A lady waited on me and she was very knowledgeable about auto parts and supplies. (Sorry I cannot remember her name), She took me right to the spot for what I was needing. Very professional and knowledgeable counter service. Been there before and they always treat you right. I'll be back for parts again I'm sure.
Back again. They did not have one of the parts I needed but getting it in by 4 o'clock today and I was just there at quarter till 3. Super counter sales, will be back again.
Just bought parts for a Toyota, had everything I needed. Dave waited on me, super counter sales. Always a great experience with everyone there.

Not good i went in to get my battery tested i was totally ignored and after getting someone they made excuses because they didn't want to test it.... drove across the street to another parts store and in a minute got it tested and a new battery installed I've brought stuff in the past and service was good please fix this problem
Went to OReilly because I was having problems find parts for my jeep. Couldn't be happier. Great salesmen, reasonable prices and they had all eight parts for my jeep or had them ready for me within two hours. Where else can you find this type of service. Yes, O'REILLYs is my go to parts store from now on. Six months later still my go to parts store.
We love coming here but lately they aren't hitting on much. We went to check on our check engine light and no one in the store could check it. We have been going to Advance Auto with better success. I hope things change soon. We like only dealing with one store.
Update: my husband goes in here weekly because he is always fixing older cars up. They have gotten way better with there service. They do go over and beyond to help my husband now every time he goes in. Because of this I am going from 2 Stars to 5.
Had to make an emergency stop here last night It was raining and foggy and my windshield wiper broke off on a trip from Lynchburg to Richmond. The guys were great, that got it all changed out and I was on my way in 10 minutes.
Dave, the manager is great. He hooked our business up with O'Reilly's First Call (online ordering for businesses). It has saved us so much time. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.
The store in Appomattox is great. Dave took on the task of changing my headlamp that was extremely difficult to do. He did a wonderful job. This store will always get my business.
