Great team! I was told by another tire repair shop that my rather expensive truck tire was unrepairable and I would have to purchase a new one. I explained the situation to this manager and he assured me he could fix it. I dropped it off and it was repaired an hour later at no charge. Saved me money and got me back on the road quickly.
I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and as an out-of-town visitor took a chance on Tire Warehouse. The folks there were extremely pleasant, very quick and matter of fact about making a patch, and sent me on my way, very pleased with my choice.
I was originally scheduled for early morning on Thursday last week. They pushed my appointment to later in the day to make sure my tires came in. I got there, and my tires "didn't get put on the truck" that morning, so they rescheduled me to noon on Saturday. Mind you, no phone call to tell me my tires didn't come in, and I took off work and drove 30 minutes each way to get there. Okay, fine, these things happen, but a phone call to reschedule would have been nice.
I showed up Saturday at 11:45 for my 12PM appointment, confirmed my tires were there, and then proceeded to sit for nearly 4 hours. No communication, no "Sorry, we're backed up," no "Do you want to reschedule or try to find someone to pick you up and come back later," nothing. I had an appointment. Other people around me also waited for hours. I don't know if they took a bunch of walk ins and got backed up before I got there, but walk ins and people who dropped their cars off to be picked up later should not take priority over people who made appointments, over people who you know are there waiting, and especially when they already got their day screwed up at their previous appointment. Didn't offer me a discount, just said , "sorry that took forever." People have told me not to go to tire warehouse, but I took the chance. NEVER AGAIN. You got $850 of my money. Congratulations. I will be leaving public reviews, and I will be telling everyone I know how unbelievably horrible and unprofessional your customer service is.
Came in for 10:30am appointment after calling the previous day to confirm the shop could get the work done. Ended up no leaving until 2:30. There was no food on site or near by so I got stupidly hungry. No one told me that there was a delay, and they seemed annoyed when I asked for any information. Had no way to get home without new tires so I was sick to my stomach with worry it would not get down when I heard them calling people to cancel their appointments. Again would have felt better if I got any info at all.
Terrible experience . Waited over 2 plus hours after scheduled appointment . Was putting new winter tires on i purchased from dealer . The tech drove my car in then after tire swap stated my car a 2018 Honda CRV was not starting . Prior to my visit to this shop i have never had any battery issues . They said i needed a new battery car would not start so i was forced to buy a $250 Duracell battery just to get home . There was nothing wrong with my battery. The guy scammed me and I will be going to small claims court to recover the cost. Avoid this location in Randolph Vermont . Shady Characters . Dirty waiting room and an even dirtier counter / tech person . And as I was pulling out every light on my dash came on . BEWARE!
SCAM! Taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars. My mom has not had one issue with her CRV, went in for a tire change over and all of a sudden now her car won’t start and has to leave with a $250 battery. A bad battery gives you signs, but not once until coming here does she need a battery. Be careful with these people they are out to get your money and take advantage! Disgusting.
My girlfriend went to put on new winter tires . I get a call from her saying that they are telling her the car won't start because the battery is dead. Car just started (2018 crv) hour before and has started everyday. All of sudden battery is dead. $250 for a battery (enjoy the one time customer) taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars.
Although the employees are very friendly, on this day I waited for 4 hours to get my new tires on my car. I don't know if they had over scheduled, or if they'd had call outs, but everyone in the waiting area was very upset. A few actually walked out and left. I mean, if it's going to be a wait like that, why make appointments? If they were to tell us it was going to be that long, we could have been prepared and or made other arrangements. Not a great experience for sure. I was going to see about them doing other work on my car. Now I'm not so sure I want to.
Beware!!! 2 lug nuts came off after less than a day. 1 finger tight. 23 years of driving and I've never had this happen. 8 out of 12 of my front lug nuts were very loose. Could have killed myself or someone else. Not even close to tight or torqued. When I called and spoke to the service manager he didn't seem concerned. He also required too much legwork on my end to fix the issue. I thought my aftermarket gm black lug locking nuts were 175 bit they're over 300 and only come in a set of 24. I offered to purchase much cheaper matching lug nuts and have them reimburse my card. Nope. Ended up telling him I'd revise my 5 star review. Nothing but silence. Bought 2 chrome lug nuts from gm for $20 dollars till I figure something out with corporate headquarters. Unacceptable.
Had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 to 11 am, went to pick up the truck at 4 PM and vehicle still wasn’t ready. I dropped off the truck and all 4 of my existing tires were fine, I come back and one tire is deflated and there’s a pile of glass from a broken headlight surrounding it. Reported the broken glass to the secretary, she said “oh I thought someone cleaned it up”. Sitting here waiting for my tires to be done and the glass that most likely popped my tire is still sitting in the parking lot after being reported. Not impressed at all and will not be returning.
Karl and Mark are so helpful and knowledgeable, like most places its hard for them to find reliable help right now.. It will be worth the little extra time for great pricing and work. Highly recommend this business!!
I was driving on the interstate and my tire blew out. The tow truck driver brought me to Tire Warehouse and they were so kind and able to fit me in and replace my tire so I could get back on the road to go to my destination.

