The owner made it very easy in a time crunch to trade my car in for my elelantra. He was easygoing to work with, and made sure i knew all the details of the car before purchasing. The car itself was very clean, in great condition and a great deal.

We always had used cars that need this and that. 802 sets a very high standard in used car dealership and service. Service manager Derek is the best mechanic out there, he knows anything and everything about cars, and I greatly appreciate his work and keeping my car safely on the road for years. We appreciate the owner Dan providing a loaner car when needed, it is a big help. We recently got me a new car, first time ever, and I choose the scheduled maintenance at 802 over the dealership because I trust Derek the most.

Derek at 802 Auto has helped us keep our cars reliable so many times over the years that I felt it time to express thanks with a review. Derek and his brother Chad were fixing cars since teenagers and has kept up with all technology advances through hands on dedication to his craft. He has all the right tools, experience, knowledge, and capability to be efficient and do it right the first time. As with many things 30 plus years of experience goes a long way. As for Dan it is a similar story as he has been doing used cars for a very long time. He knows how to find great quality cars and sell them for a fair price. His professionalism and customer service has been greatly appreciated more than a few times. Their service center does top notch work! Communicates with me about cost of repairs and timelines up front and always patiently answers all of my questions. I don’t trust anyone else working on our family vehicles. Also, we purchased a vehicle from here, the sales process was smooth and several years later the car is still a daily driver and runs great!! Highly recommend.

SAY AWAY!!! Traded in the Jeep I bought for here a year ago. Paid 10k in full! Dealership pulled up a different Carfax report then the one I was shown like it was copied and pasted! They also told me the Odometer mileage was changed!! EVERYTHING IS SALVAGE AND FLOOD CARS!!

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle from Dan and having a few minor issues looked at and fixed when needed. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from him a couple years ago and he was great about the whole process, letting me test drive it and being up front about where it came from and what they'd done to it. I then brought it in for a flashing dashboard light issue that he looked at and provided an answer for without charging me anything. He then gave me a great deal on a new set of tires he installed for me. And most recently he replaced the spark plugs for a reasonable cost and my cars been running with renewed charge in it. Dan's always been laidback and honest with me, and super affordable. I recommend him to anyone I know looking for a used car.

Bought a car they were not honest about the issues and the transmission went. They didn't give me the warranty because they lowered the price by $200.

I bought a used car from Dan at 802 Auto back in March. When a couple of things came up during the warranty period, him and his team took care of it with zero hassle. A couple more things arose in the month after the warranty expired and he took care of those too. Definitely went above and beyond to provide great service. Best experience I've had with a used car dealer, and would highly recommend getting a car from here for anyone who's looking.

My grandson recently purchased a truck with 802 Auto Sales, the test drive went great, owner was great to work with. Arrangements to complete the sale and pick up was smooth. Truck is running great and we have a 16 year old that is getting to work and school safely. Would differently purchase from 802 Auto Sales again.

My boyfriend and I were going to buy 2 vehicles and they were both listed to be sold on their website. Drove an hour to then be let down because they didn't do their job and service one of the rigs so we couldn't test drive it. Then one tire on the other rig had a hole in it. We asked him why it was listed if no one can buy it and it's been here for 6 months. All he could say is I can't let you drive it. Ok well that still doesn't answer my question. Then the guy got nasty. They could have sold 2 cars at the same time today. Their loss. Don't waste your time with them. I definitely DON'T recommend them.

Dan was great to deal with, and the car was exactly as advertised. Very happy with the purchase so far. The price was very reasonable, and perfect for the second car spare I was looking for.

Do not go here!!! If I could leave Zero stars I would. Went in to see the inventory and test drive if possible and we saw two we wanted to try. Both salvage titles but they said they worked on it themselves. We went ahead and took the first car out to test drive. When we got back they were IN OUR TRUCK. They gave us an excuse saying they were trying to move our truck because it was blocking one of their cars. In which case, I’m sure was true. But incredibly unprofessional! I will not go there and I will be telling everyone about this. I had my purse in there, my husbands and I’d gym bags and everything. We weren’t even gone 5 minutes. They could have waited for us to get back so we could move our truck. Instead we caught them in our vehicle. Edit: they just said they had proof on their cameras that they illegally went to search my car. Regardless of searching for keys, it was illegal. Shouldn’t touch or be inside someone else’s vehicle.

Very great service they do all repairs to my vehicle, I drop it off before work and done by end of the day. Rates are very good employees very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you 802 auto for keeping my vehicle in tip top shape.

