Purchased a vehicle from this place a few times. The last vehicle I purchased was a very nice Range Rover with low mileage and in very good condition. My check engine light came on after I had been driving it for about 3 hours straight, for the first time. When I returned back to WBM with the vehicle, they immediately happily offered to fix it without any problems and made me top priority because 5 minutes after I got there, they immediately took the vehicle to diagnose the issue and it was fixed the very same day. I did not have any kind of warranty after I purchased the vehicle, so I really appreciate them going above and beyond to accommodate the problem. I am from the streets and consider myself very street smart and I have had a lot of experience with purchasing vehicles over a very long extended period of time with small Mom and Pop dealerships trying to get over on people. I can honestly say that I did not feel like they were trying to work me, or oversell their product because I did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, as well as I did my personal research of the vehicle and I am happy with my purchase. They were very professional, polite and straightforward and handled me with prestige service. I hope that everyone will have this same wonderful experience. Thank you again WBM of Arlington.

Ash was my car salesman and was super pleasant very helpful, and friendly with me during my car buying process. I went with my mother to get her another car after having a second car accident within a year. I have to say the customer service we got was great and they were very patient with my mom in explaining all the details. It’s not always easy to deal with seniors as they are old school, but overall great experience and didn’t seem like they were just out to sell a car overpriced , as most dealerships do.
I had a great experience buying my BMW M6 sight on seen from Arash and Tony at WBM of Arlington. They were super helpful and making the purchasing process very easy, fast and transparent and were able to help me shipped the vehicle to Arizona without any issue. Nice selection of cars, Ash will take care of you with no hard sell, which i appreciate. There was really no reason because the car was priced fair and I knew what i wanted before i came. Good place, give them a shot.
I thought WBM of Arlington was an exceptional used car operation. I mean exceptional as the used car business doesn't have the greatest of reputations. From my first inspection of the car through the test drive, transacting and finishing with the speedy handling of the paperwork all was handled with admirable professionalism.
Most notable was my salesman Arash! Again, professional and actually made the experience as pleasant as buying a car can get.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Bought a car from Arsh on 2/14/25. Check engine light displays on 2/15/25. I called WBM and texted and they still have not returned my call. The starter stopped working on 2/25. Now today, 3/10 the motor made a loud knocking sound and has abandoned my son and his 4 week old daughter on the side of the road while taking her to her appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous…even for a used car place. Never again.

