Terrible Service! My dad called to get some parts, and they were very rude and told him that he did not want his BUSINESS!!! He went to a place in Danville and they were 20 cheaper on each part and he didnt have to wait to get what he needed. Terrible Customer Service!

My family had a horrible experience I give no stars to customer service. My brother is mentally disabled and asked for help the heavy white guy at the desk. The employee talked to him like he was stupid and tried to argue with him he didn't argue back he just walked away so my wife tried to help him but before she finished her sentence he was already saying nope,nope,nope. She wasn't even asking a yes or no question. I went in and was the only one at the counter he sat with feet proped up on the desk on the phone just looked at me sideways and didn't acknowledge me for a couple minutes then looked up n said he is coming, rudely. I asked for his first name he said I don't have to give it to you. Kept saying why why. I said because I need to do a customer service review. He said why why and no. So never gave his name . This happened on December 29th at 11:30. I'm trying to reach someone to make a complaint but I got sent in a circle then told obviously he isn't here so do you want the voice mail. Just a horrible experience I was really sick trying to get a tire to go see my daughter cause I didn't have a way to see her for Christmas. The bigger guy with glasses was nice to well at least he wasn't rude I would say.

I called to order a part and specifically confirmed beforehand that I could broker the shipment using my own label. I was told that would be fine. Five days later, after checking on the status of my order, I was informed that they do not accept customer labels—contradicting what I was originally told. This miscommunication resulted in unnecessary delays and a frustrating waste of time. To be clear, Rashad, the employee I spoke with, was professional and courteous throughout the process. My issue is not with him but with the management and lack of consistency in their policies. Clearer communication and follow-through from the decision-makers would have saved both sides time and effort.

One of there employees hit my car, the owner and his insurance were made aware of it, but my car is still messed up, i guess im going to keep putting reviews up until it gets fixed,I think I will call bbb on them and a couple of other places too

I was searching for a hard to find replacement piece for my Volvo. Not only did they have it at a great price but made sure it was the right piece after I ordered it online. But the one thing that really got me... the communication was amazing; they call and text. Shipping was fast. All around great business. I will contact them again for whatever I need for my autos.

As a company, I will say these guys are the absolute worse. Did a warranty job for them, received the check for almost $6400, and they did a stop payment after I received it. After over 3 weeks of Trying to reach anyone to resolve the issue, I am still getting the run around. Highly recommend you find someone that stands behind their product. Horrible people to do business with. These 5 star reviews must be left by employees to cover the real customer reviews

I ordered a part. Asked when it would arrive since its only 100 miles away. The salesman said it would be there the following day since its so close. 2 days later my mechanic said it wasn't there yet. So I called back, got the tracking information, and discovered that its still sitting at Cunningham Bros warehouse. "It was invoiced this morning" is what I was told. 2 days after ordered. To summarize. I ordered on Wednesday morning, they said it would arrive on Thursday. On Friday they invoiced me and still hasn't shipped. With the holiday weekend here, I won't get the part till Tuesday or Wednesday. I am not a satisfied customer.

These Yo Yo's apparently Own Pick N Save in Roanoke VA, There is no phone number for you to call the lot to inquire if they have a part or a Vehicle you need. Good Business, Do you hear the Sarcasm. Back in the day when Old Dominion was Locally owned they cared about the Local Customers. Seriously HOW HARD IS IT TO ANSWER A PHONE. Next they will transfer you to India to look for a knob to roll your window up.

Rashad was very helpful from the start. It was a very complicated process to find parts for my 27 year old vehicle. I did a sync3 swap in my mustang. In order to get Apple CarPlay to work, I needed the usb hub from a newer mustang. Patrick sent pics until we had the correct part and even went out into the yard a few times to make sure the correct part was pulled. The following day, he even gave me a tracking number! I will only deal with Patrick, that’s my guy!!! Oh and I now have apple CarPlay; thanks Cunningham Brothers!!!

In the old days when you needed used auto parts you had to put your rubber boots on and slosh around a usually wet junk yard. Now with just a call to CB all isneeded is to go to one of thier convenient centers. A knowledgeable and attentive staff can answer your questions and help you. Great place.

Ordered a used subaru motor from Cunningham, and it is a mess. I was told that the front cover was just missing and it was listed without the turbo and no other issues reported. When I received the motor, the front cover is completely shattered and I have to remove all timing and cam gears to replace. Some of the lines and tubes were cut instead of pulling them .5 inches away from cut. This is causing me to remove the entire intake manifold to replace a hose. Multiple connectors and wiring issues so I am having to rewire some of the harness. All this causing multiple days extra worth of work. I emailed them to voice concerns and have not gotten any response back.

