Always a great experience here. Very transparent with costs and always call before doing additional work. They've helped me out of several jams over the years.
So I went to Village Auto to see what was needed for work on our car before inspection the mechanic says well got exaust leak oh we will have to drop the front frame to fix it, then he says oh there is a wire in wrong place so the wheel bearing needs to come off and turned because it was on backwards. After I went to 2 other shops had them do same thing both other shops said hey fix the exaust leak everything else is OK. So now tell me who's trying to rip people off sure not the other 2 shops. I couldn't go below 1 star for the review but if I could it would be -3 for Village Auto
Quick, easy, competent, inexpensive. They ask before they do more than you asked them to and always come in on price. Never had an issue 'caused' by them.
Top notch. Brought in a car I was checking out for my daughter's first car. they put it up on the lift and checked it all out with me to be sure it was safe and solid. NO CHARGE. Based on that alone, if I can't fix something, this is where I'll be taking it.
Great work. They saved me a ton of $$ . Toyota Dealer wanted $≥600 to replace a garnish for a rear hatch to work, they were able to make the hatch functional for less than $60!! They are also quick and very professional. I would recommend All Local new students and folks with Toyota to try them out. I wasn't endorsed, I'm just super hyped at my savings. PS the waiting room would benefit with some WIFI but cell reception is great.
