I recently took my Mercedes-Benz to the collision center for repairs, using my State Farm insurance Initially, everything seemed fine. The repair process took about 5–6 weeks, and when I picked up the car, it looked okay on the surface. However, within just two days, I noticed that the front bumper was not properly aligned, and I was still experiencing some of the original issues that led me to bring the car in. I returned to the collision center, and they quickly pointed the blame at the insurance company, saying the problem was because OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts were not approved by State Farm—not their fault, according to them. They kept the car for another 10 days and replaced the non-OEM parts with OEM ones. Still, when I got the car back, the temperature gauge began fluctuating oddly—dropping to the middle and then rising back up. While the car wasn’t overheating, this behavior had never occurred before. On top of that, the front bumper still wasn’t aligned correctly. I called the shop again and explained the issue with the temperature gauge. They said I could bring it in—but when I was preparing to drop it off, I was told I’d have to pay almost $300 just for them to hook it up to a diagnostic machine. They also tried to brush off the issue, saying the gauge behavior was "somewhat normal." At that point, I questioned the value of the so-called warranty on their work. Why should I have to pay to diagnose a problem on a part they replaced and billed the insurance $10K? Their response? “OK.” No support, no follow-up, not even a courtesy call from the collision manager—just a cold shoulder. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. For a brand like Mercedes-Benz, this is unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight to get proper service—especially after such an expensive repair. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unwillingness to stand by their work leaves a lasting bad impression. I expected better.

Patrick and team did a wonderful job with my repair. I have a matte white color (3 stage) and they blended it amazingly I can’t tell. Job took a bit longer than expected but they did such a good job that I’m very happy with the results. For any body work on my Mercedes I’ll be bringing it here.

Mercedes Benz Arlington Collision and Body shop has outstanding personnel. I brought my S580 to them for some additional work to enhance the appearance of the car. I would certainly not just trust anyone to do this delicate work on a vehicle such as this. Patrick was very helpful, extremely kind, and professional with his assistance. Nicole Chavez took my car in and was thorough with listening to my needs and very warm. The actual body folks did INCREDIBLE work. Brian who also assisted me on my pickup of the car was a gentleman. The S580 looks stunning. Come to MB Arlington Collision Center for your body repairs or body enhancements to your MB! Trust me- you will feel well-received and truly cared for!

I have to acknowledge the expert work performed on my car. I turned my car into Mercedes of Arlington Collision Center a month ago and I am driving it today. Nicolle Chavez was amazing. She assured me that they will make it like new and she did just what she said. It’s a shame that they do not do a survey for them as they do for their service department because I have been in car accidents before and never experienced the level of service I received from them. They were courteous and always kept me informed. The car is beautiful and I am grateful that they were able to take and assist me through this matter.

I’m very happy with the bodywork. It took a long time to get parts due to Mercedes parts shortages but it was well worth the wait. Only small hiccups with communication but face-to-face customer service was great but phone calls were not always answered or emails. Natalie was my service advisor. She was fantastic!.I would certainly use them again for any other car issues that need fixing. My wife has a Lexus that has scratches on the hood that I’m thinking about bringing to them for repair.

Had my car repaired here great customer service, friendly and welcoming staff and excellent body work. Rebecca is THAT GIRL! The staff does their job and they are good at what they do. I felt like my car was brand new when I got it back.

Excellent customer service and work!!! Had my bumper replaced and hood touched up from being scratched. Would highly recommend using them for any bodywork needed.

I took the my car after accident for this location, I took photos after towing , back bumper not damage before , I showed him photos my proof, but mr mark there never agree and he keep telling me damage is before, he said he is not going to repair that, also I hear noice on noice coming same driver side , he said it’s a seat but I still hear noice , they are try to wash there hands , they don’t help but I will take necessary action if his GM manager not take action, I have proof all the details, this is my first and last visit I guess. I advice you do not go this place they will damage your car more.

Outstanding Repair & Service! I took my car here after it was in a serious accident. Mark was very helpful and precise in looking over the damage and assessing what needed to be done - he has a keen eye for detail. Mark made sure the car showed no sign of the accident when I came to pick it up. Everything was fixed and he made sure it was cleaned for presentation. Mark and His Team take pride in what they do and it shows!

Rude and arrogant. I made an appointment with Natalie. I called and apologized asking if I can bring the car another day since something came up and I needed my car. She yelled at me for being late. First, this is not a doctor’s appointment and it’s simply an intake of information. Second, no technician was waiting to fix my car at that very moment. I asked if she can give me an estimate how long it takes. She was yelling again. She said she doesn’t even want to answer my question. What kind of attitude is that? You can give a ballpark: you can’t tell me it will be a few weeks or a few months? The entire phone call she was talking me down, condescending and rude. I don’t know she is like that to all people or just discriminatory against me. Treat people with some respect!

My vehicle was brought in for collision repair after 7/6/21. I have contacted the shop 4X... No one has returned my calls. Tried contacting Mark Williamson, manager. No help

With the repair of my Mercedes-Benz vehicle, the alignment of bumper with fenders and alignment of right head light assembly is not back to manufacturing original specs. for Mercedes-Benz certified body shop. I grade the repair a C- overall. I no longer have this vehicle, was traded as of 11/30/19 because of their so-so repair at ASC. If you love and/or care for your Benz vehicle don't bring it here. This place is not very good in proper assembly and alignment especially head lights and fenders with my vehicle repair.

I worked with Brian from this Collision Center and Nicole, the Geico adjuster here, in repairing my 2019 Toyota Camry SE from a hail storm in June 2019. Nicole made the process super simple and easy from a Geico perspective and Brian kept me informed throughout the entire process. My hood, parts of the door, and the gas cover needed replacing and the stock parts they order are not painted. They did a flawless job getting the paint done and repairing the vehicle so that no dents were noticeable. I had roughly $7,350 of hail damage and left only paying a $500 deductible. My car actually got hit by a Henry’s Towing Company on the lot under their care as I was in transit to pick it up. The bumper and wheel were damaged. They handled all of that between the companies and other than it affecting my vehicle, it did not affect me what-so-ever. This service center repaired those issues too in about a week time-frame and kept me in the loop. They also did an alignment and detailed my car both times. Overall, they did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle and had excellent customer service. If my car ever has problems like this again, this will be the first place I take it. Tip: If you’re going through Geico, doing it through the application is super simple and fast. You can also organize for a rental through it.

I was sent to this shop after waiting 3 weeks for an outside Insurance appraiser to give me an estimate on my car. I expressed my frustration to Chris Quinn about this process taking so long, and he then helped me graciously. Not only did he understand my frustration in dealing with the insurance company, but he worked with my timeline for repairs and helped me receive speedy service. Chris even brought me in before the time of actual repair to temporarily secure my bumper, since the insurance company did not want to cover a rental car until my car’s parts came in. Thank you for taking my needs seriously and for helping me in this stressful situation! Now calling this place my new body shop!

Bought a new ML 350 a few years ago. American Service Center has been awesome with each service and my SUV still runs and drives like new. No other car or car dealership even comes close to the quality we’ve enjoyed over the years. Thanks ASC!!!!

Todd was excellent. I rolled into parts having a hit and run and hoped they would be able to just asses my situation and give me the part needed. Todd took the time to find the part and asses the damage with me. He definitely didn't have to. ASC aren't like these other service people that try to nickel and dime you out of everything. My first visit was excellent.
