This was the best place I’ve ever been to. Carroll & his mechanics are very knowledgable, honest, real and explain things well. They show you what the issue is and what it needs. They charge the absolute bottom dollar. They had to schedule us out 6 days, but was SO worth it!! I couldn’t recommend enough! The car runs better now than it did when I bought it!! A+
My 1st visit ! Born and raised in Jax I know this shop has been around since I was a kid and I’m 40 now. David and his crew are LEGIT experts ! Do not expect a quick turnaround. That is the majority of complaints I’ve read against the shop. If you want that, then go back to the car dealer for a fraction of the quality , double the price and lots of headaches ! My Toyo Highlander is running like a CHAMP at 200k miles ! Coggin Toyota nearly ruined my vehicle with an aftermarket mass airflow sensor. Japanese Auto was able to not only fix the dealership screw up but also provided me with the most in depth inspection my car has ever received (15pages). This is a TRUE mechanic shop and not a Jiffy Lube! Working on a vehicle the proper way takes TIME! They take their time, but I promise, you will never be happier with the results! You are the man David! Technicians are PRO level. Never going anywhere again !
The owner of this Auto garage is thee most honest mechanic that I have ever met. He's very reasonable on rates and has always been taking care of my vehicle for years. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else.
This is the most honest down to earth auto repair shop out there. I've been to many places and dealerships throughout Rutland county. The honesty and service you get here puts all the other places to shame. You will pay twice as much to get repairs done at other locations. The owner lives and represents a true hard working auto repair shop without the fills and advertising like others. I have always recommended friends and family.