I'm by no means a car expert but wanted to try my hand at some DIY repairs to save money. After an unfortunate hit and run in NJ, I decided to replace some damaged parts on my van. I was in need of a new hood, but wasn’t sure of the exact term. So I described it to the store as "the metal piece that covers the engine." They took my order and asked for a prepayment of $90, mentioning the part would be ready in two days. When I returned to pick it up, they handed me a plastic engine cover, which wasn’t what I'd described or intended to buy. Their response was less than accommodating: "You've already paid, so it's yours. Next time, ensure you know what you're buying." Despite my attempts to explain my situation, their response was unyielding, offering to order the hood I originally wanted but at an additional cost. I hate to give negative reviews, but in this instance, it's warranted. Their approach to customer service was highly disappointing. A one-star review only because it's the minimum.

I recently purchased a vehicle from a private online seller and had some unexpected major issues with it immediately. The issues totalled more than I purchased the car for and wanted to invest in the vehicle. I was left stranded. I researched my options for reselling the vehicle, but realized the title had not been transferred correctly before it was sold which created a delay... Long story short the owner, management and the employees of Cunningham Brothers went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist me... They were extremely kind and patient! They brought me food and water in the scorching heat. They even assisted me on their days off. They also offered me the highest salvage price on the vehicle. I've purchased parts from them in the past for other vehicles and am a repeat customer. I HAD to review on this particular visit though... Throughout the frustrating and embarrassing experience they EXEMPLIFIED top-notch, excellent customer service!!!!!!!!! Thank you to all your employees. Sincere gratitude. Sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for stepping in as family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUNNINGHAM BROTHERS!!!!!!!!!!! They're about people. They reminded me that kindness does still exist in this world.

I purchased a mirror for my car and the order was simple. Received my order and they sent me the wrong color. Called back and I was told by the same person who I ordered the part from that they did not have the color I needed and that I could easily buff the color off and repaint it. If that didn't work to let them know. I was so shocked on such poor customer service I called back, only to find out that there were three of the color I needed in stock. I asked to speak with the manager and it eventually was resolved. It was handled unprofessional by the employee and the manager for a business that has been in service so long. This was my first purchase but also my last!

I am an Independent used car dealer here in Northern VA, I purchased a $2000 transmission on April 12th, We installed the part 4 days after delivery, to find out that the trans is no good. Here comes the great part, they now advise they need to send a warranty adjuster (third party mind you) out to assess the problem. Hmmmm ok (thats fishy). Adjuster comes unannounced, goes over his questionnaire with our mechanic. Our claim took two weeks to be answered, that answer was a denial of the claim. Reason being we didnt provide a lift for them. Never was that asked of us) First off I've and we have been ordering parts from salvage yards for so many years and never heard of this but went along as this is their process. Not something disclosed before paying for our part. Bought a used part and they need to send an adjuster to confirm defective part????? That is so suspect. Claim was denied because we didn't give this unscheduled adjuster a lift to look under the car. (mind you we were informed it was not needed.) Now they say we need a lift to send back adjuster. Today we gave that lift, adjuster came on his scheduled time again going over troubleshooting questions with our tech. Claim denied. Hold up we bought a used part that is defective and you are denying a warranty claim that should not even exist. WTH. If this was disclosed at time of sale I/WE would have never purchased a part. Our business as dealers buying from salvage yards is based on trust, Trust meaning I as purchaser pay and your as a provider of parts stand behind your product. We never look for extended coverage just to ensure it works when installed. This here that we are going thru with third party warranties on a salvage part is a clear indication you are trying to screw us over. Not only us but probably countless other customers. Again if terms of sale were explained in the beginning we would have never purchased from YOU! I look forward to hearing from you. Savvas K

Purchased some seats. They were very upfront on the condition, took photos and explained in detail the defects. Open and Honest. Shipping from VA to MN was fair. They were packaged in a ton of bubble wrap then in black waterproof wrap. Very professional and customer service is 10x better than what most big box stores offer.

Tom went above and beyond for us here at our company he is always been fair and honest and always gave us good parts at great prices. I ordered a transmission for a Toyota Camry it didn't fit despite it being a very hard to match finally when we decided we had one that would match the numbers from the old transmission to the transmission I was buying it was sent unfortunately even though the same transmission the valve body was not matching the plug-in I called Tom and without any hesitation he made it right highly recommend him and the company

Needed a headlight assembly that no other parts place in the area had for less than $350. Kevin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It blew my mind that they had what I was looking for at a reasonable price of $175, shipped out overnight and I had it installed ready to light up the night in less than 24 hours. These guys have saved me hassle and delays multiple times including back a year ago when they were again the only parts place that had the exact tire rim for my Subaru after a terrible pot hole bent my front rim on Lover's Leap. I would highly recommend these guys over and over again. Thank you!!

I bought a used engine through another store and had nothing but problems with it. The warranty company they have is in Texas. What a joke. I tried dealing with them directly but they were so rude and unprofessional. I finally had to buy a remain engine. They also didn't refund me all of my money. Lessons learned I will not ever again buy from a junkyard. Supposed to have had a lifetime warranty. Oh no. Good luck with that one.
