Really top notch, professional, quality workmanship, communication and all around great service. I had my car in for some minor repairs after hitting a raccoon and damaging the front of my Honda. Josh was on top of things immediately and communicated with me throughout the process. Kevin, his manager, spent a lot of unnecessary time back and forth with my insurance company but they were both always very cordial with me and got everything worked out in a very timely manner. They really worked above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me very quickly. I highly recommend this company for your auto body repairs!
This shop does amazing work, they truly return things better than they found them. I took my car there for body damage after I hit a deer on my driver's side, not only did they do an awesome job fixing the damage, they painted a cookie sized scuff on the opposite corner that was there when I bought it. They communicate decently and care for customers situations. Would highly recommend Craft bodyshops.

I took my car to Appomattox Auto Works after a run-in with some concrete pillars in a parking garage. The entire process was quick and seamless. I got my car back in two weeks, and you can't even tell that there was any damage. The team was polite and responsive to my questions. If I ever need body work on any of my cars again, I'll definitely be taking them to Appomattox Auto Works!

Appomattox Auto Works recently completed body work on my truck following a collision with a deer. The damage was significant; front bumper, left front fender, driver's side door, and left rear fender. Steve was great to work with. He provided a prompt, complete, detailed estimate to my insurance company and to me. Initial estimate to complete the job was four weeks. Availability of parts was a problem due to the UAW strike. Ten days later, yesterday, Ashley called to let me know that my truck was ready. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. There is no indication that my truck had been in an accident.
Everyone I dealt with at Appomattox Auto Works was friendly and professional. They were quick to respond to questions along the way taking the time to ensure I understood the process well.
It is rare that I take the time to write a review online, but this experience impressed me enough to share it with you.
Based on my experience with them, I have no problem recommending that you start and end your search for a body shop with Appomattox Auto Works.
In this day and age, when customer service is routinely terrible, it's refreshing to have such a positive experience.

They run a car rental service via Enterprise. I made a reservation on a Tuesday night. On Thursday morning, less than three hours before I was to come in and pick up my car, they called me and told me they only do rentals on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and that they had no cars available for at least a week. If their auto body workmanship as half as sloppy as their rental service, they will never touch any of my vehicles - ever!
P.S. You'll notice I posted this review 11 months ago, and they finally responded to me -- two weeks ago!
They failed my truck on a state inspection saying I needed upper and lower ball joints which I did not! I went elsewhere and passed the same inspection then reported them to the VSP.
They came to the rescue of a lady with a tire going very flat, didn't charge me a dime to add the air and check the pressures of the other tires. I was very thankful that they were so accommodating, when clearly fixing flat tires aren't their normal line of work!
Took them 3 weeks to replace the turbo charger on my wife's car. Half way through I found out their intention was to use just 3 of the 4 flange bolts to secure it to the gasket. After I requested it be done properly they charged me an additional $150 and would not negotiate the price.
Took my car there for an estimate and had such a wonderful experience! Mark was very helpful and quickly examined the damage to my car and gave me a quote and worked with my schedule to get my car in to fix the damages. I would highly recommend!! They went the extra mile to help!
I cannot thank the staff at Appomattox Auto works enough. They did such an amazing job repairing my car. They took the time to help me understand everything that needed to be done with the repairs and more. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. They even cleaned my car!! The customer service here is outstanding. ❤

The people are friendly. They where extremely helpful with every issue I came across after getting my vehicle back after they repaired it after I struck a deer.
Way overpriced for doing a cheap job,they wanted to charge me $400 to patch a big hole in my truck body with putty,PUTTY!!!
I went to another local shop and got it patched properly with welded steel and painted perfectly for only $120
$400 PUTTY!! vs. $120 STEEL that will last for years,which would you choose?
