Too bad I can't give 10 stars; this place deserves it. I've been buying vehicles for years and hands-down, this was the best buying experience I've ever had! First, they gave me an outstanding price. Second, Juan Carlos was extremely helpful during the buying process. He was even able to find some additional components that I wanted for the truck and saved me money in the process. Chetan helped with financing and got me a better rate than my bank could provide. Everyone of the staff were courteous and friendly. It was well worth the nearly 3 hour drive to get to the dealership.

If you need a car, or are looking to get work done, please look at the rest of the 1-star reviews on here, in addition to mine. They incentivize people to rate this place 5 stars and most are not genuine.
I recently was called in to do some recall work on my Toyota RAV4 with the incentive of free windshield wiper blades. I accepted and dropped off my vehicle for the work for about 3 hours. Everything seemed fine, however it’s been a couple days since the repairs and my fuel economy has tanked significantly. I’m very familiar with my cars MPG and how fast I need to refuel, however since the repairs, my gas has been tanking very fast. I have never had any problems with anything gas related and I saw significant changes right after getting the work done here at Koons Arlington.
I decided to book an appointment with this dealership to figure what they had done to my car. I figured they would inspect the car since they just had completed rework on it, but they are charging me $190 just to get it inspected and will charge additional for needed repairs. I’m very sure their technicians had altered my car negatively during the recall and are trying to squeeze profits out of me. Very disappointed with their services and what they had done to my car.

Steven O'Brien was great to work with! He was thoughtful, super responsive, and did not waste our time at all. He prioritized finding a car that matched our wants and our budget. I also did my due diligence and called around to five different dealerships in the area and no one else could beat the deal. If I ever need a vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back to Koons!

I had an amazing experience at Koons Arlington while I was there to purchase my Toyota Sienna 2026 XLE. I was impressed by their excellent professional service with it’s professional team especially Steven O’Brien and Gian who make the purchasing process very simple and genuine. In addition, their price was very reasonable as compared to other car shops I have ever visited. I am very grateful for the sales team and the owners for their professional service and reasonable price!!! Please, keep it up!!!

I had a very frustrating experience at Koons Arlington Toyota.
About a week before my appointment, they called me and told me that my car was due for an oil change. Based on that call, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and canceled all my plans for the day. I even took a full day off work, expecting the service to take most of the day, since a previous oil change at this same location had taken from 9:00 AM until 5:30 PM.
When I arrived that morning, they suddenly told me that several maintenance deadlines had passed in their system and that the service would not be covered. Instead, they offered to do it for a very high price. I asked why none of this was mentioned during the phone call and why they asked me to come in if this information was already known. The only response I got was an apology.
As a result, my entire day was completely disrupted. When I tried to speak with customer service, I was told the manager was sick and unavailable.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully before coming here and avoiding this location if possible. Otherwise, you may end up with a major waste of time and a lot of frustration.Jan 13, 2026 -
I really enjoyed buying a car from Koons Arlington Toyota. Mr. Steven, Mr. Alex, Daniel, Ray, and Tim treated me very professionally and politely and helped me generously to buy my desired car at a reasonable price. I would love to do another business with them in the future.

Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. Awful customer service from top to bottom and they should be ashamed of how they interact with their customers.
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership roughly 2 years ago, and the process to purchase the vehicle was tedious, yet expected. But my real issue with this dealership isn’t their tedious processes - it’s with their incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional staff/managers.
When I purchased my pre-owned vehicle from this Koons Arlington Toyota dealership, I was given two sets of keys. Fast forward to a couple of week ago and my car was experiencing some battery/engine problems, so I brought it to a local mechanic. By the time the mechanics had gotten to my vehicle, the battery had died. The mechanics informed me that the key I had been given by the dealership was not the actual key to my car door, and that the key FOB had been programmed to my car despite the key not being a fit for my door.
After fixing my car, I checked the second, spare key that this dealership gave me when I purchased the car and confirmed that both keys do not open my door. I immediately called this dealership to explain what had happened and to ask if it was common practice at their dealership to sell vehicles with mismatched car keys, and their manager was very rude and short with me over the phone. He told me “there was no way to prove that I didn’t swap out or replace the keys on my own” even though I told him I still had the original tags on my spare car key ring from when I initially purchased the vehicle, and that they would not provide me with a set of replacement keys that would actually unlock the door of my vehicle that I purchased for almost $20,000 for at this dealership.
Horrible customer service from top to bottom, and I will be sure to tell everyone I can that they shouldn’t waste their time or money purchasing a car from a dealership that doesn’t do right by their customers.Dec 28, 2025 -
Im going to start by saying the owner and managers at this dealership should be proud of their team. They should be proud to have Gian and Vlad selling cars for them.
After a horrendous experience at a local dealer, I was feeling uninspired, and willing to forget about the thought of a brand new car. Instead, just hours later, Gian and Vlad called and we immediately worked out a deal. They met me with numbers that were reasonable, and they didnt try to lie or hide anything. I signed the papers that night.
I drove 4 hours to receive my 2025 4Runner in the color i really wanted. When i arrived, the car was clean, and vlad and gian met me with everything prepared to take delivery of the car.
This dealership and especially Vlad and Gian made this process unbelievably easy. The thought and care they put into their work is remarkable. If i could give 25 stars i would. This is an A+ dealership.

5 stars for Saeed, our salesperson at Koons Arlington! Super responsive over text, honest and straightforward, super helpful. He gave me their best pricing over text before even coming in, and once we were in, he was patient, helpful, positive, and very professional through and through. Made our buying experience a great one. The review is 4 stars for the other staff... they weren't so great, but Saeed is the reason I would ever consider returning to this Toyota location for another car purchase.

I was in a wreck and my car was totaled so I had to have a new vehicle asap. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t settling for any less but didn’t have much time bc I needed a new car. I had called a few place but none could find what I wanted until I called Koons Arlington. Steven answered got a few details and was very confident he could get the car I wanted. With in minutes he found the exact car I was looking for and had it at the dealership the same day. If you’re looking for a new ride I’d 100% recommend Steven. He was very easy to deal with, has a great sense of humor and is very good at his job!

When I later discovered an issue with the car, I was frustrated by the lack of response at first. However, after my concern was escalated, the team followed up, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it promptly. I appreciate the effort to make things right and hope communication continues to improve for future customers.

The communication is terrible, the attention is very bad. Gorge Larkin met with me and called me there I went and he said he would help me but he did not help me with anything. A sales representative should not be like this. He has no connection to his job and he does not know anything. I even asked for a quote and giving it should not be this difficult. He said he would get a quote later and contact you. He never wrote back. I called but he did not answer. I have bought vehicles many times before and I have never seen a dealership that gives such bad service.

Some great customer experience working with Valerii Burchynskyi at the Koons Arlington Toyota i’ve had. He really respected my time and handled everything exactly as we agreed. Super polite and professional throughout the whole process. I also appreciated that he spoke my language, which made communication easy and comfortable. You can definitely trust the guy to find exactly what you need as he’s done for me! I needed the Cement Woodland Edition Sienna, so I got the very one I wanted thanks to Valerii.

Vlad was one of the best salesman I’ve met. He was always hospitable and respectful towards us and showed real empathy when we went to purchase our 2026 Corolla. Vlad has been a great salesman and has worked with my cousin greatly in securing the best deal for our interests. My cousin had recently gotten into a car crash and was lookingg forward to buying a hybrid 2026 Corolla. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Koons Arlington Toyota. I purchased a used car from them, and within just 25 days, the engine completely blew. What followed was an absolute nightmare.
After reporting the issue, the dealership took 15 days to even address the situation, with zero communication in between. I had to constantly follow up, only to be met with hostility from their staff when they finally did respond. Instead of taking responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle, they had the audacity to demand I pay for the repairs myself.
This dealership clearly has no regard for customer service or accountability. I trusted them to sell me a reliable car, and they failed miserably. Save yourself the trouble—avoid this place at all costs.Nov 16, 2024 -
