Good job, not great.. have paid a dealer the same amount and car was significantly cleaner there Great job for the obvious dirt and grime (and there was a LOT of it in this car). The car looked beautiful and was shining, where obvious to look. Seats were not pulled down to remove hair in between and similar findings in a few other harder to spot, but IMHO, obvious to look spots for a detailing.
They also stole the loose change that I knew was in my car. It was in a small holder next to the door and a few other small spots. It was gone. It wasn't much, so have it.... but cmon.
I love this place. They are flexible and do a great job. I just picked up my sedan from a detail appointment and without any extra charge or me having to ask them, they cleaned my kids’ car seats as well as the car itself. That’s such a relief to me honestly; those things are so hard to clean and now they look great. I have been taking my SUV and my sedan for regular detailing for years and always been very happy, but this was just above and beyond service that I really appreciated.
I wasn’t impressed at all with the service. You can’t really see the quality of workmanship until you drive out of the garage. You’ll have to do better. My first and last time.
I would leave 6 stars if I could!! They did a stellar job on my car. I had some water stains that were in my seats for a while and I wasn’t able to get them out. KP Auto Detail removed ALL OF THEM!! I am so impressed. Great detailing and great customer service. Absolutely recommend!
Clean car. Friendly service. They buffed a scratch which was a service I hadn't expected but certainly appreciated. Only problem I had was paying the parking garage. The detail shop reimburses parking but I had trouble paying because there was no cell service. In the future, I would log in to the payment platform after I dropped the car off, when I had cell phone service outside the garage.
I ordered a wash, shine, buff, and when I got there after they were supposed to do the job, absolutely nothing was done to the exterior of the car. I had to go back again for them to finish the job. Was offered no discount or refund. Beware, because there is a possibility they will waste your time and/or money.
They also refuse to answer their phone.
I’ve been bringing both my Tesla and Cadillac to this location, and this was my second visit. Each time, the service has been excellent! The staff is knowledgeable about EVs. The service is a great plus, leaving my Tesla spotless without any worries about scratches.
Definitely my go-to spot for keeping both cars looking their best. Highly recommended!

After getting an Executive Detail, the interior was perfectly clean and like a brand new vehicle. It's like you couldn't tell I owned a dog!
The important part: After looking at the exterior, I noticed the wax job was not up to exactly up to par (as seen in the *BEFORE image). The vehicle, while clean, had a few too many blotches, swirls, and residue than what was expected.
The issue was GRACEFULLY handled, with me returning the next day and KP taking care of all issues for no charge. The vehicle looks better then when I bought it tens of thousands of miles ago!
I off-road with my Jeep often, and recently the fire extinguisher went off inside. My black carpet went completely white. I didn’t have the means or time to clean it out, so months later I went to KP Touch. Wish I have before/after photos. I am so happy with the outcome. The inside was still damp, so I brought her home and put the windows down for awhile to dry her out. It is jarring how clean my Jeep is.
I dropped off 15 mins before my appointment and picked up when they told me to. (They didn’t call me.. I just trusted that they knew their own schedule). Plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area while you are waiting. I pointed out areas of concern so they knew what to keep an eye out for. We talked about what they were able to do and I either accepted or asked them to pass over in case they made a mistake. We talked for about 5-10 mins so they were completely aware of what I expected.
Only small thing I would offer is that they put the car in park and drive to clean the gear shift box a little better.
For first time customers- yes, it’s in the parking garage. Yes, they offer parking discounts. Yes, there are signs on the way to P4 where they wash the cars.
I called to come in without an appointment and they were very accommodating. It isn't easy to find (at the bottom of a garage), but they were very helpful getting me there. The back of the SUV was still very wet when I checked it upon picking it up and they took care of it immediately. After I got the car home and in the sunlight, it absolutely shines, inside and out, looking like the day I drove it off the lot and I have two big dogs who are in there often so that is saying a lot!
I brought my car here recently and was very disappointed with my experience. For a $300+ detail, I received what felt like a regular car wash, not a detail. My car was not dirty to begin with. However, after getting my car back, the headliner was not cleaned, the glove box was untouched, the inside of the windshield was not cleaned, and the small details I asked them to address were not done.
They were amazing!! Not only could I make a reservation for my car the morning of, they were so helpful with the directions to their location. And to make it even BETTER, they left mu car looking brand new. Prices were so affordable. Highly recommend.
I dropped my car off for my 8am appt and the man said it would be done no later than noon but I never got a call. I finally called around 2pm and they said my car was done and they forgot to call me. They did an okay job but in my mind it was more of a thorough clean than a detail. I definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. They charge extra for pet hair removal but they weren’t even able to get all of the pet hair out of the carpet in some spots. The location is very confusing to find and pretty sketchy.

