I recently purchased a car from Garvey and the entire experience was impressive from start to finish. I was a little nervous going into it because I had only ever leased cars, never bought one to own, but Keegan was super helpful, and knowledgeable about all the cars I was looking at. I told him what I was looking for (something safe, and good on gas) and he immediately knew what car would best fit that. He never pressured me into making quick decisions, and if I didn’t understand something, he always found a way to explain it to me that made sense. He made sure to find me the best deal in the budget that I had, and I can confidently say that I’ll be owning this car for a long time. I recommend anyone who is looking at buying a car to go to Garvey! It was such a stress free experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

We did not end up purchasing a vehicle here but I felt it necessary to write this review. First off, my elderly parents went in there to see what kind of deal they had to offer on a trade-in period they were offered there are a very fair amount for their trade-in and were treated very well. The reason for not purchasing wasn't anything that dealer have control over.

Zach Horton was also absolutely phenomenal with helping me lock in amazing financing and gap insurance. Garvey Nissan made buying a car such a smooth process! Mason in sales was welcoming, listened to what I was looking for, and made sure we found the right car. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving the lot. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!

On Monday September 29th, I had brought my car in to get it looked at for some issues that I was experiencing with my car. They did get my car for diagnostic the same day as I called which I was thankful for. I decided that i would take a look at the car myself and see if I could do the work as i am very mechanically inclined. Once I got the video from the tech that said my connector for my sonar module was broken and also needed to be replaced. I was alittle thrown off about the connector being broken and the car never having the rear bumper cover off or sonar module touched. I dug into the issue today and noticed the connector tab being broke off and the connector housing being broke. I have worked in a dealership for over 10+ years and know how it got broken and i do understand that stuff does happen. Once I found the issues I immediately contacted the service manager and was instantly thrown off by his instant denial of the issue and he was watching the tech take it apart. We all know service managers do not sit and stare at their master techs work. He then went on to ask what I was implying by accusing them of breaking something that was only ever touched by them. He went on to then say that i moved all of the fuses in the fuse box. Nobody has been into the fuse box to touch a fuse, again, another lie. I believe it was a issue that could have been easily corrected with proper action taken from the beginning and not just saying that it was like that. Admitting fault for a simple error is the correct thing to do. I would not recommend this dealership for any service needs.

I have been searching for a while to trade in my 2018 Rouge and get into a newer car. The moment my father and I walked through the door we were greeted by Mason Silvia. He was kind, thorough, and trustworthy. Mason was very knowledgeable and immediately started working on getting me into a new car. After a few short hours, that's to Mason, I drove away in a beautiful brand new car! Josh and the team at Garvey gave us the best deal and made it easy to do business with them. We negotiated a price on a Friday, and he had the vehicle ready for me on Saturday afternoon for pickup. I drove 2 and 1/2 hours from New York to do business with Josh and the team at Garvey Nissan and I would do it again.

I don’t typically leave reviews and this one will be my first. I had my eye on this vehicle for about a week and a half, I was really wanting a new vehicle that had space to grow and have a bigger family. This beautiful 2018 VW Atlas had everything I was looking for, it had space, third row, leather seats! About a few days later I had inquired online about it and Cody Parker reached out, we talked and set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive the car. The day came and I was soo nervous just like anyone would be when they find a car the love. Cody was very pleasant and easy to work and talk with, he explained all of the features of the car and answered any questions I had. I work in sales so I can understand and appreciate good customer service and Cody had just that! I highly recommend going to Cody Parker for any and all of your car needs! Also Zachary Horton the finance manager was very friendly and got me a KILLER interest rate, very happy with the service he provided as well!

I leased a new truck at Garvey Nissan and worked with Jordan. The whole experience was top notch, probably the best I have had a dealership. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Jordan was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. Even in this crazy market, he did not pressure or upsell me on anything. On top of that, no one beats their price!
