 90+ degrees outside, once I received helped, I discovered the battery wasn't getting connection because it wasn't tightened at all. To top it off, the caps were left off the positive connections. Horrible customer service. The only positive experience was the gentlemen that checked me out at the counter was very polite.
