Outstanding Customer Service and outstanding quality of work! Sometimes the little things you never expected are done and you go: "wow, that's fantastic!" Not only did they do a thorough job cleaning up the entire outside but it almost looked like they did a detail on the interior as well! Not only that but they took care of all the rental car arrangements so I didnt have to as well as a fair amount of time wrangling with the insurance agent (no small feat in this case).
The quality of workmanship was second to none. You would never tell it was in an accident. The car literally looks like new.

As a tradesman my van is my workshop on wheels. Can’t operate without it. I was led to believe i would be taken care of sooner. This did not happen. On the positive side. The work done was top notch. Rotunda's also worked within the parameters of my insurance allowance. Very important to me. They have a good working relationship with my adjuster.

It can be an unnerving experience when bringing your car in to get work on it; many people aren’t well versed with car jargon and for something you’ve spent so much money on you are bound to worry. They arrange for a rental to be available the day you drop off your vehicle & when you pick up your vehicle they arrange for the rental pickup . Also cleaned ny car. Fabulous. About 10 minutes ago, I drove by Rotunda's and was going to stop in to thank everyone for last week's amazing repair job on my 2016 Ford Escape's front left fender... I didn't make it there, but a new email message from them when I got back gave me another opportunity. Besides, they all know they do a fabulous job... It's much more valuable to share this with all of you.
I won't bore you with the entire transaction, but I can say that Rotunda's worked with my insurance company to provide a repair with just about no out-of-pocket charges... even though its labor is actually more expensive than the insurance allowance. They were absolutely fabulous.
They provided great communication, easy scheduling, and a prompt and great-looking repair... But the kicker was that, when I picked up the vehicle, the entire internal front seat area appeared "detailed." (Okay, to be fair, not entirely... but it was not very clean to begin with...) I was completely blown away. Clean dashboard, clean floor mats and rugs, clean trim and upholstery... My jaw dropped. I was not expecting that. Wow.
Apparently, a recent acquisition has Rotunda's in quite an uproar as the dust settles (not BIG DUST like tragic layoffs, for the most part, but dust nonetheless — new systems, new chain of contacts, new processes and procedures)... but the transition pain is transparent to the customers, as good companies know it should be.

Walking into Rotundas is a metaphor for the experience your car will receive. The room for customers is neat clean and comfortable. The front office folks are polite and professional. The work they do is impeccable. No one WANTS to have to use a Collision Center, but when you face an impactful circumstance, go to Rotundas.
I had such a good experience at Rotunda’s. They were so nice and understanding. They had my car back weeks before the projected date. Being in an accident was extremely stressful but I’m so grateful for the folks at Rotundas for making it easy. Also, my car looks brand new! Would recommend to anyone and would go back without a second thought if I ever have to!
After my car was hit, I was absolutely terrified of the process of getting it repaired. The team at Rotunda's took such excellent care of me and my car that I feel silly for ever being worried!
Not only did Rotunda's work with my insurance, making the entire process simple and straightforward, they also worked with the rental car company so that I could just leave my rental there when the repairs on my car were done. They did so much to streamline the process and I really appreciated every single step.

We had a minor scrape that dented our fender slightly. What should’ve been a simple fix became an insurance nightmare we hadn’t foreseen. Keith at Rotunda’s worked with us through the process of getting the right part installed, but beyond that he navigated the absolute nightmare of our garbage auto insurance to actually pay for the damages.
It really says something when a collision company works harder to help a customer than my own insurance company. Despite the absolute ineptitude of USAA auto insurance, Keith explained the whole process with us.

Rotunda’s was nothing short of efficient and professional whilst delivering quality work on my car.
I was rear ended back in October and an uncooperative at-fault party caused many delays in insurance being paid out, but Rotunda’s remained responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. When it was finally time to drop my car off for the repair, Rotunda’s had a turnaround time of 2 days.
Picked my car up and the exterior as well as the interior had never looked cleaner in my life! They went above and beyond to detail and clean the inside of my vehicle which was such a pleasant surprise! My windshield had lots of streaks and fogginess and they totally cleaned that up. Thank you again Rotundas for going the extra mile for me!
My experience with Rotunda's Collision Center was absolutely excellent. Chris stayed in constant contact with updates and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. My repair was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and the truck looks brand new again. I hope an uninsured motorist never hits me again, but if they do, Rotunda's will be my choice for repairs without question.
I brought my car there after reading all the wonderful reviews. I was on the interstate when I rounded a corner, just as a deer jumped the guardrail. The front bumper on drivers side was badly damaged. Rotundas worked endlessly with my insurance and kept in constant communication with me from start to finish. You would never know my car ever sustained any damage. They are polite, helpful, attentive and very professional. Although I hope I don’t have to use their services again, if I ever need my vehicle repaired again they will be the first ones I call. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! You won’t regret using this amazing local and family owned business I promise you!!!

We just received BOTH of our vehicles back from Rotunda's as they were in need of repair. Our experience was outstanding! From the onset they were helpful and efficient in working with insurance and car rental companies. The work they did on our vehicles was top notch and our vehicles were returned to us sparkling clean. This is a very reliable outfit if you are looking to have body work done. Fantastic folks doing fantastic work. Highly recommended.
These folks do quality work, as noted in the before and after pics of my vehicle posted along with this review. They were excellent working with my insurance company for additional costs, and thorough. I can't tell it was ever damaged. Why 3 stars you ask? Their staff when dealing with them in person were less than friendly. Whenever I showed up to check on the status of my vehicle it seemed like they were annoyed with me for having to go and check on it. Today, when I arrived to pick it up my transaction declined because it was over my daily spending limit for my debit card so I needed to call my credit union and sit in their lobby for a bit while my credit union made adjustments to my spending limit to authorize the charge. Again, staff seemed annoyed by my presence and my trying to make small conversation to pass the time. So, 5 stars for their technicians, 1 star for thier counter staff equals 6, divided by 2 is 3.