If you need a car, ask for Ash, he'll save you cash. I live in Charleston Best Virginia and called about a car and Ash was very knowledgeable and had the deal done in about 10 minutes. This was a seamless, smooth car purchase and the communications was top notch. I will forever check with this wonderful establishment in the future. Hopefully Ash will once again be able to get me a great deal. A++++++ all around. And the finance guy (Tony I believe) is a straight shooter. He plays hard ball when it comes to knocking a little extra off.....lol. But he knows his stuff, and will get you the best rate available. Hopefully when my car is delivered, it's as beautiful as it was in the pictures, and is well maintained. Time will tell, and if it's not, I will delete this review and let them have it.....lol. I had a terrific experience yesterday with WBM. We drove 2.5 hours to Virginia to find an SUV and I wasn't looking forward to the time it usually takes to buy a car. I was so impressed! No "over the top" sales person. Took a copy of my license, handed me the keys and left us to it! The time to get "in and out" was remarkable and I would definitely buy here again. Purchased vehicle on 9/16/24. Failed inspection and needed $5,000 worth of work - including brake line issues, rust, a cracked driveshaft. I requested assistance with fixing the issues prior to the 30 days being up from purchasing the vehicle and was told they would only work with me if I brought the Jeep to their shop - mind you their "shop" said the vehicle was in great shape. They still have not provided me with proof of VA inspection, and refused to return the money that I put down on the vehicle (totalling $1600 at this time) and are requesting that I pay the remaining $732 before they will submit my title to the MVA.
My bank (USAA) has already sent funds to the dealership and I have already made my first payment on the Jeep.
I’m highly satisfied with the sales and care of my vehicle search experience with WBM Arlington. I recommend them for anyone looking for a current or future vehicle purchase. They are honest and reliable about their vehicle sales and will work with you and your credit. These guys are great! I contacted Tony and I think Omar about a F150 they had for sale. I was very hesitant being a smaller dealer but man they blew me away. I am located 4 hours away from their dealership and wanted to have a deal done prior to traveling. We discussed price and everything over the phone, I got on the train and headed north. I had arranged for them to drop the truck off at the Ford dealership so I could have them go through a multi point inspection and they did it happily. Everything checked out and we finished all the paperwork and I was on my way home. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
Terrible service! Horrible experience with them! I purchased a used car. However, the Emission system light came on within 3 days after I picked it up with a temporal plate. I asked them to fix the emission system problem. It may be caused by the fuel injector's fault. It may cost over $500. However, they did not fix it. Also, they promised that I will get a second key when I picked up the real plate later. When I came to here to pick the real plate after about 1 month from the purchase date, they gave me the second key with the missing part as shown the picture. It may cost about $149 to $400. I asked them for the missing part of the second key. However, they lied that they sold the used car with a single key, and insisted that the second key with the missing part is normal, because the second key is not broken. How funny! They are definitely not honest.
I bought a vehicle from here, 2014 Chevy Camaro. When I bought the vehicle, they gave me a taped up aftermarket key, and said they would “look for the other key”. I took my vehicle to florida, and this key stopped working. The fix was 600$, the hotel was 130$, and both OEM recall keys were in his possession the day after I got back. They refused to do anything about it, I spent an additional 730$ for a key that should have been given to me when I bought the vehicle. Thanks!
Recently purchased a 2016 M235i from this dealership under some extraordinary personal circumstances. Working with Tony and Omar was a fantastic experience; they were both communicative, professional, and flexible with me throughout the purchasing process. Tony presented me with financing options that were more than reasonable, so much so that I decided to work with him for the financing. The car I purchased is incredible, and aggressively priced in comparison to similar vehicles on the market. Highly recommend their business!
I can't say enough about my experience with WBM of Arlington. I'm an extremely picky enthusiast buyer who was looking at a car from several states away. This was my first Porsche and I was quite concerned to be buying from an independent dealer. However, the team (and it was a team effort) provided me every piece of information I needed and addressed every concern I had in order to give me the confidence I needed to come buy the car sight unseen.
It is no small factor that this car was not bought at auction, but bought from the local Porsche dealership after it was traded in. This not only reduced their costs, but they were able to much better assess the car that they were buying, as they had PPI done by the dealership before they bought it.
I had many questions about the car and I did a lot of independent research, including talking with the shop that formerly serviced it. Every bit of information that had been provided to me, while it could have easily been made up, completely checked out. They were totally forthcoming and honest. And, above that, the car was mechanically and cosmetically solid.
The fact that I also felt like I was getting a good deal had me continually waiting for that red flag to show itself, but it never did! I am 110% happy with my purchase and with my experience with WBM of Arlington!
Oh, and I should add that I immediately drove the car 3000 miles over 10 days upon picking it up with no issues at all. This even included a quick stint on a racetrack in NJ and a spirted run on the Tail of the Dragon in TN/NC!

IM A REPEAT CUSTOMER
4 years ago I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from the team at WBM, I put 100k miles on that Jeep with no major issues. I was looking to trade up, so went back to WBM and found a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. It was in great condition, needed a few minor things but Tony at WBM made sure it was taken care of for me before I left.
MY SALES TEAM
I dealt with Alfonso (sorry buddy if I spelled it wrong) and Tony - the final Finance guy in the back office. Both Salesmen were on point, I feel like they were upfront and honest, compared to some of the Virginia used car dealerships I went to. I had to bring the Tahoe back for a window motor repair, and they were quick to give it fix, no hassles.
THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
I did get sold the Preffered Warranty extended warranty, now honestly I am super sceptical about those kinds of things, but I went ahead and trusted what Tony said - that if anything were to go wrong the warranty would cover it. I took the Tahoe to the local shop and they told me it needed new wheel bearing hubs, about $1,100 job - well low and behold, the warranty I purchased covered all of it, no questions asked. I dont blame WBM for the wheel hubs, the Tahoe is 11 years old and needed a little TLC like any older vehicle would.
MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Honestly these guys are awesome - I give a shout out to Tony for my good experience and closing the deal. Im not sure why they get negative reviews. I would recommend them and I would use them for my next purchase. I feel like I was treated fair and the guys were honest. I got a great car at a great deal and could not be happier.

If you need to get into a new car quickly and you know what you want, ask for Chris. I was out the door with a replacement for my totaled prius in under an hour. I had cash in hand so Tony, the finance guy, was willing to work with the money the insurance company gave me. Also, Chris is a Green Bay fan so give him a hard time.
