I have an older vehicle that needed maintenance in order to pass the Virginia state safety inspection so I could get it registered. Metro Motors inspected my vehicle, clearly explained the services that were required, and offered a fair price, lower than what a previous repair shop had quoted me. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. If I ever need vehicle repairs in the future, I will definitely return.

This place rocks, they replaced my entire engine and did a fantastic job, made it affordable, and accommodated me and my schedule repeatedly and even did a free check follow up on it three weeks later. I've taken my car here a few times and am always pleased! The last time, I took it in because I heard a clicking sound, and since it was a simple thing that was loose, they just tightened it and didn't even charge me. Highly recommend!

I had such a positive experience fixing my car issue with Metro Motor - Clarendon. They were friendly, efficient, accommodating, communicative and transparent, and not pushy for services. They resolved exactly my problem professionally and courteously. They even got me a ride to work after I dropped off my car! This was my first time working with Metro Motor for a car issue (tires), but I will definitely be going back to them in the future for any other vehicle needs.

Man it just doesn't matter how bad of a day I'm having or I'm stressed my car just canceled on me, these guys always seem to help me out and make the day better.
Been coming routinely for about 2 years now, 3 different cars, oil changes, tranny flush, brakes, tires, inspections, and every single time they do everything to a T.
They've lyfted me to and from their location, literally just asked me how I was doing when stopping there for gas (which always seems to have decent prices for the area).
Every single mechanic here is a genuine human being and have fully earned my loyalty, I'm military and will have to move eventually, LITERALLY the only reason that sucks is cause I'll have to eventually find a new mechanic. Thanks guys, as always and for everything.
A neighbor recommended this location to me and now I can’t recommend them enough! As someone who doesn’t know a lot about cars going to a mechanic is nerve wrecking. But these guys are honest and trustworthy. Jp and his team are top notch! Me and my friends have had a Prius, Ram ProMaster, and RAV4 worked on here for various, always happy and confident with them!
Came here after looking at a couple of different places for my state inspection at the end of the month, obviously a pretty busy time for most car shops. These guys were so great! Not only did they get my inspection done in a timely manner, but they also were very kind and offered to get me a Lyft home so I wouldn’t have to wait. They went above and beyond at such a busy time and I appreciate the wonderful customer service and kindness they showed me! Will definitely be back again and highly recommend them!
JP and his Team of Mechanics did a fantastic tuneup (minor - smaller than the expensive one) for me. Car ran terrific. Then had front and rear suspension done with a wheel alignment. Honestly, I probably could have gotten by after it ran so smooth with the tuneup. I committed to the Shocks being replaced front and back and was NOT disappointed- Car ran terrific!! Just finished 260 miles smooth sailing - and I drove the entire way. Hospitality was great and gracious too. JO is smart and so is his talented Team. Again, Metro Motors is the best shop to take your car. Trust them. They served me well. Thank you!!! I have a Buick Enclave 2018 (purchased new).
I recently brought my old car to Metro Motor and have worked with them over the last couple of weeks on several issues. I am new to the area and went to MM based on their excellent rating and have to say this location really prides itself on customer satisfaction, I'm speechless at the level of customer service they provide. They've continuously checked in to see how things are going and ask for feedback, and their manager JP even did a test drive with me to figure some things out. Their level of service is a first for me and it's really awesome. Car issues can be tricky and it can be hard to know who to trust but will continue coming here!! Professional, friendly, reasonable and patient plus you can pick up/drop off your car at any time since the gas station they are paired with is opened 24/7 which is handy!
