I expressed my concerns about my previous vehicle (which was not purchased from them) that I was still making payments on and they reassured me that they would make sure that my vehicular needs would be met and that they would work on it and call me back! I was invited to come by to see their selections, they had already pulled a few reliable vehicles for me to test drive and gave me plenty of space, coffee and information to enable me to make a decision. We’ve worked with him before, so I already knew we could trust him. Within hours, he had numbers ready, sent me options, and reassured me that everything would work out.
When we arrived in Appomattox, Jon already had a Tahoe waiting out front for us, and Jamil greeted us with the warmest, most genuinely down-to-earth, funny personality I could have asked for. He made the rest of the process smooth and walked us through every upgrade on the Tahoe.

Yea so I've had my car 3 months and I've done put new battery new alternator and now I have to but new tires. Don't let me forget I was told by Sells guy arron that they was new tires on it I believed him now I see why never trusted a person that only has one eye he didn't even see his lie he told me like come on be more human lucky im not the person I was 20 years ago. I'd give the car right back to arron never again and I will help ppl find better place to buy a car
If there were an option to leave negative stars I would. This place and all of its affiliates in other areas do not deal with clients well. Their managers won't talk or or call or email as they want plausible deniabilty The salespersons can't answer any questions and their advertising is very inaccurate per how they attempt to deal and sell to clients. Their financial backers pay them up front once a deal has been signed so they get paid immediately and still try and over charge clients for down payments to make additional extra thousands on vehicles. Some habe been wrecked and some are fleet vehicles that have been rented and driven thousands of miles. Id recommend strongly buyer beware of this establishment. They're all about selling, but refuse to answer any questions at all and when you ask you get crickets of silence. Very very very very very poor management and dealings with the public.
Highly recommend Auto-Mattox! Aaron and Jacob were amazing. Super friendly & helpful. I gave them a list of my wants and needs, and they found the perfect vehicle for me. I only had to look at ONE vehicle, and I was in love! They were extremely patient with my million questions, answered and explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I was 100% comfortable. I didn't plan on riding away with a new vehicle when I pulled into their lot (was just browsing), & I'm still pinching myself!!

The staff is amazing. I bought my very first car from Aaron and William back in 2019 and was excited to be able to buy my first Mazda from them. They are friendly and make the trading and buying process so easy. I wish I could leave more stars, but they wonderful and you won’t regret buying a vehicle from them at Mabry.
