My car was failing to start in a parking garage. Jim was extremely helpful and patient from connecting me to a towing service and providing quick repairs once the car got to the shop. He was transparent while discussing repairs and got the starter replaced very quickly.
I live close by Le Auto Service at the corner of Little Falls Rd and Fairfax Dr. I pass by this auto garage every day. Today my Audi car battery failed, and I walked over to check and see if they sell and install battery for Audi cars because I see a many foreign cars on the lot. I met Jim and I told him I live in the neighborhood. He was super helpful and got me a new battery ordered with minutes. The battery arrived a couple of hours later and he got his crew installed the new battery and reprogrammed my Audi for the new battery all done in about 30 minutes. I am so glad I stopped by his garage today for my car battery problem and learnt that they do many other auto services as well. The whole crew was very friendly. Will not hesitate to refer family and friends to this place for auto services.
Extremely honest, ethical, fast and quality shop! A dealership quoted me $6200 without really looking past the code and wanted to replace everything relating to the code. So after calling around, Jim informed me what the dealership suggested wasn’t the actual issue and fixed it within 3-4 hours and only costing $1200 all said and done. They’ve found themselves a customer for life.

I found this shop while searching for auto repir requests via Yelp. They were the only on out of 8 shops who actually responded. Jim was extremely polite and responsive. He called me so we could discuss in detail the repirs and estimates. He waas able to get me in immediately and make the necessary repirs within my short 24 hour window turnaround time. He provided the estimate in writing in advance and provided me with updates throughout. His prices wre also better thaan many others I were quoted. He is located a bit far out from my home but worth the travel time. I will defintely be reaching ut again for future repairs needs.

Prestige is your one stop shop! Super quality service and on time. I came in for a head gasket repair, my vehicle broke down on the side of the highway where they sent their tow truck to help me which was super nice of them. The staff were very professional and friendly, highly recommend!!
