Stopped in after work for a mystery banging noise. They were fast, efficient, and straightforward. Luckily it was a quick fix, but I’ll definitely be going back next time I need some work. As a customer, I felt listened to and respected, no run around like women sometimes get at other auto shops.
This family owned business is truly a gem. This team is so hard working, always accomplishing tasks quickly and charging a fair price. Johana always makes me feel like family (she remembers everyone!!) and is consistently communicative throughout repair processes. I recommend this business to everyone! I’ve been meaning to review One Stop for a while, they’ve been my go to for a couple years living in DC. They’ve done a great job each time I’ve come in - they’re efficient, friendly, and have been patient answering my questions about their repair recommendations for my 2002 Toyota Camry. The last big repair I did with them was a little over a year ago and I was seriously considering just looking for a new (used) car because of long-term wear and tear on the engine. However, I’m glad I ultimately had them make the repairs even though they cost a bit because the car has been running without any issues since then and should hopefully have a lot of life left. Lastly, from reading up on the costs of similar repairs online they seem to charge solidly within the going rate.
Every time I come into this place I’m met with a warm smile and amazing professionalism. The people here do a really good job at making you feel welcome and that your car is in good hands. I’ve been here sporadically over the years, and every instance I’ve needed their help they’ve been right there and I couldn’t have found a better place.
They are so good and friendly! Not only got the breaks done quickly in a few hours, also help me solved the emergent fuel filler door problem, which was completely stuck. Saved me a lot of time.
My left front tire completely fell off, so the team stayed late to be there when the tow truck arrived. They quickly secured the parts and fixed my truck in just 24 hours. The service was incredible, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely be using this mechanic in the DMV from now on. I can’t recommend them enough!
Me and my senior brother went to this car repair shop for exchanging our car wheel. On the back of our car we had 3 cartoon of bottles. They suddenly stole one of them when we ask them they first they didn't know anything but after questioning for a while they agreed one of the employee took one pair of bottle from us. Our question is they can ask to us that they need water but thay have to stole it. After then they don't have the spares of the wheel lock. We were standing there for 1 hour. Truly , one of the best service ever.
What a gem! Johana and her team took excellent care of me. Within a couple hours of my first call, I had a very competitive quote for a full set of new tires + mounting and balancing. Less than 24 hours later, the tires were at the shop and ready for installation. Fast forward a few more hours and I am a very happy customer with a quality set of well-installed tires!

Amazing mechanic shop. Nicest people with amazing customer service. I was able to get my oil changed today, the same day! I’ve been taking my car here since I got it and never had a problem. After accidentally hitting a curb, my car started making a scraping noise. Luckily, One Stop Automotive was nearby. I called them right when they opened at 9 a.m., and they were able to take my car in immediately.
Johanna greeted me as I walked in. She was super friendly and professional. Within a couple of hours, they had diagnosed the issue and even FaceTimed me to show me exactly what was wrong, which I appreciated.
They let me know that they couldn’t fix the issue since they couldn’t get that Tesla part and that I’d have to go to Tesla for the service. I asked them if they could do an alignment and they were upfront about the fact that they couldn’t because Tesla alignments require special calibration equipment. It wouldn’t have been done right if they did it. That honesty stood out. They charged $60 dollars for the diagnostic and temporary fix and 60 for the tire rotation. Fair and clearly communicated.
While they weren’t able to complete the repair, I left feeling good about their integrity and the quality of service. High recommend One Stop for their transparency and quality.

I was dealing with a really tricky situation involving a broken lock on the wheel and the owner personally took the time to explain everything and make sure I felt good and trusted him. I recommend them 100%+++ especially to anyone who wants honest, thorough, and thoughtful service!!
One Stop was recommended to us, and Rafael did a very professional and comprehensive assessment of the repairs needed for my 2008 Honda Civic. While noting needed work, he added that the car was OK to drive "as is" for quite some time. Two other shops we took the car to exaggerated the cost or scope of needed repairs. Rafael even refused to accept any payment for his diagnostic! My son-in-law, who is an auto buff, followed along with Rafael's assessment in the garage and was quite impressed. For quick, thorough and honest automotive service, make One Stop your first stop!

The people are so nice and straight forward. The owner is there himself. The crew is all smiles. Everything was explained as it would happen. No surprises. Great customer service and fairly priced. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here going forward. The front desk was friendly and communicated clearly throughout the wait. This is a first come first serve shop with no appointments but you can leave your vehicle to pick up at a later date.

I went to change all 4 tires, the lady at the office told me it would cost $100 to change with weight and adjustment!! And they could make it $80 as long as they keep the old tires!! I told her I wanted the tires and I would pay $100, I was surprised after the installation that they took the tires and when I asked her she told me they threw them in the trash!! (I had 2 tires in good condition!!) Even though she knew I wanted the old tires!! She made me pay $107 and I am completely unsatisfied, this is unbelievable and illogical!! I was taken advantage of and scammed and the tires were kept maybe to sell to someone else!

I drove away with fresh tires and peace of mind at a very affordable price! Also! You get a referral to FELIX AUTO SERVICE for a discounted alignment! Just great all around!
No frills or salespeople here. Drove right over and I was greeted by several people along with Rafael, the owner. I desperately needed 2 front tires, and they agreed. Nobody tried to upsell me to get the 2 other tires done. I was in and out in about 45 minutes even though 6 cars had pulled up to get worked on as well.
The tires I got installed were USA manufactured. It came with a 2 year warranty if anything happens. The tires took about 25 minutes to be installed.
I also got a full synthetic oil change and it took about 20 minutes to get done.
While waiting Rafael checked on me few times asking if I would like any water, tea, or Gatorade. He also asked if I wanted to sit in an area with AC but it was a nice day and it was interesting watching the guys work on all the different cars.
All the staff speak Spanish. Rafael and three other gentleman spoke English as well.
This place is tiny and hidden behind the Liberty gas station. Overall great experience, genuine people, and reasonable prices.
