What clients say about J & W Nova Parts in Danville (VA)
This morning we had called and got a hold to a Kelly. Kelly stated that they was not open due to the holiday hours but overly welcomed us to come since we had driven an hr and was 15 min out! She stayed for us to get our parts we had called for prior that week. She was very educational and very polite and whiling to help us with everything we were asking and needing. We thank Kelly and the staff for going above and beyond on their services ! And we can not thank them enough for making my dads Christmas!!
Always nice and polite very helpful I have a great experience with the staff products are nice and it's not far from my house I'm always happy when I go down to get products
J@W nova parts are some really nice people. Their parts always fit right. An if you do have a problem they take care of it. I've been buying from them for several years. An have never had a problem if they happen to not have I'll wait to see if they get it. You can't beat the service an . An freindlyness. Thanks J@W.
Kelly Brown is rude, overbearing, uncooperative and bullies the customer and her employees. Avoid doing business with them. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
The lady that answered the phone was very rude and said I had the wrong number, then hung up on me. She didn't have to do that. She could've heard me out first. Message to her, Karma😁
Rude and unprofessional, asked about few parts said they dont carry them and never did in there 25 years in business, Purchased $25 in parts charged my card $125 , called them and they sold me engine frame bracket for $79 that anyone can buy from Summit for $39 that I said I did not want at the point of sale , arguing with me that I orderd them and then told me they dont need my business, I'm sure the dont , In Danville Va. I'm sure they have the nicest dubble wide.
Please us classic industry I've tried and tryed to use j&w and they are the worst the tell you and parts aren't made and you can't get this you can't get that I flip on pen classic industry book and there it is
