This is where my family of three brings our trash and large items for disposal. They have the best rates in town, we're always in and out quickly, and the staff is so friendly. We'll be customers for life! Side note-we like seeing all the animals and birds when we go! Makes the trip seem like an adventure. :)
Terrible experience. Extremely frustrating to get a hold of anyone, office is closed more than open. It shouldn’t take 30 mins to try to get a hold of staff for problems just to find out they will call me back. Days later. Oh and forget that leave your number and they will call you right back, option. It’s a ploy. Frustrated
Today,I had the pleasure of dealing with HUBBARD BROTHERS of Rutland. What a breath of fresh air! I called Hubbard after I repeatedly made 5 calls to Rutland Waste Management Mgt. I left 5 messages. No one answered my calls. No one returned my calls. Where is everyone? HUBBARD had answers, spoke to me with respect & thanked me! Rutland Waste Mgt needs to take a few lessons from HUBBARD. KUDOES TO HUBBARD BROTHERS for being such a great business!
Terrible experience! And terrible customer service! We requested a rollaway and specified placement to allow my sister and I the ability to empty barn through second story hay loft opening. The dumpster was placed so far away from requested site, left a message explaining problem and requesting assistance. Never heard back. We proceeded to complete our task but was with double the work as items were thrown from loft and then had to be picked up and thrown in dumpster. Monday afternoon after getting off airplane from my return trip home, there's a message from Hubbard asking if the dumpster needed to be picked up. I called and spoke to the rudest women. I asked if she knew why the dumpster was not placed as specified. Her response "I don't know. You'd have to ask the driver". I explained I tried to call to get it moved. Her response " We weren't here." I then got irritated and said how difficult the work was due to the location of the dumpster" Her response "Oh". At this point, I told her that perhaps even an apology might be nice. I wasn't asking for a refund just some courtesy from a company to a paying customer. At this point she actually hung up on me. Perhaps she's the owner and doesn't need additional business. If not perhaps the company doesn't care that their employees are rude. Not really sure. Only thing I am sure of is I will never do business with Hubbard again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of the poor quality of service and regard to its customers.
