We had cause to use Dragon Recovery a few months ago when my car broke down on 460. The man who came out to help us had great communication with us, was very friendly and professional, and towed our car safely. We would certainly use their services again if need be!
Was at Sheetz and we crossed paths and we had a lil dance off at the drinks i paid for my drink and the rest of the $20 in gas said Merry Christmas and walked to the car. DragonRecovery came out shook my hand and said he hoped the rest of my Christmas was great and added the rest to fill my tank up shook my hand and told me if ever need Towing or anything call him. That good deed i felt like definitely deserved me sending a shout out. Good people are still here. Appreciate that and pleasure meeting you. Merry Christmas.
My auto insurance company dispatched these guys for my disabled suv a few weeks ago. Had stealer service. The insurance company sent a mistyped area code for the phone number, lucky the dispatcher was on top of it and noticed the mistake and was able to get ahold of me. The guy driving the rollback was efficient and careful securing the vehicle as well as friendly.
Nick from Dragon Recovery came quickly, was so personable and knowledgeable! Thank you Nick. He jumped our battery, which solved the problem. We had called for a tow but Nick checked the battery first. Thank you!
Was broke down on a Sunday and nobody was available until I called Dragon and Mrs Susan sent her guy Cody out tow my car to my home ... a life saver ? ❤️

Great service! I have used them at least 3 times. Twice for locking my keys in my car. Once today for towing service. All 3 times they have served me well and were very timely also. Thank you Dragon! I always know I can count on you in a pinch.
Excellent service! The lady I spoke on the phone with was super nice and helpful. She told me they were a few hours out and that was fine with me. The driver called me a few hours later and told me he would pick my disabled vehicle up where I left it on the side of the road. He recovered my vehicle and took it to the garage I requested. The cost was less than I was excepting so that was awesome. I would definitely use this service again. I like that it’s called Dragon Recovery! I chose this service because they had the best ratings and I agree!
My truck died as I was driving down the road. I called and 10 minutes later they were there and got my truck to a shop. It was quick, easy and the guy was kind. I will definitely use them again if needed.
The driver was knowledgeable and very fast with hooking the car up. He drove safely to the dealership and was easy to talk to. He let me know he was going to be a bit later than the expected pick up, which was no problem. He was great at communicating with the dealership to figure out where my car needed to go. Our tow truck driver was polite, professional and efficient. It was oppressively hot outside and he never complained or took a break. We had great communication with dispatch, they gave us a time they would be there and were true to their word. I highly recommend using their services.
We moved a Christmas Caboose a few blocks in downtown Lynchburg. Dragon Recovery and Linc were awesome! They showed up when they said they were going to show up and they charged exactly what they said they would charge. And I even got a couple of entertaining stories out of Linc while we were waiting around on cranes, etc. Fair prices, terrific service! I will definitely call them again.

The driver arrived to my location before his ETA. The driver was professional and courteous and willing to see what the problem was.
Fortunately my vehicle started without any extra assistance.

These guys are awesome. An accident caused our golf cart to roll down a hill and into our lake. If floated out about 30 ft then settled on the bottom of the lake. The roof was still above water. I called Dragon Recovery and they were at my house in less than an hour. Although they told me this was their first recovery of this kind, they developed a plan in a matter of minutes. They would winch the cart out. The owner of DR waded out into the lake and fully submerged himself in order to hook up the golf cart to be winched out. They did an awesome job and I would highly suggest contacting this company if ever in need. You don’t come across AWESOME companies like this very often. I highly recommend them !! Thx again DR. You saved the day at our home.
Bob as done a tremendous job 3 times for me in a row,, others with dragon recovery have done just as well.
As always they show up quickly, or when they said they would, and always taken care of the vehicle getting it towed safely and quickly.
Linc was my serviceman for this call and he was excellent! I had a small issue where I could not meet him at the exact time to exchange keys like planned (I was unable to leave work at the time since I had so many associates in the building/Limited staffing) and not only was he extremely patient - but he even came to me to get the keys. I would recommend them to everyone, they are affordable when you're in a bind! I will always use them if I ever need it again in the future.
Broke down and within 2 hours Dragon Recovery had picked up my vehicle and delivered it safely. Answered phone immediately when I called. Very polite, gave me an ETA and cost on the spot. Called me (at work) when it was handled. Very impressed. Highly recommend!