Just bought a car from 802 auto outlet quickly it was fast it’s a dependable car friendly service even give me a free inspection for next year when it comes up and free oil change if you want to use dependable car this is the place to go I am over the moon with getting my car thank you so much 802 auto

These people do a good job. My parents have bought cars from the dealer and have had a great experience (we still have one, 5 years later). However, this review is about the service center. They do a good job, let’s make that very clear. But you’re not going to get it in a timely manner. I had called on a Monday asking for someone to look at my braking system. I had spoken to someone and gave them my reason, my name, and my contact information. I dropped it off Tuesday night so they could look at it Wednesday. About four days go by with no word from them. I call them Saturday afternoon and ask what’s going on. They said they were “waiting for my call” because they “didn’t know what to do” and that they “didn’t have my contact information”. I was annoyed to hear that four days had past and nothing was being done with no word from them (i had given them my contact information). I was even more confused as to why they were trying to blame their unprofessionalism on me. So when I spoke to someone they had said they knew what was going on (caliper and brake pad replacement) and now that they had my approval they’d start working on it over the weekend. Monday comes and I call them again in the afternoon. They had mentioned something about my TPMS sensor as if I had asked them to look at that. Come to find out they STILL HAD NOT WORKED ON IT. At this point, I’m frustrated, borderline livid. My car had been at this shop for almost a week on a service that should’ve taken a few hours, maybe a couple days. I also knew this was not a cheap service so I was even angrier that they weren’t being transparent about what they were doing and why it was taking so long. It was finally done at 4:00 on Tuesday (a WEEK). The problem I had was fixed, but now I’m hearing a rattling noise-that may not be from them. Overall they did a fine job. The problem was fixed and I guess that’s what I asked for. The mechanic does a good job and works very hard. I realize I have an older model and parts/service can be difficult. However they do not give you any information on “follow ups”, try to make their miscommunication and poor customer service your fault, and do not do services in a timely manner. Frustrating experience, okay service. 2/5

Horrible experience with this dealer. Traded in a car that was on its last leg. Purchased a new one. Dealer neglected to tell us the motor was about ready to blow and it did 8 months later in traffic. Pieces of motors were in the oil Pan. Lucky it didn’t blow up or catch on fire! Also neglected to tell that it was in a head on collusion and not reported to carfax! Waste of money and time!

I had a great experience purchasing a car from 802 Auto sales. Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen with low miles, one owner, very clean with diligent maintenance records, a few repairs were done, inspected and undercoated, for an extremely fair price! After buying the car there were some rattles in the front end, I contacted Dan and without even blinking he said we'll take care of it. An appointment was scheduled, they put in new front struts and back on the road I went, problem solved. Thank you Dan for the great car, smooth transactions and I will recommend anyone to go shopping at 802 Auto sales!

Called for appointment to look at a car from Stowe 2 hours to get there 4 hours altogether. When I got there they had someone test driving the car bringing it to there mechanic, telling me I wasn't sure if you were coming? Common courtesy/customer service would of been nice

Wish I could give this place a Zero stars. Let's see where to start. First, I was told that this was a clean vehicle with a clean title, and that was a complete lie. After having the car for a week the transmission started to get stuck in gear and shake. After bringing it back in twice under warranty, I was told it was snow in the tires. Another week later, my check engine light came on and I had to bring it back again to get the O2 sensors replaced. I have had this car for 8 months and the car has turned off while driving 3 times. It locks itself and won't unlock because the key for the ignition is not the same for the doors, which I was not told. The transmission needs to be replaced and it dies when the heater or A/C is running. Every dealership I go to trade the car in, won't take the car because of where I bought it from because of their reputation for selling horrible cars. Wouldn't buy a bicycle from them, I would love to see if they would even buy this car back in the condition they sold it to me in.

Was looking forward to buying a Nissan Altima. While test driving it my boyfriend and I heard clunking noises underneath the car. Mentioned it before continuing paperwork. As I'm getting congratulated for getting approved for a loan to purchase the car, the guy from the shop comes in and apologizes. I guess the entire underside of the car was so rusty they had to trash the car. Waste of my time. Do not trust them. If I didn't bring up the weird noise they would have never checked to see if the car was even safe to sell. Typical salesmen. Note: this was a few months ago and was an older model blue Altima

getting the car was easy but the repair shop was messed up. the car kept throwing the code "catalytic converter replacement needed" they kept telling me it was perfectly fine. So they supposedly replaced the sensors....had my mechanic look at it and there was a hole in the catalytic converter. The shop also tried keeping my locking lug nut. When I noticed it gone I drove back there and he said "I havent seen it"...So I said "really, what is that on your bench...looks like the key for the locking lug nut to me." He said "oh, I forgot it was there"....yeah nice try. Then one of the folks there kept making passes at me. Kept putting his hand on my shoulder and back...yeah not going back.

If you're shopping for a used car, do yourself a favor and make 802 Auto Sales one of your first stops. It'll save you time, hassle and with none of the BS you get from many other places. We were treated fairly with both our trade and purchase and all done with in a respectful manner.

I was in a tough spot last week, my old vehicle suddenly needed too much work to pass inspection. I test drove a car I really liked Thursday night and drove it home the next day! Dan made it so easy , even picked me up after work without me asking..door to door service! I felt like a valued customer from the first phone call , and me and my friends can't believe I got such a clean car at an affordable price! Thank you!

Used car dealerships have a bad reputation. But Dan has always done well by us. Shortly after purchasing our 2007 subaru the motor went in it. He took care of our towing cost, lent us a car to use while ours was being fixed, and covered the cost to fix our car. And now that its having some issues again, he is lending me another vehicle so I don't have to miss any work while they find out what's wrong this time. He has been mpre than good to us every time we have had any major issues. If you see this Dan thank you.

Believe them when they say, sold as is; but don't believe them when they say the work that has been put in before the sale. I have spent thousands of dollars getting parts repaired that the damages was certainly there when I bought the car 5 months ago. Even if they claim to be certified mechanics, I would have someone you trust look at the car before you purchase.
