Mark in the milton vt paint department is great. He helps me with what ever I need and gets it asap for me. He definately needs recognition! He makes it a pleasure to call a place that no one what's to have to call, haha. When ever your calling a parts store something has gone wrong but weather it paint supplies or parts I need, He tries to get it all for me. A++

Even though I didn't buy anything, the staff member was very helpful in researching belts for my snow thrower.

Ordered and paid for part online for store pickup went there they actually didn't have the store so the store actually gave me the step up of that product for the same price

They were great. Called ahead for a battery for a reefer trailer for semi truck. And they had one in stock. And asked if I could get into parking lot with my big semi truck. Said shouldn't be a problem.

I went in to buy a new battery for my car and I asked if they could install it. Joesph ( the manager) who waited on me said he would. He patiently got the old battery out which had some corrison. Joesph had to go inside moe than once to have to get more tools to get the old battery out. I appreciate the excellent service and the above and beyond service he gave me. Two separate occasions trying to buy a trailer wiring kit for my truck.Both times completely wrong kit.Second incident the guy didn't even attempt to get It right,just gave back my money and said good luck. Never stepping in this buisness again

I've done business here for over 18 years. The best parts, the best service and great low prices. It's the only parts store I will shop at! When in doubt, just ask Steve.

This place never can get there coupons to work. Prices on the shelves aren't marked right so if the counter person puts the right price into the computer, it thinks your getting a discount so it doesn't honor the coupon. It has happened to me twice now. Keep your coupons and mark your merchandise properly.

Better than advance Auto any day. They Never messed up my order and are fair priced.

Great bunch of guys willing to help with anything they can. You need something they either have it or will get it.

There is a reason this company isn't as successful as, autozone our advanced, prices and quality suck. Virtually no warranties on products unlike autozone lifetime warranties. I only go here in a pinch or don't want to go into town.
