Belin and John were amazing. I needed the battery replaced in my vehicle and John was very helpful and kind. He walked me through the full process of what he was doing, and didn’t try to oversell me on anything. Belin was extremely helpful with helping me to choose a jump starter for my car. Belin walked me through all of the current options this location has in store, giving me pros and cons for each one with giving a strong recommendation for the one that was right for my car size. I am extremely appreciative for both Belin and John’s willingness to help their customers and their wealth of knowledge!
Good knowledge, helpful, friendly, Dennis rocks, but watch out, he'll up sell you something nice. Other guys are great too. Is more expensive than wally world, duh. Always come here for parts. and gifts....

I've gone to this place for years like a fool in most cases. I try to save a few bucks buying auto parts. Well, you get what you pay for. The service here is terrible for the most part. Bunch of clowns in most cases. I've had to return parts many times. One time 3 parts I bought for my 93' Jeep Cherokee were all NO GOOD DEFECTIVE.. Then I've tried to buy electrical parts and have had to return them because of cost and one time because they gave me the wrong part! I'll go to BOND AUTO from now on.. Maybe they'll have better parts and knowledgeable staff at the store..... O'Reilly's has taken the place of Bond in Bennington now. I'll try my luck there I got a feeling I'll do better..
These guys went out of their way to help me out after the North Adams store was extremely rude and unhelpful. These guys rock I’d go out of my way to this location and I have! A+
They need to get rid of the curbing when You pull into the store, I’ve known a handful of people who’ve ran over the curb and had car damage from it, and to top it off the staff isn’t that helpful.
Store is ok but staff could be a lot more knowledgeable. Placed an order for a part. Staff told me would be in the following Monday. When I arrived to pick it up, the assisting staff member told me no order had been placed. Very disappointing. I politely thanked him for his time and then proceeded to go to the nearest competitor

Belin is the best very friendly and glad she ended up checking me out because the man that waited on me at first assumed I was just unknowledgeable or couldn't be bothered but the item I came for I already knew was in stock even though he said it wasn't. I also asked some other questions that he responded by just brushing me off and walking away.
Very helpful. After searching for an oil filter I couldnt find I said enough of this b.s. and went to advanced. They did all the searching for me. Found me the right oil filter, I decided I may as well have em find me some replacement wipers well, brought em right to the counter for me. Friendly fast service. Saved me a lot of time and frustration.
As a female I like this place bc some auto part stores have a tendency to treat females a certain way and this hasn't happened to me here and I think that's great, besides this when I order something online it's always ready when I get there, regardless my timing and they r very helpful when needed. Plus, Its nice to always be greeted when you enter
Walked in, stood in front of 3 countermen and women. Ten minutes. No other customers,not even on the phone. Just going back and forth about personal life experiences, not even a hello or we will be right with you. So went next door to O'Reilly, s. Spent over a 1000 dollars
Don't buy any drinks here, employees keep their open drinks in the Cola cooler. I picked up a diet Gatorade to find out that someone drank from it already. Well they don't sell G2 there it belonged to an employee!!
The associates that work the counter are very helpful, especially to the non-professionals. You can ask them a question without having the feeling of being talked down to.
over priced parts for sure. cheaper online than in the store. but they do get the part you need quickly if it's not in stock. which they should always have in stock. what's a part store without parts
The store is clean, the staff is super friendly and they have great deals. I prefer shopping at Benningtons Advanced Auto over Wal-Mart when it comes to car supplies/parts.
Was on vaca skiing. Had to get a jump start at the mountain last day. Stopped by these guys and they hooked it up. Battery bought and they installed it super fast. Kudos!
Advance Auto Parts Advance Auto Parts 2 days ago told the gentleman that I had this for a car he asked me if it was a 4 cylinder front wheel drive and I said yes it is he said does it have an overdrive I said yes it does I said a matter of fact it's got a sports package button that you press on the dash that makes it go faster he said I kind of figured that he said that's a 2017 isn't it I went yes it is how did you know that he's it's the only year they made that so if you're looking for a part there are smart people out there just go to the right place advanced
Came in to get a battery booster charger. When I found out how much they cost I decided to just change the battery because it was past its life. It was zero degrees out. They quickly took care of it, changing it on the spot in about 10 minutes. Faster than an oil change!!! Friendly, courteous, fast service!
Always a long wait, while phones ring constantly. Great service, friendly knowledgable staff, but they need more people to wait on customers, typical corporate structure .
Fixed me up with the things i needed but never found the right bleeder screw for my sisters 1999 Honda Accord. They said only 2 sizes fit they need to update their computers.
