I've loved going to auto zone for years. Worked on cars my whole life, and I swear by them.

Daniel was great today! We needed a new battery and he assisted with instal and even brought out a few extra parts to replace out corroded pieces! Answered all of our questions and didn’t try to oversell us as females. 10/10 would recommend ?

The Autozone staff is 10/10! They go above and beyond for their customers. I was in the Pearl Street parking lot when my window refused to roll up. Daniel helped me take apart my door and jumped the window motor for me, identifying that the power window switch is what needs replacing. Thanks for your patience and for helping me keep my car safe! You guys rock!

Dan and Laura were great - they found that the battery I came to replace (put in by my car’s previous owner) was still under warranty. It wasn’t easy because I didn’t have the previous owner’s number anymore, but they pulled through to hook me up nonetheless!

Went to this location to buy a thermostat for my Jeep, I was helped by the store manager Dan. This gentleman went above and beyond for me. He put on a video for me to watch to make sure I had all of the tools I would need, he even went as far as to let me borrow his personal tools. I changed the thermostat and came back the next day to return everything, he remembered me, he came out and tightened a bolt that I couldn’t quite get. He then helped me with my check engine light that was on due to the thermostat. As long as he is employed at this location, I will only buy my parts from there. The service was exceptional and I didn’t feel judged for being a girl and working on my car with only a YouTube video and a few suggestions. Thank you again for your help!

I legit just had the best experience I’ve had in customer service in a long time. I bought a tool for my car from a different state, which I damaged because of a lack of knowledge on how to use it and trying to figure it out on my own, these guys not only gave me a free lesson on how to use it so this problem doesn’t happen again, They replaced the damaged tool to lift my car free of charge. They came in very clutch, and if I went to another store, I might have not gotten the same. Good service! Hit these guys up whenever you have a problem with your car.!!

I’ve been learning how to do my own car repairs and I stopped by to pick up a few tools. Daniel, the store manager, has been so informative and helpful!! He’s explained, in depth, how different parts work and gave me advice on how to remedy certain issues. I’ve learned so much just from two short visits into this store! If you have questions about your vehicle or just want to learn something new, I 100% recommend stopping by and asking Daniel for some advice!

I have to say that AutoZone is one of my favorite places to go to because of the customer service. Consistently they must have a motto go above and beyond customer service. Today I had the check engine light come on and stopped in to get a systems check. They were able to help me instantly schematic of what exactly is wrong. Even went out of their way to make sure I understood exactly where this part that had the error message was located. Great work. ??????

I get it. It’s probably been a long week. However, it isn’t okay to be dismissive to a potential customer. I had n emergency and needed a new car battery fast. The older gentlemen (I didn’t even catch his name) didn’t have a fully professional or even a nice demeanor. He was short with me and wouldn’t discuss options o prices like he did with other customers. Another customer noticed his behavior and treatment of me and that says a lot. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but he was quite on point with this other woman, but he couldn’t find the same courtesy for me too? Also, he didn’t tell me they only had one battery that would fit my car but when that didn’t fit, the other guy was able to go and get a battery that fit. Speaking of, on the other hand, Alex is a knowledgeable and patient person. He kept it professional and discussed what he was doing each step of the way, per my asking. He answered any and all question or concerns I had and even showed me pointers on what to do free this battery change. I would recommend Alex everyone 10/10

Wide variety of parts in stock, helpful and knowledgeable people working here, and they happily honor the warranty on batteries, parts, and tools. Loaner tools are also very helpful.

Dan was extremely friendly and helpful! I came in on one of the coldest days of the year so far. I needed help with my windshield wiper motor. I am not the best with cars, but he jumped right into action to help me understand. He not only took the time to go outside and look the entire situation over, but he even took the time inside to break down what he thought was the problem. When we went back in the store, he gave me a visual and everything! I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Dan, and the entire team at AutoZone!

I was so impressed with the customer service that my husband and I recieved from Daniel the store manager. He was not only very informative but very nice and polite. He really treated us very well! He had great attitude and very patient and didn't rush us. I would recommend this store to anyone and make sure that you say hi to Daniel! The store was very clean and organized.

Every time we visit Burlington, I buy my car detailing supplies at this store. They always have a good selection of products. The staff is helpful and friendly and they offer excellent discounts on multiple purchases. Many thanks to BJ for his help and recommendations.

I usually choose to buy my auto parts and supplies at the Essex Junction AutoZone because the customer service is remarkably helpful. I’m not that savvy about maintaining my own vehicle, so I often benefit from their extra advice on how to affordably fix some common problems. When an issue came up with my car this week, I knew where to go to get good assistance at reasonable prices, and Dan, once again, came to the rescue! Dan’s customer service went above and beyond my expectations, as he helped me diagnose and quickly remedy my taillight’s problem. I am so thankful he was able to help me get things fixed before I even left the parking lot. I definitely will continue to support this shop because the employees take such excellent care of their customers.

Stopped in this morning for a patch kit for my tires.was advised to get the kit that was on sale because it was simply better. I come in here a lot , always great service and great advice. Usually show up in a bad mood because you know , cars. Always a great experience. Thank you guys for all you do

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the manager who helped us out today- didn't catch his name unfortunately but he was super helpful! We had to replace our windshield wiper linkage system (found out it's a common issue with the model we have); he not only helped us get the parts and tools we needed, but assisted us with some of the replacement process right out in the parking lot. It saved us so much money by being able to do the fix ourselves instead of paying shop/labor price. Not only that, but we feel so much safer now being able to see out our windshield while it's raining and snowing! Great customer service, plus the part has a lifetime warranty if it breaks again we can get a free replacement part. Thank you so much again to the manager, I hope he sees this and knows how grateful we are!!! :-)

I had to do a full brake job and kept getting the wrong parts(user error) and over the course of 3 day the store manager Dan was the most patient and helpful person anyone in my situation could ask for. I went to this Autozone because my engine light randomly came on. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted with kindness. Daniel was incredibly helpful, and ran a diagnostic test on my car. I asked how much it would cost, and he said "I won't charge you a thing!". He showed genuine interest in helping me and it meant a lot to me, as I was very stressed (and admittedly, know nothing about cars). I now know exactly where I will be going when in need of car support. It made my day! Thank you so much, Daniel! You are the best!!!

They are very helpful and even went out and put in my cabin filter. Thank you for your help when I didn't even ask you to do it. They are awesome people there. Today 8/28/22 I went in for a headlight problem and the gentlemen that worked Today he was so awesome. He helped me figure out why my headlight wouldn't work in my car. I have had hand surgery on both he figured it out and fixed the problem. Thank you so much your a wonderful man. Sorry I forgot you name I suck at remembering names.
