James, I believe his name is, was wonderful. My husband and I had to use AAA service to get a tow from Rutland VT To a dealership in Claremont NH. The service from the Leicester Service Company was fantastic. (AAA was horrible, actually lied to these people towing us) We are so thankful for their help, fantastic attitude and customer service even when AAA didn't give them all of the necessary information!! Absolutely recommended!!!!!!
I used them for towing service and they were very professional and skilled. They got my van out of a tight spot on a busy road. I was very grateful for their service.
I was recommended this business to tow my vehicle to the autobody shop. At first they seemed accommodating, but after changing the location of the autobody shop (could get my car fixed a month earlier), he all of a sudden needed a check and couldn't provide the information needed from the shop. He had not said this about the other shop the day before and had told me they would bill the shop who would bill my insurance. Overall, I am hoping it was a bad day on his end, but I would never recommend this to anyone after my experience today. He also told me good luck and that the autobody shop was lying to me about the time frame.
