Worst Car Experience I’ve Ever Had – Stay Away!
I bought a Hyundai Equus from this dealership and it has been nothing but a nightmare. After only a month of driving it, the timing chain went bad. I tried to use the “warranty” that they sold me, but come to find out, the company said they’re not even a warranty company – they’re just an “assistance company.” Basically, I paid for nothing.
I never even received the title for the car, and communication with the dealership was terrible. Since they’re out of town, I had to call and text just to get any response, but no one ever actually helped me or tried to resolve the issues.
To make things worse, the car had aftermarket parts that I wasn’t told about. Because of that, several features that were advertised don’t even work properly.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind what they sell, and they have zero accountability once they get your money. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers
Sadly the bad reviews are true. Getting the title was a hassle. Had to drive multiple times from Maryland. ( it took4 months to get the title straight)The car itself has been a lot of stress. You think you have a deal till you learn about all of the repairs. We have had this car under a year and the bargain we thought we got has been a very high cost. The car has needed a lot of repairs. Thermostat went up after 5 months The A.C system had a large hole. The car is a mess And yes they do business with all manner of politeness. So don’t be fooled. Very disappointed
This was and is the worst experience ever!! I have had my car 6 months and one excuse after another as to why no title and no hard tags. No communication at all. When I call there's no answer, or lot boy answers and says Lucas is not there he's gonna call back never does. I had to deal with finance company to help me. Never would I recommend him to anyone!! Ever!!

Car World made the whole process super quick and easy. We paid in cash and there was no annoying upselling, just straight to the point. They let us test drive multiple cars without rushing us or hovering.
They also took the time to fully explain the extended warranty in a way that made sense—no confusing jargon. Everything felt honest and low-stress. Hands down, the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Highly recommend!
FYI : The dealership keeps an inventory of very good cars that sell quickly so if you see something you like jump on it. They offer free carfax reports on all their vehicles so no surprises. Really takes the anxiety out of the car buying process.
I bought a 2013 Santa Fe on Jan 2nd. It took me 4 trips to the DMV to finally get everything I needed from the dealership to get my tags. I drove around with expired tags for over a month. Black tape was put over the rear passenger door so the sensor would go off telling me it needed replaced. I’ve hardly put any miles on this since I’ve owned it. On March 20th I got it inspected, new wipers, 4 new tires, front and rear brakes. Traveling to Morgantown to visit my daughter last Friday I got stranded with a blown motor! Don’t waste your money, LEMONS being sold here!
Lucas runs a nice operation and is a very fair person. We went to check a vehicle before our customer bought it and were very impressed with the selection of what appeared to be good quality vehicles available, as well as how we were treated. The majority of dealers don't want to sell problem cars, but no one has a crystal ball, so we always encourage our customers to let us check the vehicles before purchase to try avoiding a very costly mistake. Lucas was very welcoming, up front, and transparent about the vehicle and didn't rush me nor my customer despite us getting there 1/2 hour before they closed.
Do not hesitate to buy a vehicle from these folks, just remember, take a qualified mechanic with you to check the vehicle over before you buy.
I personally have bought several vehicles in my life and this transaction was probably the easiest and least stressful purchase I have ever been involved in. I will definitely look at Car Worlds inventory first, the next time I or any of my customers need a replacement vehicle.
I was a little apprehensive about dealing with this establishment after reading the reviews but I'm glad I took my chances. Buying a car from here was surprisingly pleasurable. Georgios was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about his inventory. I walked away very satisfied and with a good car.
I inquired about one vehicle, was told it was sold. The salesman tells me he can sell me another for $9999, plus tax and tags. I go on their site and its listed for $8999 ($1000 less). When I point out the scam, he sends me an email saying "Good luck with your lowballing elsewhere".
It was a great experience till it wasn't. The purchase process was smooth but when it came to getting our title and post purchase communication, not so much. We were told it would take 2 weeks to receive our title which we felt was a bit strange, but someone came to pick up their title while we were finishing up the paperwork so we trusted everything would be fine. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, we follow up by phone to get an updates and they were super vague about the situation. By week 5, we were calling every few days because without proper permitting, our vehicle was getting ticketed in the city. By then, we would call and the shop owner would be super rude when we expressing our concerns saying "there was no reason not trust them". We didn't receive our title till almost 8 weeks post purchase. Unless the car is a gem you can't live without, I'm sure there's other shops that have more transparent communication. Hope this helps!
Please beware of this dealership. It is a LEMON LOT. All cars are sold AS IS and the warranties that are provided to make you feel protected really don’t cover anything ESPECIALLY if you want the best quality for the part you’re replacing.

Lucas lied to me stating he drove the car for a year on the phone. When I arrived to test drive the car it appeared it had been sitting for a quite some time I pointed that out and he then stated he had been driving it for the past month.
He stated “that’s why you purchased a warranty”.
In VA there is no return policy, so you’re basically stuck with a big bill or no car. It’s unfortunate places like this stay in business and continue to get over on people. Please think twice before visiting this place.
This dealership is a lemon lot. My husband bought a car from here and two weeks later the transmission failed. The cars are sold AS IS, so do not expect any assistance from the dealership if something goes wrong with your purchase, even if it’s within the first month. The warranties offered are practically useless, they will offer to pay for the cheapest repair possible; if you want anything other than that (a better quality option) be prepared to pay at least 75-80% out of your own pocket. Lucas is a polite scammer, beware of this whole establishment.
Lucas was super nice and respectful, made sure everything in the car worked perfectly fine and had no issue explaining and answering any questions I had about the car. Everything was handled for me and any issues that came up were immediately reported to me and handled efficiently. Highly Recommend