I had an outstanding experience at Tire Warehouse in Randolph, Vermont. I was traveling from out of state when I desperately needed tires replaced late on a Friday evening. Even though it was nearly closing time, the only person stayed over an hour past closing just to make sure I wasn’t stranded for the night.
Their service was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly considerate. They handled everything with a positive attitude and truly went above and beyond to help me in a stressful situation.
I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend this business for anyone in need of honest, dependable service.

It was a Saturday afternoon when our Granddaughter (visiting from Delaware) had a nail in her tire. I called Karl to see if there was any way he could fit her in to check it that same day because she had to be back to work on Monday.
Karl told us to come over and he would take care of us. Although the nail was in an "iffy" location he wanted a closer look to determine if it could be patched or not. After removing the tire for inspection he felt comfortable patching it and did so quickly.
He could have told us the tire couldn't be repaired and then sold us a new tire. BUT, he was so honest he did patch it!
He was extremely personable, polite and professional.
This is the place to go if you want awesome service!

Had an appointment for 11am today that I made earlier in the week. After wasting 3 hours they finally pulled my car in around 1 PM just to refuse to mount and balance my tires because they were 205/55r16 winters instead of the bald 205/50r16 summers that I arrived with ? luckily, I was able to get the same-day appointment elsewhere, will not be returning to the Randolph location in any capacity.
Best experience we’ve had at any car/truck-related business! Came for a quick tire re-torque and asked them to look at something else, which they took care of (going above and beyond) quickly and thoroughly. Karl and Jason are super personable, knowledgeable, and fair.

Tire warehouse were the most honest, helpful, cool guys ever! We came from Montreal and heading Providence, and had to stop because the wheel was vibrating too much. We needed a wheels balancing and they help us right away. Forever grateful??
Needed some emergency tire work done over the holiday and the guys here at the Randolph Tire Warehouse did such a phenomenal job. My tire had been leaking air; I called and got in same day. They pulled the nail, plugged the hole, filled all my tires with air free of charge! Truly the best stress-free experience I have ever had! 11/10 recommend!
These guys are always honest, fair, and sweet. They give solid advice and are knowledgeable about what they do.
I’ve had them do tire changeovers and repairs, and they’ve told me where to go for specific car parts at good prices. Recently I brought in a troublesome tractor tire … they spent a few hours stretching it back out from its cold-frozen-in-place flattened shape and hunting for a leak, then mounted and rebeaded it. I’ve always walked away from here feeling good.
Bought winter tires from them (great price, hundreds less than from Tesla, next day availability) and they mounted, balanced and installed them perfectly on my own wheels.
Service was quick, got an appointment the same day tires arrived. They are open after work hours which is very convenient. Friendly, knowledgeable staff to talk with while waiting and a TV to otherwise keep you busy in the waiting area.
They even notified me of optional Tesla recall that seems to have affected my car (bad suspension part leading to uneven wear.)
I'd give them 6 stars if I could! Carl fixed my leaky tire valve and got me back on the road again. Extremely grateful for the fast, professional service!
While I really like these guys and have had good experiences with them in the past, today I left feeling upset. I went to get my summer tires switched to winter tires. Everything went fine, I paid the $120 a (which seemed like a lot) and went out to get my car. When I got to my car I found that one of the rim covers was totally bent and scratched so much so it looked like I'd been in an accident. When I arrived the tire covers looked perfectly fine, in fact one of them was newly replaced this summer. No one mentioned having problems with the cover when I was inside paying. So I went back in and got a service person to come look at my rim, and they said "yeah I know we couldn't get it to fit. It doesn't fit. It's an after market part that now doesn't fit the tire." Well, it fit the tire that was on when I drove in, so what gives? Then when I said I wasn't happy about it, the reply was "I wouldn't be either, do you want me to just take it off?" NO. That wasn't my point at all. I am not sure what more I needed to say or do to make the situation right, but I felt like my car was damaged, no one owned up to it, and when I said something nothing was offered to fix it or at least give me a discount or something. I left feeling bad about the entire situation and likely won't be back despite having a good rapport for several years. You guys could have at least told me there was a problem rather than hoping I wouldn't notice.