*FIRST VISIT*
I almost didn't find the place because it was inside of a parking garage. Google maps led me to a location that happened to be right in front of the parking garage and I called, then the man had instructed me to go inside of the garage and like the curious white person who gets killed in the movie, I enter the garage and drive all the way to the bottom. There's a sign after you go through the gate thing and you just go all the way down and there's a crew at the bottom cleaning cars. They were quick and efficient. I'm glad I didn't have to wait long for a car wash (i requested without vacuuming the interior). Very satisfied and will be back

So I came back here to get my car fully detailed. The mats weren't dry when they put them back in the car so my car ended up smelling like a wet dog. There were drips of some type of light blue/silver paint that got into my car at the passenger side. I forgot to take the photos before I sold the car. They did a great job cleaning, but made bad mistakes.
I added 2 or 3 before photo and the rest are after photos.
KP Touch Auto delivered an excellent wash and wax service. They completed the job in a timely manner, and the results were impressive. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a quick and efficient auto detailing experience.
Made a reservation for a full detailing(exterior & interior) $200 plus. I included on the reservation details that I wanted to remove a few small stains. Also to take care of the seatbelts because they were dirty. The reservation said the service was 2 hours, but they ask if we could pick it up a little bit after that and we agreed. It bothers me that the service was not a detailing as described. Windows were not cleaned to detail, had stains and water marks on it, rims were not cleaned, trunk carpet was not cleaned only vacuum, seat belts and headliner remains with stains and some other details were missing. You don't expect to pay a full detailing and see the car with a lot of details not taking care off. I do not recommend this place for a detailing. Maybe another services but not this one. The work performed does not meet the term "detail" in any form. Details are what matters when paying for a full service.
I do have to say that I forgot my parking ticket for the garage and they discounted that from my total so I could leave the lot without paying extra.
Dropped off for a bug sap removal then come back to a chipped bumper from his compound buffing machine. Guy waived my $150 detailing cost but I’ll now need to replace/repaint the bumper for $1500+. They recommended to report the vehicle for vandalism to my own personal insurance to pay for the fix. Never again
Not worth $200 + tip for full detailing a sedan. My car was not fully dried, and there are still some stains that should be cleaned.
I might give them a 1-star, but the big guy was so good, he willingly cleaned the windows after I pointed it out to him.
I had an amazing experience with KP Car Cleaning! I walked in without an appointment and they accommodated me seamlessly. They even finished the job right on schedule as promised. Though slightly on the pricey side, the quality of service is absolutely worth it. The professionalism they exhibit truly sets them apart. Undoubtedly one of the best car cleaning services in the DMV area!!!!
Purchased the $200 detail based on number of positive reviews. Made the appointment online and got in same day! Staff were very friendly Reason for 3 stars is because my car was pretty “clean” and I know everyone says that but mine actually was. I wanted the detail so that I could get any scratches/small marks buffed out and to make things spotless. Unfortunately, I noticed no difference outside of the vacuum and exterior with shiny wax. That’s awesome but not a true detail. The weather tech car mats I have were not even locked back into place. They left that for me to do. Overall, I’m not going to go back for a detail. I would get a car wash/wax but that’s it. Nice staff just not top tier detailing if I’m being honest.
If there were zero stars I would give them zero. Had used them pre pandemic and went there MISTAKE!!

Incredible auto detail!!! Got the full detail and it honestly made my car look and smell like it was brand new. My parents saw my car and had me take their’s in too. Cannot recommend them enough. Will go at least once a year to renew my vehicle here on out. Yes, it is a weird location at the bottom of a parking garage, but do not let that distract you from their quality. I actually love the entrepreneurial grit of working in that space. Go give them a try
Incredible job with shampooing the seat, full body wash and polish.
My car has fabric seats and after driving kids & puppy during the pandemic, the seats were stained. Willy did a superb job and left my convertible in pristine conditions.

Took my car for a full detail a few months ago. I thought the service was great and the car looked fantastic once complete. However, I ran into two customer service-related issues.
The first is that I dropped off my car on the appointment day, but there was a technical issue with the building's water and they couldn't wash any cars that day. Although KP covers the price of parking ($12/day when I went through), my car had to stay an extra day and I was charged for a full day when exiting the building after the detail was completed. This wasn't my fault, or KP's for that matter, but I wanted to make them aware in case it happened to other customers. A company with good customer service would probably offer a $12 credit after receiving my email (I would've said it's okay); instead, I didn't even get a reply.
I also found that I was missing a "baby on board" magnet once I picked up the car. The employees undoubtedly took it off to clean the car, no issues there. But again, after emailing KP to let them know that they still have my magnet, I received no response. I can't readily call during weekdays because I don't have normal phone access at work and I know KP uses email because that's how I booked my appointment, so this is really a disappointment.
Again, the detailing itself was well-priced and great. But having the company basically not return your property (the magnet), not offer to pay the parking fee, and then ignore your emails is not a good look. Really want to use KP again but the lack of any customer service ruined my experience.
Most places I called couldn’t get me in. KP got me in right away. I was a little desperate to have my truck detailed before going on a 8 hour road trip (I have a dog that makes my back seats pretty filthy). They got me in immediately! Finding them was a little difficult. They are literally in the sub basement of a parking garage. The full detail was very competitively priced. Over $100 less than other local competitors. The truck looks great! My interior looks brand new. They got all the dog dirt and b hair from the back. So bottom line. Fast, reasonably priced, and thorough. Very pleased.
To start with i was searching for the location because it was in P4 and I could find it in the begging. They are very friendly and the service was excellent, my car was missy but after the detailing was supper clean and shinny . I am going back if it reach the same situation. I highly recommend KP touch for car detailing.
Hi everyone for who is reading my feedback. If your looking place to take care your car, you're going to exactly right place what you need for you. I did buff and wax my Toyota Camry in two different places and those places just killed my car they couldn't make their job. But these guys made their job phenomenally for 10 star. Customer service perfect, they listen you exactly what you want to do with you car. Willy is one of the best guy I have ever met. He is friendly and always smile. Thank you guys I very very appreciated with your job.