I bought a 2010 Honda Pilot last year for 9.450 and the Cadillac converters and alternator and battery is messed up I definitely wasted money and trying to sue him for scamming me
Horrible, drove from Baltimore to Virginia too look at a car we were pre approved for. When ee arrived the man tried too add an additional 1,000$ too the price that was listed, after confronting him about it he then said he was closed and couldn't help us. I was like wow this was insane, do not waste your time or money. Find a different place too get a car, these guy's are looking for people too scam!!!!!
Don’t ever buy a used car from this dealership. Prior to purchase they send car to mechanic that place used parts on there vehicles that’s set up for failure. And the owner will not honor Any repairs
Really disappointed in how this car lot handles business and potential customers. Looking at their $25,000 Lexus suv, and asked for some pictures of the underneath and a video of it running. I live over 3 hours away and was refused. Shady much? Especially when this vehicle is from Pennsylvania and Maryland. STAY AWAY!

Michael still made it very easy to buy the car , he responded with great timing and even helped with shipping the car. It only took a day coming from VA.

We live in Washington State and my husband found a beautiful Prius V5 online in Arlington VA. He spoke with the owner (Loukas) several times. Loukas sent additional photos of the car and we were satisfied enough to fly my husband to Virginia to look at the vehicle. It was in very good shape, He paid for it and drove it back to our home in Washington State without any problem. The car drove beautifully even through snow storms. Everything we were told about the car was accurate, the price was reasonable and we are happy to have it. We highly recommend this dealership. They specialize in hybrid cars and we found them to be service and customer oriented. We are very pleased customers.
Do not buy from this man he sells lemons and if its any issue with the vehicle he does not like to refund. He sold me a Mercedes with a cracked windshield body damage and a cracked radiator. He treated me like trash and made me beg for my money back and would not give me a receipt for my refund.

These guys are very nasty, the owner was constantly cursing and using vulgar language while i had my 15 year old son standing next to me. I tried to negiotate, but these won't come down a penny (Which i didn't mind if they were telling me the truth about the vehicle(s)). Here what i got. 1st-Went there they were friendly time, 2nd time kind of rude, 3rd time very rude (I guess they were thinking i wasn't going to buy a vehicle), and 4th time i went there with a check and to buy Mercendes Benz Gl350. The salesman guy was changing tire on another vehcile was no rush to help me; he said something in spanish to one of his buddy and his buddy went to the vehicle that i was going to purchse, i followed him and saw him pulling out a vehicle scanner from the vehicle. I asked what was that about, he stated it was to make sure there were no issues with the vehcile (i believed him). I was going to sign the contract, but my head was kept on thinking and wasn't sure so i went back to the vehicle and started the vehcile and long behold they vehicle had "check engine" ligh on. I went back to the sale-man and told him about the issues. He simply smile and said "what, the vehcile has a engine ligh on"? i told him that he was F$%K lier and he doesn't deserve my hard earned money. He was like i didn't know "blah, blah, blah".
I am providing the 5 stars for the Representative JOE although I have never had the pleasure of doing business with Car World Inc I was did however held a pleasant conversation with Joe. If all Representatives are like Joe this establishment should have no problem sell vehicles thanks Joe

And some person excuse was that the battery didn’t work and he didn’t even do anything about it. Also when I went to see an other car he was very rude. Hey I’m sorry for wasting his time.
I had a very good experience with this dealership. Both employees I dealt with were knowledgeable and pleasant. The one issue that I was not happy about is the fact that there was only one key for the vehicle I purchased. Other than that the vehicle was sold under price and in excellent condition. 2004 Jaguar xj8. Average to low mileage for its age. So far so good 3 weeks after purchase. Thumbs up !!!
While many dealerships will mislead you, this one will outright lie. They leave vehicle postings up on AutoTrader and other websites of cars that have sold. I called for availability of a vehicle that I heard from a friend had sold; I called Car World and the rep said it was still available. This was a bald-faced lie.
They pulled the same scam on my friend, who drove hours to see a car that was no longer there. They said that he "just missed it," it had sold while he was driving up.
My friend called 2 minutes AFTER I called, and the rep confirmed the car was sold. They'll give different answers to different people, and lie just to get you in the door. I've dealt with dozens of awful car dealerships before, but this is likely the worst. They should be reported for fraud. Listen to the other reviews and do not support this business.
Also, note that virtually all of their 5-star reviews come from people with only one review. If you're not suspicious, you should be.
I wouldn’t even give them one star but you have to . We offered the gentleman on Facebook a price and he asked where I came up with that offer . Clearly that’s all I have to spend and wanted to know if you would come down on the price . Not only was he rude to me he was rude to my fiancé about it . The car has cosmetic damage to the interior and to the front bumper . In my opinion running a company you should not be rude . He simply could have said yes or no. I’m sorry I’m not in the car business to know what cars are actually worth . I’d rather catch an Uber than to give this company my money
Bought an 05 F250, after another buyer turned down the truck for listed issues wrong with it, when the dealer declined to have them fixed at a loss for his business. After getting called back that the sale fell through, the dealer worked with me to come get the truck, as is, after business hours. His employees even stayed an extra half hour after me and a mechanic friend of mine went over the truck. Minus the listed issues, nothing else came up until I discovered a rust hole on the underneath drivers side cab corner. So, I called the owner and he issued me a refund check to help with repair costs. Rarely do you come across used car dealers that are up front about the issues concerning the cars they are selling. What's even rarer than that, is one that'll give a refund check for issues that we're discovered upon pick up of the vehicle. The owner was up front and kept his word. His employees were friendly and patient. I got the truck I wanted, knew what was wrong with it and got it for a very decent price. Very satisfied customer.
